Thank you for ur help. I said recomp bc i actually have been slowly but surely building muscle & losing fat since Nov. I never focused on cutting or bulking. I got significantly bigger & actually leaner while doing so. My weight increased about 5lbs. I increased the amount of food i was eating throughout this process but not by alot. I guess i feel funny calling it a bulk bc i never thought of it like that when i was doing it & i never focused on bulking or how much more i was eating i just knew that i was eating more. The only reason i decided to eat more is bc i felt my body wasnt recovering enough between workouts & felt more food would help,which it did. Then added fd2 to give me a boost and got the added vascularity & like i said slightly mor visible abs when flexing. My training has been on point for the last 9/10 months & so has my diet. I am looking forward to running fd2 again in about a month. Question: i start my workout in the morning about 7am. I usually eat a small meal (some oatmeal) at about 6am. Should i take my 2 pills of fd2 with that meal or closer to when i start my workout or does not matter? & is there any benefit of taking the other dose before bed? Ive been taking it usually with my dinner meal. Thank u

I have gone through 30-40 bottles of FD2 - I found dosing with a small meal an hour or so before a workout works better....especially if I am using a pre-workout....their is less for your body to process and you are saturated with FD2. I would stick to the dinner time 3 rd dose. I tried before and noticed no difference (unlike Letrone which is phenomenal before bed).

I know we usually say to take FD2 pre workout and this is because it has some serious benefits pre workout but some of these are directly related to GLucose and your in a fasting state in the early morning. This may cause you to have glucose issues while training leaving you tired and weaker than you would be otherwise. Yes a bit of oatmeal helps but unless your goal is fasted cardio I would suggest not training unless you have at least 1 solid meal in you. I dont ever train without 2 solid meals in me. If this isnt possible for some reason then switch to 1 cap FD2 spread out throughout the day with meals.

During the week I eat a lot of raw eggs, a lot of fruit, a lot of unsweetened whole grain gluten free steel cut oatmeal, a lot of whole grain long grain GF brown rice, greens from raw cold pressed green juices (ginger celery cucumber kale). My goals are to continue noticing increased lean muscle and decreased fat. My bf is prob between 9-11% right now. Im about 165lbs. Ive never been more than 175. Believe it or not i am stronger now at 165 and look more muscular too. I was "bigger" looking then but not as lean. I have a better body composition now and some parts of my body are just as big just without as much fat. Ive always wanted to be heavier but have grown to not care so much about the scale as much as the mirror. Maybe im meant to stay around this weight. I just keep focusing on improving my performance in the gym and whatever happens to my weight so be it as long as im improving in my workouts and continuing to get more muscular. I dont eat a lot b4 workout bc it upsets my stomach...of i lift in the afternoon then i can get 2 meals in but my schedule forces me to lift early morning and i really cant eat much more than a medium bowl of oatmeal. Can I ask, why the raw eggs? Our body can't properly extract absorb as much protein from raw eggs compared to cooking them.

Yes I would suggest taking the FD2 with your meals instead.

If you want to be heavier focus specifically on this. Trying to get bigger and leaner is extremely difficult without drugs.
Yes Follidrone 2.0 can help you achieve this but your not going to grow much unless you really take in the calories.

For me, in this case, I would set a goal. 20lbs lean bulk at a time but I was.....ehem, assisted.
naturally I would aim for 10lbs. Give yourself 10 weeks. Eat an exceptionally strict diet where you calculate everything.
Slowly increase calories until your gaining the 1lb per week. 1lb isnt alot and is low enough to keep your BF% relatively low.
You can then cut and youll prob lose 6lbs at least but youll retain 3-4lbs of muscle.
If you continue this youll gain about 10lbs per year lean muscle which is very good for a natty guy.

Or you can just continue doing what your doing but it doesnt sound like your getting where you want to go.

