Flying in the face of reason - Cycle

Found the bottom of my Turinabol bottle 5 days early... Not pleased about that at all...

I will wrap up the cycle with the Dermacrine only and then hit the TRS / TCF1 for a solid PCT. Honestly I feel as though I dont even need to "recover" as my libido has been higher on this cycle than pre hormones... Very tempting to hit something milder and save the TRS for a "bigger" cycle.

Open to thoughts.

Hit the hotel gym again tonight and it sucked again... No equipment and cramped!!! Did cardio / fat burn on the bike for 1/2 hour and then worked delts / traps. About all this DB collection was good for.

Really am not happy that this bottle of Turinabol did not go the distance. Tomorrow will be a travel day so a few airplane flights and then home stuff. Wednesdays are off days anyway.

I do feel good and the headaches have subsided a good bit.

I was very eager to jump on something fromt he Andro series but the $ was much higher than I think I am ready for. Full cycle and PCT will take BANK... I am sure it is a quality offering and wish those that have the pockets huge success with it.

Sorry to hear about the issue with the bottle. That seems very odd. Are you sure you were drawing the correct amount? I believe you, it just seems a 5 day off call is a bid difference.

The liquid is a hit or miss as far as dosing goes, but its odd to hear that you actually missed out on some. Usually it's the other way around.

PCT is what you need it to be. I.E., if for some reason a cycle doesn't shut you down, you don't need the PCT. If it shuts you down completely and hard, a SERM + OTC would be best. I think the TRS + TCF-1 will ensure you're recovered, but only blood tests will let you know if you're good to go.

Today was the first day back in a proper gym (sort of, its the one at work) since last Thursday. Now I kept up with my work outs at the hotel gym and at my home set up but I MISSED the bigger weights and a spotter!

Cycle is still going with the Dermacrine. I feel pretty good still but the travel, lack of sleep, and sketchy travel diet has left me weak. I was less than impressive in the gym but I got there! Today was a mixed bag as I simply wanted to shock my body and get it use to doing something with weights larger than hotel supplied 50 pound DBs.

I truely did sort of "lift around" Wanted to work large muscle groups but save legs for tomorrow.

Flat bench working up to 245x2 and then hitting flat banch with DBs working up to the 80's that are as large as this place has.

Incline fly and then Pec Deck

Tricep Press downs working up to 82x8

Tricep DB Press Ups working to 80 pound DBx7

Assisted Dips x 4 sets BURNT OUT

Wide Grip Seated Rows for 3 sets

Was going to do Dead Lifts but the back was not hearing it...

I will jump on legs tomorrow and then get back into the mix properly once I hit PCT on Monday. Again, I am feeling good and do like the cycle. There is a very large part of me that is thinking that the Anabolic Inovations PCS may be just the ticket for this. Asside from some headaches (that have subsided) I have had no real negative sides.

I am torn between making this my first cycle with futures or first and last cycle. NO slight to Primordial Performance. The company has been great to order from and work with and the reps of today and "yesterday" are awesome! Time will tell! I still have a few bottles of Dermacrine and the full TRS and TCF-1 to either pair with something down the road or sell off and further refine diet and work out.

There will be a hard look at my goals and reality happening shorlty. In the end I want to be healthy, strong, and athletic with endurance and stamina... Cardio will factor heavily into my future. Climbing back on the bike as soon as the snow and ice leave the paths.

Friday continued to be a mixed bag for me.

Feeling pretty dang good, maintaining weight but seem to have stalled for streangth gains.

The gym was sort of an easy day on my body as I messed up my lower back a bit on Thursday.

Treadmill for 20 minutes at a moderate pace - fat burn.

Hit the Leg extension machine for 5 sets. Started with high rep moderate weight and ended with low rep HEAVY.

Immediatly went to seated leg curls and did the same for 5 sets.

Rather than tax my back much I did NO squats etc. I hit the leg press for calf presses.

Legs felt like rubber so I figured my work was done.

Mind, body, and libido are all doign quite well and I truely feel no "shut down". Wife and I have had plenty of "quality time" together on cycle. That has been huge for me as I have a relativly stressful job / work load and that normally gets the best of my "intensions" to spend time with her. Headaches are a thing of the past.

