I stepped on the scale, and guess what??
215.5 lbs today

Up 5.5 from the start of this log. I can't remember if I've stated this yet but after day 1 my weight was a steady 207 for a little while...so if you wanted to get technical I am up 8.5 pounds in what...just under a month?
Flat DB press:
60'sx10, 70'sx10, 80'sx5, 90'sx5,
100'sx12.5 (I wanted 13 so bad!!)
Incline smith press:
155x15, 155x12, 155x10
Neutral grip pullups:
BWx20, BWx13, BWx10 (squeeze!!!!)
Superset with

Close grip Tricep pressdowns:
140x15, 130x12, 130x10
DB hammers RUN THE RACK!:

100x20 strict squeezed out reps here
Great pump today!
I felt very awesome all around in the gym, minus the hacking and spitting the last 15 minutes or so haha.
Current dosage:
8mL split up 4 times a day. Giving it another week at very least with this dose because things seem to be looking good currently.

Feeling "on":
Still hard to say...will focus more on this throughout the week.
This will be at least an 8 week cycle guys!
