Current Stats:
Age - 24
Ht - 6'
Wt - 201 lbs (Down for 228 lbs in Feb)
Bf - 16.5% (Down from 24% in Feb)
Stomach at widest point - 38.5" (I have horrible love handles)

Current Goals:
1 - Cut Weight
2 - Maintain muscle

Workout Plan:

So my best shape ever was in 2005, I was very dedicated and lifting on the Max-OT program. Since late 2005 when I got a head injury I have been in and out of the gym, and every time its been a strength based program. Because I am trying to cut fat I am gonna go with a modded Full Body Workout for while and adjust as needed, most likely I will got back to a 5x5 or something similar in a few months.


Cardio:
Mon/Wed/Fri - HIIT after my workout
Tue/Thur - Mixed Martial Arts Class

My monday, wednesday and friday workouts are fasted

HIIT is on the eliptical: 5min warmup, 4-8min 30sec jog/30sec sprint, 5min decreasing cool down. What I mean by decreasing cool down is that on the last sprint instead of slowing down to a jog i will drop the rpms to about 210, hold it there for 30 seconds, then go to 200 for 30 seconds, then down to 190 for 30 seconds and so on until my 5 min cool down is complete. Also even though the calorie counters are not accurate I will be keeping track of the calories being burned as I will use that to mark my progress to make sure im working harder than last time

Ok guys I actually started the Green Bulge last week and went again and did a pre supplement strength test. I did 3 exercises at select weights to see how many reps i could get and I will do them again after the two months is up. Here are the beginning results

Exercises:
A2G Squats - 205 lbs x 5 reps
Chin Ups - Bodyweight x 9 reps
Bench - 225 lbs x 7 reps
 
Workout #2 - Day 10

I am really happy with my strength lately! A few months ago I could hardly do 2 chin ups and now last week i did 1 set of 9 reps and this week 3 sets of 5 reps with extra weight... **** is finally moving up for me!

Rest Day - Day 11

Took my GB while at work today... not sure what exactly to report for while at work on a rest day but i have been feeling overall a bit stronger and "bigger" since I started taking this last monday. I felt like my shoulders looked jacked on tuesday after work.

Also, I have been eating clean for 3 days and I have dropped about 3 lbs. Probably the EC but i dont feel weak at all like I normally do on EC

I am really happy so far with my strength increases... a few months ago i couldnt even do 3 sets of 5 chin ups... now im doing that with weight! Same thing when I was skinny as hell in the Marines in boot camp I dont think I could do 9 chin ups because pull ups (palms out) were my strong side!

Yeah work was a bit on me for a minute working landscaping but i adjusted... now im just crazy and get up at 430 mon/wed/fri to workout before going to work... hahaa

Well i should mention that for the last week and half I finally switched up gears and altered the diet a bit... low cal to an extent but high protein (about 200g) and low carb (about 20-50g a day) and have been feeling like I am leaning up! With the GB i havent been feeling run down like I normally do on low carb... hell I havent been having cravings all that much (probably the EC) but i feel like im leaning up and still getting stronger thanks to the GB! Pictures to come in about 2 weeks and then 1 more month and more pictures!
