Good boy fl3x good boy.

Now eat your steak and potatoes.

You would make an excellent mother, I love steak! Lol

I am thinking I may want to visit a chiro soon. My buddy's dad runs a place in my home town and straightened me up (not a homo joke lol) when I threw my back out on shoulder press.
I will say that I may be noticing some testosterone support from the PLCAR if you get my drift...
Accidentally overslept before work last night, due to some sleep interruptions from the lawn care crew and Fed Ex knocking on the wrong door, and decided 1 gram PLCAR at midnight was worth a shot, noticed a "happy" feeling. And then of course enhanced recovery, or I guess not feeling as worn out.
So for sure we can conclude it is having positive influence on:
Testosterone
Well being
Recovery
thus far

Nice! It's always good to have someone you know and can trust more to help you out. I'm digging the PLCAR benefits you're seeing so far.

I agree, well being is very nice after a few weeks on plcar-very nice at that!

lol, going to eat some steak right now!

16 oz, medium, topped with sauteed mushrooms and onions, and a side of garlic mashed potatoes and brocolli? Good choice!

Ok well I couldn't schedule an appointment with the Chiro over the holiday weekend but still looks like I'll have some time tuesday/wednesday to see someone. I've been doing lots of neck stretches and the pain is almost non existent now.

Took 1.5 grams PLCAR before my lift two days ago:

Flat DB press:
60x5, 70x5, 80x5, 90x5, 100x8 (think it's time to add some weight on again!)

Incline smith press:
185x10,8,7

Standing BB curls:
Using 105 lbs, I failed at 6 reps with perfect form, slightly less than shoulder width grip, rested 20 seconds, and busted out more reps, kept this pattern up til I hit 30.

At this point I was pretty pumped.

Close grip flat smith press:
185x6 with perfect form, 3-0-2 tempo (same method has standing BB curls up to 30 reps)

Mid level cable cross:
2 sets of 21 reps at 40 lbs each side

Cable curls with EZ bar:
2 strip sets of 10 reps a piece, dropping for 5 different plates

V-bar tricep pressdowns:
Same as above

The pump was phenominal, I felt awesome, very short rest periods as you can see for most lifts and I was surprised at how well I was able to keep that up through the whole workout.

Total time: 45 minutes

Thank you guys for suggesting the 1-1.5 gram preworkout dose, 1.5 grams is my new preworkout dose.

Good job on the bench man! I love the pump as well ;)

Hmm, that sounds like a pretty good dosing pattern. Notice better focus as that? I can't wait for mine to come in!! (mom finalizing my shipment... this time it's gonna cost me a lot to ship it from home.... )

Thanks bud. On my last cycle I was pushing 115's for 10, kinda disheartening to know I can only push 100's for 10 first set now but not bad. Was getting frustrated cuz I tuck my phone/mp3 player in my pocket when I left and when I leaned back with the heavier DB's to throw them off my knees it would fall on the ground and I would not only have no music but have to be careful where I dropped the weights lol.

I did notice some better focus, but man for some reason tunnel vision focus is hard for me to pinpoint to one specific thing, I don't think I pay enough attention to it. I had other motives for getting through my stuff fast. Had a big night planned with the girlfriend, and I was the only one in the gym and therefore had no distractions at all. I would say the recovery time and energy I received from the PLCAR helped me stay focused and bust through everything.

Hmm recovery time and energy boost during workout, that sounds YUMMY!

Are you taking anything else intra workout? (I know you take a preworkout)

I sip on either Xtend, Body Mortar, or Anabolic Competition.
I sipped Body Mortar with that last workout. I like to not get used to the taste of one thing, plus I have a bunch of stuff lol.

Theres a dirty sale on Xtend V.1. 90 servings for $30, and I know you can grab 250 servings of RecoverPro for like $45...

90 servings V1 for 30 isn't bad. I see they still have the smaller tubs up for 10 on nutra.

Dude I think I'm finally all set for a while (ok I say that now but I bet I buy some more next paycheck)

Best pump I've had in quite a while actually :)

I really missed the big arm pumps, haven't had them much since I switched the 5x5.

So here I am on a 12 hour night shift. About 2 hours ago I was losing my edge and falling asleep, no motivation, and popped 1 gram PLCAR (2 caps) before my "lunch" and it breathed the life back into me :)
Good stuff here guys, glad I grabbed some extra over the weekend, should have enough to last me a while now :)

KJ buddy! I can't remember when you said your upcoming contest is, and I was hoping you could save me from digging through 123948723 pages in the RecoverPro thread...when is it again?

