Dang i wished i taken the weekend off but dumb me was lazy and took tuesday off so spent saturday and sunday in the gym, good thing it has multiple TV's and the games were on.
 
Subbed bud. First time I have hears of this compound, but I've always preferred the liquid sublingual delivery system as the best short of injecting. Good luck on your run. Is this a DS or a PH? If a ph, what hormone is it converted to?

My shoulder was giving me some trouble today so I opted for DB press instead of Mili press.

Flat DB presses:
55's x5, 65x5, 75x5, 85x5, 100x8

Smith flat press (did this more for fun than anything):
260x4

Bent over BB rows:
120x5, 150x5, 170x5, 190x5, 225x5 (I'm comin for ya matty boy!)

Hex bar deads:
135x5, 185x5, 205x5, 245x5, 275x5

Shoulder height cable cross:
50x25, 50x20

When I weighed myself before I started my P-Bold I was 210, but since starting, I was weighing a constant 206. My weight the last 3 days has been 211 lbs, bodyfat is still 11%.

I am tellin you guys right now that I have been HUNGRY lately. I've already put down 4k cals today and have 2 meals left .

I am convinced that this stuff loves carbs too. I ate 500 calories 1.5 hours before the gym, with 50 grams of carbs, and by the time I hit the gym I was feeling kind of hypoglycemic. Felt this way through the whole workout, nothing unbearable but it was there. Was pretty hungry all workout too. May have to add in more carbs preworkout.
 
BTW, my physique is starting to look pretty defined, more than pre cycle. It is a noticeable thing, especially in my upper pecs. Staying very vascular too.

Sounds good to me. Love when i'm more vascular doesn't really show on me but when it does always brings a smile to my face.

I love carbs.....=)..... Scared for the day I'm not so active... I will have to have a huge diet adjustment.
 
I was little upset last night. I went out of town to visit my friend and had 3 hours with no food, so desperate and starving when I left, I ordered chicken selects from McDonald's. Bad choice. It was mostly breading, and over fried breading at that. It was comparable to biting down on tree bark. So I got pissed and drove home to real food.

Just got that second bottle in guys!
Let's get the party started lol. I will probably run the rest of this bottle at 6mL/day and then run the second bottle at 8mL a day if all is going well. What do you think TN reps?

I might have to try that one, only one I have found that I can stomach or actually enjoy eating is the apple one. But they're hit or miss, sometimes they are hard and taste stale, other times they're soft and perfect.

I miss protein bars.... damn you all. Shipping that stuff to Japan makes the order HELLA expensive...
 
I hammer down the 85g Oh Yeah bars by ISS. Best tasting bars I have tried.
 
I'm gonna do some sort of ab workout in a little bit. 4ml down the hatch so far today. And just now mixing 2 scoops of Wyked.
My ab workout will probably turn into some pump work for tri's and bi's too cuz my roommate screwed me with a bad check for his half of rent, and now my bank has shown me it's mighty wrath and I have negative money til payday. I need to take my aggression out on the iron before he gets home otherwise I am afraid I will lose my cool and end up in jail.
 
I think the ones I was looking at were like 15 grams of protein or something like that. I think its just 85 grams of everything total.
 
OK yeah i knew they werent 85 g of protein...makes me think what the hell i was looking at last time I went to Sams Club?!?!?
 
They have 2 sizes: 45g & 85g

My biggest delema is buying a galaxy tab $479 and a bottle of andro mass for $70

I am the only one on the lease. I told him if he gives me half during the first week I can pay rent on time, and if he can't get it til later in the month I will have to pay it late. So with his half I have enough to cover the whole thing, get it?
So he gave me his check, I deposited it, then payed rent online, then after some other bills were payed, I get his check back in the mail saying it was returned, then I check my account, and they took the check out, then charged all my bills, so I got overdraft fees.
Pretty pissed.

Damn Fl3x that sucks bud. Just had a bank account problem last week with overdraft fees. My younger brother almost got his but kicked.

1 thing I'll say brother you may want to see if you can help him out before you kick him out, remember even though we are grown men, sometimes pride gets the best of us and I do not want to be homeless and with out a job, Christmas is right around the corner maybe you can give that break as a Christmas present to him. :)

Get him gone FL3X, hes not doing anything for ya and now not only is he hindering the lady from moving in but hes skipping on rent and getting you additional charges with bad checks???

Yeah, I've basically been giving this guy a break since August though. I think his luck has run out. I've been down on my luck before but I get back on my feet as quick as I can, by this point he's just taking advantage of me.
