I do train fasted and will continue to. I train 4am and my first meal is at 11am.

If I experience any of these what is the best dosing for this?

Sponsored log? Wouldn't be until May 2017 when I plan to bulk :)

If you experience hypo symptoms take the Follidrone 2 with or near meals instead of pre workout.

I ordered two bottles that were delivered today, and I decided to order two more Follidrone 2.0 along with a two Viron/Letrone... Nutriverse for the win!
 
Ran FD2 a number of times now and upto 5 months straight at 3-6 caps. Ahyhow, started back on it a month back for PCT and added MK677 about 2 weeks ago and I can tell you its one wicked combo. The softness you get from MK677 is hardened up by FD. Strength is through the roof compared to either one alone. The lethargy and slight to moderate depressive symptoms I usually get from MK677 are not present whatsoever.

Started at 16.5 week 1, then 33 which I will run for 8 weeks or so. Its the NP MK btw.....real solid MK. Dosing is 16.5 liquid per pull...that's why I am not using 25. I am doing 7 days on. Adding strength unleashed sounds great!

You could say I should just eat more carbs prewo, but I'm eating A LOT already. I'm taking 1 pill upon waking and two pills 45min prewo alongside Tr1umph. In both cases it's pretty close to big carb meals. Any similar experiences?

Fd2 will not cause acne, if anything the ecklonia cava in it will cure acne.
I workout like a demon on FD2.
I train in the mornings so upon waking I take 2 caps with a banana and go to the gym 30 mins later where I drink lucozade sport throughout my workout and have zero issues.
Been doing this throughout my 3 separate runs and still doing it.
But it will effect people differently.

No i have been fine, even when dosing upto 4-5 caps per day, i have been running it for past 3 months at 3 caps per day, 1 am and 2 PWO, and have been fine, i also use it when running ketogenic and do not get any hypo issues. i have also used in combination with Tr1umph without any ill effects.

Im willing to bet its not the FD2.
If anything FD2 will improve acne. So its not the culprit there.

Most people notice increased endurance and strength with FD2 except in rare cases where blood sugar is too low.
If your eating enough carbs its more likely something else.

Since your taking 3 products and none of the symptoms you are experiencing are reported by anyone else its more likely something else is to blame.

I got some acne w/ Alphamax XT...Im not diagnosisng the issue by any means, but I was surrised when it happened to me, so I throw it out there because it could be a similiar situation for you. I was able to pinpoint Alphamax as the culprit.

Ehhhhh......"alot of carbs pwo" is probably the curlpit. You get an energy spike pist carbs and then a sudden drop. Quite normal.
 
UPDATE: one big side effect is still there, I think FD2 is making me go hypoglicemic during workouts: I feel weaker, sweat more than usual...

The thing is, today I tried one prewo instead of two (I put the other one before my snack), and the side is still there. I'm doing 3 total, one before lunch, one before snack and one prewo. Not really sure what else should I do to avoid this? I'm eating carbs 1hr and 30min prewo to theoretically avoid going hypo: 5 wholegrain wheat biscuits (62gr carbs) and two oranges (24gr carbs). Should I eat even more carbs, or eat higher GI ones?

I normally sip on a glucose drink intra workout ti combat any possibility of hypo and this works for me , you could try this or go with dextrose which is so cheap and mix it in water and sip throughout your workout

well I do have EFX Karbolyn at home, usually use it postwo but I know it's made for pre and intra as well. Wondering if the amount I take intra should be detracted from my postwo though.

50gWaxy Maize
5g creatine
Mixed in 1/2 gall water I drink while training. I go hypo even without FD2 and lose steam. This has made a HUGE difference.
Pumps are epic and Ive got horsepower till the last rep.

Give it a shot.
Also you can just try some gatorade. See if it helps. If it does then you can work out a intra mix.

Nice, I'll definitely give 50g intra a try. I know it sounds crazy but I usually do 150g postwo+50g whey, I guess I should just do 50g intra and the rest postwo? I don't do it for the myth "anabolic window", it's just a suitable time for me to eat.
 
I think id pass out with 150g!
Im not sure if I feel worse with low blood sugar or high insulin.
The good news is Follidrone is really good at keeping glucose levels low even after meals.

I think you can get away with the added 50g no problem. No need to cut it from somewhere else unless your in competition mode or something.

