Thanks. Is significantly low appetite a symptom of hypo?

Hypoglycemia is a drop in your blood sugar and FD2 has a strong GDA effect that can cause this. The symptoms of it can vary but usually we are talking stuff like fatigue, hunger, sweating, dizziness, shaking etc. I dunno about it lowering appetite as you more than likely will feel like you need to eat.

The very first time I took it, it made me feel hungry AF and I took it with 3 meals spread evenly throughout the day. Now on workout days I am fatigued, low appetite and naseous
 
You have to eat more on FD2 - even if on a cut. And make sure you have a good enough carb base to dose 2 pre-workout (it really shines with 2 and not 1 cap). Have intra carbs on hand. Don't be afraid to eat / take advantage of the endurance. Body composition changes will be yours. I dosed 6 caps a day for 5 months, but ate 30% above maintenance. In PCT now and dosing at least 4 caps a day.

I feel theres something definitly amiss here. Are you sure your actually eating your usual amount? Not that your lying or anything but I often think Im eating well enough and im am nowhere close to where I should be. Not finishing meals at times, eating smaller quanities, and replacing my norms with less nutrient dense foods was robbing me for quite awhile. Heck Load up that myfitness pal info lol.

I just saw that they both work really well in conjunction from the reviews I've read. Sh*t I saw that Follidrone has amazing reviews just when taken by itself.

Besides, I can't really run anything stronger while I'm here cause I have leadership here that monitors every change I undergo because they're THAT nosy.

Guys I need some help. I started taking follidrone 2.0 and I just feel completely "off". No energy, shaky and nauseous and weak during workouts. I need for someone to tell me what to do. right now here is my routine:

Wake up at 9:30 a.m. and take one follidrone pill with a light breakfast (40 g carbs some fat and protein)

Hit the gym 1.5 hrs later and take 2 more follidrone on empty stomach with conqu3r unleashed and tr1umph...

what should I be doing different


I should note that it did not do this the first few days. Just started on week two

Ok so here is the deal. Your taking all of your 24 hour dose in 1.5 hours. And only with a light breakfast. Not gonna cut it carb wise I dont think.

My suggestions. Def dont take all 3 in the morning with only 40g carbs.
Try 1 with your morning meal and then 1 with 2 more meals later in the day. So 3 total but with food and spread out over 12+ hours. not 1.5.

Try sipping on some carbs while training. This helps me alot. Can do gatorade. They make a powder you can mix with other things for an intra.
Can do waxy maize or another mixable carb source.
Juse make sure there are some carbs in your system before you train and while you train and make sure to get some food in you with each FD2 dose.

If you still feel hypo dont take the one before training. Wait and take it with a larger meal.
All of the ingredients have lasting effects so while there are some acute effects we like to take advantage of FD2 works just as well if you dont take it before training. And it seems like alot of guys are having trouble with taking it pre workout unless they are really carbed up.

Id also suggest training with more fuel in the tank. I never train with less than 2 solid meals in me. I know some people cant do this or like to train fasted but this is what works for me.

Def hypo symptoms. notice how you didnt feel this way when you took it with food spread out.
Go back to that system and youll be fine.
1 x3 times daily with a meal should work well.

Nope. IN fact your natural test production will be higher after the cycle than before!
Letrone raises anabolic hormones but its your body raising the hormones so it wont suppress the HPTA. No PCT needded.

The combo is very strong for me.
Plus there is no need for PCT, no negative sides (except low blood sugar from FD2) and there are additional health benefits.

I have just completed a 4 week pct with Nolva and Clomid, and 1 months worth of K1ngsblood and Follidrone 2.

now for next 4 weeks i plan on using the Follidrone at 2 caps pre workout and 1 in the am or split depending on day, and another months of K1ngsblood along with Letrone and Reduce XT, i have been dosing the letrone at 2 caps pre bed to avoid hunger but still wake up starving in the middle of the night but just sleep it off.

after i have done another month of K1ngsblood i plan on doing another 8 weeks of Testify along with FD2 and Letrone, how would these 3 works overall in boosting test overall.

Low blood sugar? Does that mean I should definitely take 1 cap with each meal? Or at least 1 cap with a meal then two with lunch/meal 2? My second meal is generally my preworkout meal and usually has a hearty dose of carbs about two hours before the gym.

I also agree with what everyone else is saying.

Follidrone2.0 will reduce blood sugar but its got multiple other ways in which is lowers bodyfat or prevents fat storage. Pretty much everyone needs to eat more calories while running the FD2. Ive been suggesting 20+% increase. If you want to really grow you may need to up this more. Lots of guys are losing fat even with a 20% increase! There is a friend of mine at my gym I advise( I setup his diet and training and supp) and Ive been tinkering with his doses and diet etc.