Over the past year i actually have accomplished what i wanted...my body compared to a year ago is night and day...significantly bigger, also leaner, better abs, etc. just always looking for ways to be even more efficient and improve more and more. May give your plan a shot. Has anyone stacked OL's laxogenin product with fd2?

Ive not tried OL's laxo, but i was running BPS Brawn, which is 100mg of laxo per cap, along with fd2, now taking a couple months off of laxo, but i was very happy with the results. Cant wait to start back on Brawn with the Fd2

Love fd2 and have stacked with multiple laxo products. Biggest thing I get from OL's dermastrength unleashed is some relief from joint pain and maaaybe slightly enhanced recovery. I'd say more of a joint support /adaptogen for me. Enough so, that I've got a good stash tucked away anyhow.

I always get smoother joints from Laxogenin but will be using SNS joint support xt from now on.

I rate FD2 over laxogenin and do not feel laxogenin is worth the recovery and joint benefits based on the cost.
 
Starting my 3 bottle run today of FD2, 1 cap this morning 20min before a meal (50+ carbs) and will be taking 2 pre workout with a little heavier carb meal. sounds great right?!

mainly making sure because I see people doing a lot of different dosing :D

I think a huge part of the different dosing protocols is some people get really hypoglycemic if they dont eat before taking FD2.
Some people can take it on an empty stomach after sleeping and go train. Most cant. So we suggest some carbs with it.
There is trial and error at first figuring out where your sweet spot is but once you get things dialed in its amazing.
Sounds like what your doing is working for you. I dont think I would change it.

I believe I always took v1 a little before food. Im in more of a bulking/recomp phase after keto so im at 200g carbs per day and steadily increasing. The carbs will ALWAYS be there ;) Thanks brundel.

I will appreciate some help here about a lean bulk.So i did a cut to around 10% bf(i can see ab veins ) and i now i'm on a lean bulk for a month(500kcals above).My previous bulk was a dirty one (1000-1100 kcals above) and gained around 15 lbs in 3 months mostly fat.I'm a begginer and i didnt actually now what i was doing so i dont wanna do it again like this but i'm reading here that i should be eating more and more with fd2?Wouldnt it be just fat like before i eat more than that?I mean a begginer can gain around 2 lbs a month of lean muscle natural so anything above that is gonna be fat.The thing is that i see guys here putting 10-15+ lbs in 8 weeks or so eating alot more.How would you suggest i eat with fd2 for a lean bulk(dont wanna get soft again) :) Thank you for your time!

Every body is different. I would suggest the same slow and steady increase that makes sense with or without fd2. Up cals 2-300 per day, monitor for a week or two, keep the same/increase/decrease - depending on weight gain or loss and waist circumference measurements...

Just very likely you'll be able to increase cals a bit more and a bit faster with fd2, while waist circumference decreases and weight goes up.

I never had any issue with my training taking even 2 caps upon waking (empty stomach) with my preworkout.

With that being said, i dose my other caps with carbs as my stomach just feels better in general when I do it that way.

I have not, but I HAVE noticed I've been crazy thirsty. I'm definitely drinking much more water - maybe you're drying out a bit?
 
Especially at night, I've been waking up a lot of nights around 2-3am and pounding 20oz of water, then going back to bed

There is only Follidrone 2.0. None of the original exists anymore.
But there is the same epicatechin in fd2. So...
Your getting FD1
+ a really solid ecklonia cava extract. We use a very strong ecklonia cava extract. Strongest I am aware of.
+ FLos carthami extract. This stuff is a decent muscle builder but also helps with recovery and reduces DOMS.
+ Quercetin niacin co crystals. This is pretty much the only product that has quercetin that you actually get the quercetin. So many products have quercetin on the label but.....its only got about 1% oral absorption so its useless orally. Unless of course you bind it to niacin which increases the absorption to about 60-70%.
+ a strong absorption package.

Cant lose.

Ive not had any issues with joint pain/cracking/stomach problems at all, and im finishing up bottle #3. I actually haven't noticed any bad side effects whatsoever. Only gains??