Here in Italy, 200+gr of pasta during lunch is totally normal, we're used to it lol. Without this big lunch and the big postwo I mentioned, my weight would go down considerably, I guess I've got a pretty fast metabolism.

you can find a big difference when NOT take this amount of bcaa?
 
Eat another snack 45 min before your workout (i.e. Oatmeal and protein powder). Add intra workout carbs with BCAA's if possible and have more on hand if you need it. One needs to eat more on FD2 - even if you are cutting.

I just can't do it, have a pretty slow digestion and my stomach definitely wouldn't handle oatmeal 45min prewo - already have a hard time burping Tr1umph throughout my workout lol.

Today I tried 50gr of Karbolyn added to my snack, things went a hair better but still not feeling 100% during workout...thinking about doing 2 caps FD2 upon waking and just one prewo, or even pre-snack, if things don't get better.

PS: don't wanna do intra cause my stomach already doesn't feel right when taking FD2 and Tr1umph together 45min prewo, if I start adding even more food intra I know it wouldn't be better. I'll see if it's better to move Tr1umph or FD2 somewhere else during the day.

200g pasta yes. 200g waxy maize...I just couldnt. Its so fast acting my insulin spikes so high I feel like passing out.

I do 15g 2:1:1 and 15g lucine.
Keep in mind I own a supplement company so I have bulk ingredients at my disposal. Best way to do BCAAs....BULK.
Find one of the online bulk supp shops and buy 5kg. I think 5kg is 120$. Compared to most companies sell you 300g a good portion of which is flavoring for about 40$. Bulk unflavored is what I use.
I mix it with the waxy maize and creatine. Love it. Been doing this for as long as I can remember.

Try NOT taking FD2 for a day.
Try NOT taking Triumph for a day
Try NOT taking Alhpamax for a day. Isolate which is causing the effect. If it is in fact Follidrone then dont take it before training. Just take 1 cap 3x daily with a meal.

That's exactly what I was gonna do, but glad you confirmed it! Definitely not Alphamax though as I have no issues around the time I take it
 
My best results with FD2 were when I would take a cap with a small pre workout meal about an hour or so before the gym. I gave up trying to take it right before working out. I did buy some Glycofuse to use intra workout along with FD2, but id still sometimes feel a little off. I think possibly the addition of caffeine and the nitrate that is in my pump product didnt play nicely together with FD2 either.

Oddly enough this round with follidrone 2 I ran into issues with hypo symptoms during my workouts, where I had none the previous time I utilized the product. I dropped down to 1 cap preworkout, and the issue still persisted on the tail end of my workouts. What I found to work nicely was to drink my preworkout drink (Tr1umph + Furious) and 5-10 minutes later take eat a banana and take 1 cap of follidrone 2. This has allowed me to complete my workouts with no hypo symptoms cropping up.

One thing of note for me is that I was tending to workout on a pretty empty stomach food wise, as my latest meal at times prior to my workouts was upwards of 2-3 hours, so it perhaps wasn't surprising that I was going hypo towards the end of the workouts. I find that if I eat a decent size meal too close to my workout my stomach just feels too heavy, particularly after drinking my preworkout drink.
 
For all of you struggling with hypo give this a shot. 2h before your workout take 2 caps of FD2.0 and eat a small to medium sized meal with lots of carbs. Take a digestive enzyme supplement or a greens supplement with built in probiotics and digestive enzymes. Youll be all digested and muscles full of carbs by the time your workout rolls by. FD2.0 will have helped you shuttle those and itll still be working when you start your workout!
 
Yup, Keep in mind that alot more of the carbs your eating is being shuttled into muscles instead of fat cells so...dont be afraid to crank up the carbs.

Over how long of a period do you drink this? That's a hell of a lot of BCAAs/Leucine; I find that 5g Leucine with some BCAAs/EAAs and ~40g Gatorade powder is a great intra-workout. I think I have to give FD2 a try soon, I've been thinking about giving it a go for a while now.

Should get my fd2 tomorrow. Starting on April. Suggestions as far as type and amount of carbs pre wo with 2 caps? 270lbs 6'2"

Depending on your intake, you may not need to adjust anything, but I would make sure you have intra carbs. FD2 no matter what your goal requires more food. So dont be afraid to turn up the calories - even if you are starting a cut. Its difficult to lose scale weight, but expected body composition changes happen.