Hes running
Follidrone 2.0= 3 caps daily.
Letrone= 2 caps daily
Viron = 2 caps daily
No PH/DS/AAS or other supps.

He started rapidly losing weight at week 2 at 10% calorie increase from maintenance. We bumped it up to 20% and he maintained for a week. So we bumped it up again to 25-30% He started growing. We also have him taking in 1,5g protein per lb bodyweight and hes at 6 meals per day with a small snack so 7 feedings. At week 12 he had lost about 10% bodyfat and testing indicates that hes gained about 10lbs of lean mass.
Now his diet is on FN point.
Hes eating like a bodybuilder.
Hes getting plenty of protein and I have him on a progressive training program (the only way to go in my opinion).

This result is repeatable for most guys if they get all of their ducks in a row.

FD2, Letrone and Testify? I think youll likely have as high a natural test level as your body will allow. I havnt looked at the ingredients in testify but Im assuming by the name its a test booster. Probably a winning combo.

brundel I'm doing the same thing with the FD2, Viron and Letrone... I was about two weeks in on FD2 before starting Viron and Letrone and it's been a great combo. Recently hit all my last meet numbers in the gym at a lower weight... About 4 months out from my next meet and I'm excited.

I love hearing these type of reports. Its a big statement to say a supplement is anabolic or to claim it builds muscle, burns fat or increases performance.
I know they work but when guys really using the products report back with great results it always makes me feel good about what Im doing.
Stronger even though your lighter?! Not alot of things that can help you get there. Thanks for the report. Keep us posted. Im interested in knowing how you perform at your meet!
 
Yeah I'm slightly lighter than my first competition in November... Maybe by a couple pounds, but my lifts have been off the charts. I've used FD2 before and liked it but so far the stack of all three has been amazing. I'll be able to cycle off Viron/Letrone for about a month or so before jumping back on heading into my July meet. It's my second and I'm hoping for some big improvement. I figure if I up the calories I should hit some big PRs.

I've jumped up to 4 caps. I've noticed even more fullness and endurance but I've needed more carbs as I'm dosing 2 pre workout in the morning and 2 pre dinner.
I might start splitting the last 2

Have not heard of anyone with hair shedding, but the opposite - hair growth from a large percentage of users.

We have a ton of reports of thicker hair and there are studies indicating Ecklonia cava increases hair growth.
You mentioned this is a common thing for you and you experience it in cycles. No reason to suspect Follidrone had anything to do with it.
Especially considering all of the evidence it has the opposite effect. Imagine if you were NOT taking Follidrone!

I've been on simply 320mg straight EC stand alone and have noticed slight increase in hair. Chest hair actually looks more "full" lol rather than growing quick

In the 100 or so threads I have read on FD2, I have not heard of bloating / water retension. I found it near impossible to lose scale weight, but definitely got positive body comp changes. Possibly it is something else?

Doesnt sound like a follidrone 2.0 side effect. Most guys have a hard time keeping the scale moving up or even static and there are no estrogenic compounds. Your taking other supps though right?

Yes. Only about 50 to 100 units went out without seals. The current product shipping has a holographic sticker over the top and side. Think about it like this...if we hadnt shipped without you wouldnt have your bottle now! So....i made the decision to just get em out.
The few without bottles are all good to go.

My 2 arrived other day in new style tubs and also had the same thing no seal also did not smell as strong like nail varnish remover which was with older batches.

Could be because the products are so fresh they havnt started to dry out.
Or a temperature thing. All i know for 100% is only Follidrone smelled like that so its not the container/bottles causing the scent. Honestly...if the scent stops with the new bottles Im happy because....nootrol smells like old garbage....cant wait to hear those reports.

My brother recieved some without seals I assured him they were fine. Ive Been a week on fd2 almost and endurance is great. The little acne I was getting from my PCT has begun to clear. Good stuff.

Today was back day and I hit it a little harder than usual. How long did you say it takes for the foll to kick in? Around two weeks?

There are some acute effects but it really starts to shine after a couple of weeks. Give it some time to really kick.
I know alot of guys who mention really seeing more effects after a few weeks. Which makes sense.

Today I had my first workout without Tr1umph and instantly lifted more weight, had to wait less in between sets and just felt overall much better. Can finally appreciate FD2 as well.

Boom. Finally....i was wracking my brain trying to figure out why your response was so different. Really stoked you can feel a difference. Ill bet over time it will improve also.