I am very seriously considering takeing a more relaxed approach to PCT and using the Anabolic Inovations post cycle support and then rolling into TestoPro to see what happens. The TRS and TCF1 will proably get used at a later time or simply pair it with the two bottles of Deram and sell it off to focus on the natural me. We shall see what pans out.

I will hit the weights in the garage today despite it being an off day. And will tackle the gym with more purpose next Monday. I want to keep what I have worked so hard for and start tapering off some of the crud that came along. I will do so at a very purposeful / moderate rate so as not to sacrifce muscle mass as well.

I will take measurements again on Monday as that will be end of cycle. PreCycle - PostCycle - Post PCT will all be logged.

Pulling for you, Eric - hope whatever is going on with your body sorts it self out soon! As far as strength in the gym, we all have those weeks, and chances are, next week you'll be back to form.

Whether you "feel" anything is nothing to go off. PCT is the most important part of any cycle, IMO, and you want to make sure that you do not have any issues during PCT.

Thanks for both the support and the advice Rosie.

No worries and you're welcome, Eric - I'm always here if you need to ask anything :)

Keep the faith bro! Sucks about the early finish, but I agree with Rosie regardless of how you feel I would run your PCT as planned.

Our bodies aren't as indestructible as we'd like but I'm sure they'll sort themselves out...

Looking fwd to the measurements, and a quality log as always my friend, keeping it real for us slightly older corporate slaves.

I know I shouldn't pray for a lottery win, but I do anyway!!! Hey I'd have a lot of time for volunteer work!

How did the super cold camping trip go?

Good luck with that lottery!

Camping is always a blast. The only time I do not like it is setting up or breaking camp in the rain. If it rains while camp is set, awesome nap weather!

Keeping this one short and sweet... Day was pretty good considering my laptop crashed. Leave it to the IT guy to have many of my files on the drive and not backed up! SMART! Do as I say, not as I do!!!!

Worked chest and biceps today and did the normal routine. I was down on weight and reps but WAY up on intensity and felt pretty good about the efforts over all.

No headaches, no real diet issues (well, cheesecake for valentines day but the rest of the meal I made was QUITE healthy and tasted great), and mood is possitive. Getting good sleep as well. Still feel as though I am "stuck" with strength but I am "stuck" in a better place than I was a month ago!!!! Silver lining!

Off for some v-day cardio with the wife. Have to burn off that cheesecake!

Sucks about your laptop - had that issue myself last week, and had no access to anything for a few days, which can definitely be frustrating, especially if EVERYthing is on there and done from there.

"Do as I say, not as I do!!!" Sounds familiar. I need to start being more of a role model so I can say, "Do as I DO!"

Sounds like things are going better for you on the training front. Maybe you need to deload for a week, let your body recover, and then come back stronger for it - just a thought.

Anyways, hope you and the missus enjoyed your Valentine's Day. No more naughty from tomorrow - that goes for me too!

A lot of fun you are.... :mischievous:

I am not sure what is going on with me but the product that was suppose to be the "mood" boost, Dermacrine is all I am taking now as the TBol is long gone and my mood is very lethargic and BLAH!!! I am tired despite sleep and just feel out of it. Strength is sort of on the decrease to be honest or perhaps mood and lack of focus is making it seem that way.

I am now 6.5 weeks into a 6 week cycle as I wanted to finish up the bottle of Dermacrine. It will be gone tomorrow and I will start PCT.

Today was back day and it was such a mixed bag. I started out with Dead Lifts and zinged (yes that is a proper term) my lower back doing a warm up set with 205. NOT HAPPY...

I did get some solid sets / reps in on a reverse Pec Deck, Seated Row, and Bent BB Row. Wrapped up with 30 minutes on the bike and then finished with wide grip pull ups...

Just not feeling it much. I am sure that a good portion of it is mental but am not positive how to move forward and beyond.

My kids seem to have helped me clean up and lost my pre-cycle measurements. This makes me super happy as well. NOT... I am still looking as this log will suck with out true before and after measurements etc. Some would argue its nto much of a log anyway...

Off to play some CoD with my kids and hit the sack.

Sick as a dog last night and today. Headache from hell and sore all over. I decided to bale on the last bit of Dermacrine and moved straight into PCT this morning.

I have not worked out and will not today. Just trying to get back to "normal" to hit it hard. I have heard that much progress can be made with a sloid PCT so I will forego the idea of using only the AI Post Cycle Support and will stick with the plan to use the full TRS + TCF1 that I have.