Wow that sounds great! Good stuff indeed for that mood booster. You like the 1g pre workout as well eh? Hmm...

gotta love supplemental energy!

1.5g now :)
gotta love supplemental energy!

That is true :)
Gotta love energy that I don't feel guilty about!
High amounts of caffeine, while I love it, makes me paranoid about high cortisol spikes. Other stims, while I do take them every day, I also feel guilty about taking them. I feel like one day it is going to shorten my life.
The boost I get from PLCAR is something completely different and I can't see any reason to feel guilty from it.

It's not till May. I plan on bulking up to about 240 (I really hope!), and then start my contest prep cut in February. That gives me a nice 14 weeks or so to diet down properly.

Try snorting a line of cocain :) Fl3x

That's a high energy right there.

always some mushrooms! might have to do up some mashed potatoes and brocolli this weekend with my steak!

I'm digging that you're digging them ;)

16 oz, medium, topped with sauteed mushrooms and onions, and a side of garlic mashed potatoes and brocolli? Good choice!

Today's workout started with 1.5 grams PLCAR, sticking with this now due to what seems like enhanced recovery.

Workout:
Flat DB press- 60x5, 70x5, 80x5, 90x5, 100x7. I wanted to go heavier on the last set but there were no higher dumbells at that gym. Didn't feel too strong today but I don't normally lift on an empty stomach.

Squats- 135x5, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5, knee was bothering me so I deloaded and did a 12 rep with 135 after this. I need to take some extra time to warm my knees up before I do squats. I refuse to wear knee wraps though, they usually end up in the trash by set 2. I hate them.

Wide neutral grip lat pulldowns- 80x5, 110x5, 130x5, 150x5, 170x5. Really focused on the squeeze here.

Shoulder height cable cross- 50x21, 40x21. I do 7 reps standing straight, 7 bent over, and 7 leaning way forward to finish it.

One arm neutral grip pullups (supporting wrist with other hand)- Bodyweightx6 right arm, bodyweightx5 left arm.

DONE!!!

I DID drink 3 scoops Anabolic Ignite preworkout with a scoop of Body Mortar, and half scoop Anabolic Competition during workout, with 1 scoop Xtend.
Post workout shake:
8 ounces egg whites, 8 ounces orange juice, 1 scoop Nutra's Waxy Maize. 55 grams carbs, 30-35 grams protein.

So far tonight (keep in mind that night is day for me right now) I've netted around 2,000 calories already.

Sad considering I'm still up and I was awake at 8 AM this morning and it's now 3 AM. Up in 3 hours to finish school work, and a class presentation. Good to see you putting some solid work in at the gym.

That sounds like you lead a pretty busy life. My only excuse for still being up is I am at work lol.

Hittin it hard today guys.
Will update later. Screwed up my wrist a little bit so I will be doing some modified lifting for my chest movements, hurts too much to push with the palm but I can make a fist and push so I have to figure something out there...have a few ideas, but I'll have to test it out and see how it goes.

Well like I said, my wrist is kinda f'd up so I had to alter my routine.
Had a couple ideas, first one was to lower the bar on the smith down to the bottom stops, load some weight on, and with the bar rested on my traps, do pushups on my fists. Tried it out, kept rolling the hooks and accidentally setting the weight down on the upper pegs lol..
Then I slid a flat bench in there, lowered the stops to where I could just squeeze under the bar, put squat pads on the bar, and used my fists to press the bar up. Was working ok but I wasn't satisfied.
SO I just busted out a 5x5 flat press routine on the smith using 75% extension, any more than that and it really started hurting. Had to use less weight than usual. Here is how it looked:

Flat smith press:
145x5 (starting weight, up 5 from last week)
175x5 (up 5)
195x5 (up 5)
215x5 (last week this was 230, kept it low to save the wrist)
235x5 (would have been 250)

Incline DB flyes:
30 (a piece)x14
40x15
50x12
40x10

Got a good pump goin now, yeah buddy!!

Deadlifts:
135x5
175x5
205x5
225x5
255x5

Tricep DB kickbacks:
35x10
30x10
25x10
25x10

Now that my triceps are burning, time to get some focused reps out on the chest, taking tri's out of the equation.