I am not pleased with the over-all look and feel of my body with this cycle and think it might be my first and last. My body has fought me the entire way with headaches, odd mood (ups and downs), and hunger / lack of hunger... I did see results while increasing quality cals and using the Deracrine / Tbol cycle no doubt! I do not regret the use of the products AT ALL!!! I needed to see if this was an answer to a question I have had for some time. "What can I acheive?" I now know for a certainty that my body fights quality growth tooth and nail. I am unwilling to poor this kind of money into modest gains, at best. I am not a young man and have that working against me as well.

To reitterate, I do not regret this cycle at all and am thrilled with the support of the company and the reps! I have no doubt that others will respond very well to this cycle and achieve more. My "make up" is odd and gains are SLOW.

So, running the full PCT as planned and lifting 4/5 days a week. Will maintain cals and add some more cardio in an attempt to get myself back in form for hiking, camping, cycling, climbing and other things out doors... I have given up on size for the sake of size and will concentrate on fit and strong. What size comes or goes with that, so be it...

This was quite a long ramble for an off day with sickness... Eric ~ Out....

Sorry to see the cycle turn out like this bud.

Don't get me wrong. I think I did OK on the cycle. I simply have a body that fights quality size. I can put on weight and be fat quite readily but adding lean mass, nutha story all together. I think that the diet and cycle did good things for me but feel that I would have wanted more size, with less sides (though the sides where few in the big picture) for less money shelled out to do it again.

There is a part of me that would love to try AndroMass but I am not willing to part with that king of cash for the cycle / support supps / proper PCT at this point. Eating right, lifting big, and resting will get me to where ever it is I am heading.

You guys (the PP reps) have been awesome and quite helpful! I would recommend Primordial to anyone I knew what interested. GOOD STUFF and GREAT PEOPLE!

At least now you know, Eric (and thank you for your honesty in your feedback and throughout your log) - it satisfies your curiosity for the hormonal, and has started you with a base from which to work from. Yes, gains can be maintained and even made during PCT if it is done correctly - you're making a good decision, IMO. Afterwards, there are plenty of natural stacks that will not give you the side effects experienced during your hormonal cycle that you could try.

Everyone is definitely different in their make-up, so finding what works for you is essential.

Agreed and understood. PP reps included you for sure. Thanks Rosie.

Despite feeling so-so at best yesterday I had a GREAT work out. Mixed things up with one of the guys I try to train with. Hit shoulders and Triceps like every Thursday but used a totally different work out routine.

Having a spotter / encouragement helps TONS!!!!

Side latteral raises 5 sets in the 8-10 range

Seated DB Millitary Press 4 sets in the 6-8 range

Seated Smith Machine Millatary Press (behind head) 5 sets in the 8-10 range (Shoulder feeling much better!)

Standing Smith Machine shruggs (behind back) 5 sets in the 10-15 range

Super Set of Tricep Cables: Alternating Cable Kick Backs // Press Downs - Immediate move from one to the other for 5 sets and went HEAVY. Loved this!

Wrapped up with Seated Over Head DB Press ups (two hands) 8-10 rep range for 5 sets.

Played the game where I get trapped in my own shirt with it half on and half off looking like a moron. Felt this work out for hours afterwards.

PCT is going fine. and the flavors of the SA and the TCF1 are much more tollerable than the Dermacrine / TBOL for sure. Or my taste buds are so numb from them that the PCT products are going down easy despite the taste. Either way, much eaisier to swallow!

I am actually up on weight further. At this point I am up 10 pounds from the precycle weigh in, with modest "unwanted" weight coming into play. I see it mostly in my lower / outer chest and "love handles" that my wife swears are not there. They are. She is just trying to be supportive.

Back in the Gym later today for legs and probably some further cardio conditioning.

Worked Legs today. Kept it simple but intense to keep my back happy...

Squats (light and slow) 4 sets of 30 (yes, odd but it burned)

Leg Extensions 5 sets with increasing weight to failure

Leg Curls 5 sets with increasing weight to failure

Calve Raises

Had the brilliant idea to do some cardio on the bike.... UMMMMmmmmmm No. 5 minutes and was in so much pain I got off and headed back to the office for lunch and recovery.

Not a bad work out but not a stellar one. Back is preventing stellar.

All is well in PCT land.

After a weekend of rest and relaxation (if thats possible with a wife, 4 kids, and a dog) back to work day reality and a solid work out.

Hit chest very hard today with BB and DBs and slid right into bicep work with both cable and DB's.

Decline BB / Flat DB and BB / Incline BB / Pec Deck

Alternating DB curls / Hammer curls / cable curls

PCT is going well but I am already noticing a difference in the gym. Perhaps its old hat to those that have run many cycles but I got very use to the feeling of being "on"; to the point it was the new norm. Cutting the hormonals out and being nearly a week into PCT I am now noticing the lack of "it". I need to keep the mental edge and make up for it!!!!!! I am sure a portion of it is simply all in my head but there is obviously a very real differnce between having the Dermacrine / TBOL in the system and not.

Simply have to eat right and overcome the mind.

Also added cardio into the mix today and will continue to run / bike / something to get me back into cardio shape for this years endurance challanges.

You gotta push through that "losing it" feeling, it can really play with your mind! Stay focused!

Working on it for sure.

Spent all of today getting through a bunch of snow to the airport and then on planes to get to Vegas. Here for the week with a crappy gym and a silly work schedule.

I will see the gym many times but it is simply not in the cards today! 3 hours of sleep, once I log off, and then right back at the switched infrastructure at the airport. Ahhh, GOOD TIMES.

Headache is soooo back so it is safe to assume it was not / is not the Dermacrine / TBOL. Something else (like my eyes) are at fault. One less "negative" side effect to attribute to the cycle.

Have my PCT with me and am maintianing my dosing etc. Aside from the headache I am simply TIRED but that is jet lag and stooooopid hours.

Good night.

Snow, one of God's worst creations... lol

Hope that headache subsides. I've been sick with some kind of super flu and the headaches are always the worst...

This Las Vegas trip is killing me... Not anywhere enough sleep, horrid diet options, and a gym that is worse.

Still doing what I can with what I have available.

Cardio and Shoulders

Nothing spectacular but I got in the gym. I burned off some of the crap cals and got a bit of a work out in.

You can only do the best you can with what you have. Try a supermarket, if you have that option re food, Eric. At least you got a training session done!

True. That is about the only bright spot. No fridge in the room nor rental car. The glamorous life of business travel when the airport is your destination, NOT!!!

Sadly I will be in the air and in hotel rooms more than not for the next many weeks. Making things tough for sure!

AI Sports has a cool new cooler lunchbox/bag - you might want to look into using something like that if you want to keep food fresh, etc.

Or look at getting something like Muscle Pharms' MuscleGel Shots - convenient, easy to carry and store, and help you get your protein in, all whilst tasting great and being able to be consumed in literally seconds.

If in hotel rooms, at least, depending on your length of stay, at least try and get some of your own food to cook. If no cooking facilities in the room, look at getting stuff that you don't have to cook, but can store in the fridge or open, etc. Your nutrition only has to be as hard as you make it, and for every problem, there is a solution.

All great suggestions. I do bring my trusty shaker cup with me and my beloved Myofusion, along with Endoamp, Toco8, Sustain Alpha, and TCF1 for this PCT... Doing what I need to but the rest etc suffers greatly.

Its much easier with an over night or two but that is not the norm. Like next week... I head to Anchorage and back in over three days. I will be in airplanes longer than on the ground. HARD TO DO!

Crap day today.... I just got back in town and wife is still out of town so I am single parenting it. Now that is not a big deal at all however... I got a call from my bro in AZ letting me know my last grandparent passed last night and we are VERY close. SUCKS.

Its actually a very good thing as he was in pain but from a selfish standpoint it sucks. He is in a much better place with his wife and child they lost early in their marriage so I am truely happy but still a mess. Odd mix of feelings.

Today is an "off day" but I hit chest to take my mind off of stuff. Only managed 7 sets and decided that my heart was NOT in it. My diet is back on track and it felt good to eat good. Most of my protein was from food and that is always good. Low carb day as well.

I managed a GREAT nights sleep and then even a nap this afternoon.

This log seems to be tapering off. Most folks are waiting for logs of the new series and have lost interest in the "old" stuff and PCT is not the most exciting thing to track.

Will continue to roll forward and do my thing.