Pushups on fists:
20 reps
12 reps
Superset into Decline pushups (toes on bench):
10 reps

PHEW!

I had to skip shoulders this workout because of the wrist, so hopefully in two days it's better and I can bust out some military press and some volume sets of DB clean and press.

Took 1.5 grams PLCAR preworkout again and sticking with it ;)
Since I only take this on my lifting days, 1 bottle could technically last me 2 months, which is just way too long to hang onto a bottle of PLCAR lol, and since I have that second bottle coming, I figured this first one can just last a month, so I have been taking 1-1.5 grams pre bed to experiment with sleep benefits.

Right now its super busy lol. Hence why im going to bed at 2:30AM and up at 730.. 5 hours is a gift actually :p

WOW, so I just wanted to say, I am starting to have some crazy ass dreams lol. Been experimenting with 1 gram PLCAR about half hour before bed...some very vivid stuff, I feel pretty rested and recovered the next morning so I know it's healing me and I'm not tossing and turning. But, I hardly ever remember my dreams and lately it had been only the night I placed a Powerpatch on, but now since playing with the pre bed dose of PLCAR I have been having wicked dreams every night.
I really hope this is the PLCAR speaking. I think I have found my magical sleep aide ;)

hmm interesting. curious to see how it continues to play out.

that is one thing you will hear A LOT with plcar. assuming there is an evening dose, there is a sense of being rejuvenated in the morning...

I have been telling people for a long time, plcar is some outstanding stuff! glad you are enjoying it so much!

Still with the 1.5 grams preworkout and 1 gram pre bed.
Loving it!
Quick recovery times, feeling rejuvinated waking up.
I could have used a gram of PLCAR at work today to ease the stress, man was it a rough day!

WHOA, been slacking a little, thankfully not in the gym though ;)

Yesterday...
Kind of an off day so I didn't go real heavy or do a 5x5 but this is how it looked:

Seated Zottman curls:
2 sets of 12

Slightly bent forward seated curls:
3 sets of 12

Lying tricep EZ bar extensions:
4 sets of 10

Close grip chin ups, palms faced towards me:
3 sets of 10

Smith BB shrugs:
105x12
195x12
285x12
375x12
Immediately into:
285x6, 195x7

Had very short resting periods. The first few sets I basically didn't even rest lol, just was like OK LET'S GO, TIME IS MONEY.

Stuck with the 1.5 grams pre workout.
I feel like this is giving me a pretty euphoric feeling in the gym.
And the sleep is still pretty good at 1 gram. The consistency of my dreams is telling me it has a nice effect in that department.
This sponsored bottle is almost gone, and I am quite sad...thankfully I did grab that second bottle I was talking about!

I will admit there have been a couple days where I completely forgot to take it preworkout but I have been persistent with the night time dosage, seeing how it's in the cupboard with all my other supps it is hard to miss.

SOOOO, SNS, what was the final verdict on that whole "carry on CEL's natty legacy" thing?? ;)
Was one of my favorite companies, and SNS is one of my favorites right now as well, best of both worlds?????

OH, by the way, my "manhood" has been doing surprisngly well too.
When I say surprisingly, I mean like I stop and go "why is this happening...I don't remember taking anything for this" and then it dawns on me later that PLCAR has some supposed benefits in this department as well.

how is the sleep and dreams? thanks for the kind words Flex, running a great log thumbs up.

Most of my dreams are "cool" I guess you could say, I am the hero or just doing fun stuff and what not, but MAN sometimes I have some freaky dreams too...just goes to show that the vividness is there. This last dream I remember having, I was with some friends, one of them shot a guy I worked with in the head with a .50 cal sniper rifle, then we stole a cop car, jumped it over a river, and hid in this house from the cops.
There was this weird looking woman there that told us not to go in the basement. I looked downstairs and it was glowing red, turned out the devil lived there. He started controlling our minds and my friends were trying to kill me, and at one point I was locked in a garage and the only way out was to hack apart these stuffed animals that were spraying guts and blood all over the place and screaming for help. And then at the end, the SWAT team came in after me and I killed them all and jumped off a cliff lol......
ANYWAYS!!! LMAO, wow. Anyways, the sleep quality is definitely good, I feel very rested the next day and "calm" I guess you could say.
Those considering trying PLCAR prior to bed, disregard my nightmare, it was probably due to the fact that I fell asleep mid prayer in the part where I ask God to keep the devil out of my life.

Fightback, have you been running this stuff?