Sorry to hear that it was a crap day, but sometimes life sh*ts on us and we just have to suck it up, LOL.

Great to hear that your nutrition is back on track - mine will be from tomorrow as well (I am so sick of hearing myself say that, and this time I am DEAD SERIOUS!)

Never mind those who come and go. Just keep doing your thing as you are, Eric.

Better day for sure. Making arrangements with the family for the funeral and will be heading out there. Managed to arrange some other business out that way so work will pick up the tab. That was a great thing.

Diet has been way better this weekend and today and I had a great work out in the gym at the office. Hit chest and arms hard and that felt great.

Continuing with a strong PCT though I have lost about 2 pounds due to crazy travel and odd eating. I am confident that I can retain most of the rest though hard work and focus!

Continuing the fun with PCT...

Mood has been pretty good, sleep has been what it needed to be, and food has been pretty clean and in the right target range for cals.

Worked out shoulders and triceps hard...

Close grip flat press x 4 sets

Millitary press (behind head) x 4 sets

Shrugs x 4 sets

Front BB rows x 3 sets

Alternating Tricep work out

Cable kick backs // Cable press downs - alternating x 4 sets

Looked and felt great (albeit spent) after the work out!

Off to Anchorage tomorrow.

...How was Anchorage, always wanted to go to Alaska.

Me too - Alaska was always close to the top of the list of "to go" places when I was younger (dropped down a little since then, but still a desired location to visit).

This past few weeks has been over the top odd and very hard on the diet / routine.

Anchorage was good (once I got there)... I got stuck in Seattle and had to get a hotel last minute and then wake up silly early to continue to Anchorage. I got there and managed to get a solid sinus infection / head cold with all the crap that comes with it. The work got done but talk about some PAINFUL flights back. I was nearly in tears every time we decended into the next layover. Never saw a thing but the Airport and the hotel. BUMMER. I will actually see this state at some point!

Made it home late Friday (barely) and crawled into bed to die. Woke up in pain / caughing crap up / sweats - cold shakes..... Saturday was pretty much the same all day. Packed and jumped a flight to Phoenix bright and early Sunday. Still felt like crap but the landing did not bring tears only discomfort and the lack of ability to hear for hours.

Laid my Last Grandparent to rest today. That was very hard but at the same time a great comfort to know he was now pain free and with those he had been without for so long (his wife and a daughter they lost at the early age of 9)... I stayed pretty strong through the grave side service but lost it a few.

Saw a brother that had successfully pulled himself out of most of the families life for nearly 19 years and managed to sort of catch up. We will see where it goes but I am open.

Diet has been piss poor and way too low in calories. Work outs have been nonexistant for the most part. I did get a partial in Alaska but nothing to brag about. PCT is nearly over and like all too many stories I have read "an illness came up and trashes all the progress"....

I am wrapping up the PCT as planned and will get back into the gym while in Phoenix this week. This hotel is suppose to have one of the better "hotel gyms" so I am hopeful.

So that is my mini "PCT of Eric and his odd travel schedule / life" update.

It can be hard but knowing the suffering is gone is always a good thing.

ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!! It was a long time coming. I (and most of the family) expected it would have happened years ago. The past many years were rough on him for sure.

There are way more positives about his passing than negatives. He lived a long life and passed just before he would turn 90.

Thanks.

Still sick and lethargic but also determined enough and feeling a bit well enough so I woke up early and hit the hotel gym. To my shock its a decent one. GOt a solid chest and bicep work out it.

Its funny, they have 6 cardio machines and all of them were occupied but the free weights and cable machine was all mine! A lot of guys simply trying to drop weight out there!

Like I said I am sick but mentally I seem to be alright. My midsection has gone to (further) hell with the iffy diet of being on the road and funeral type comfort food. Getting back on track though. Last night was a half a chicken, sweet potato, and grilled veggies. Tasted great and was much better for me than most of the other crap!

Still following the full TRS PCT protocol. I never really felt all that shut down on the t-bol / dermacrine. I took this TRS as a wize lady (Rosie) suggested that I might not want to be stupid and follow the plan as without bloods being done you are risking stuff... Not her exact words but the general gist.

I hope to lose a few pounds of flem in the coming days and keep the muscle that I put on. I need to be eating more and better!!!!

Generally it is always a good idea to follow Rosie's advice.
