Yeah not sure what happened...shoulders used to be my weakest, then this year I start giving them the attention they deserved and they just got strong! I remember last year I did military press for the first time in like 3 years and I threw my back out with a 165 lol :(

Same thing happened with my shoulder's about 5 months ago. I used to dread shoulder day man, then bam I kept raising 10 lbs every week on shoulder press for some reason and now it is my favorite workout day!

Sucked, but I made it through.
The scale made me smile yesterday btw. No, I will not tell you all my weight, not til Saturday :)

I put the PR's in bold for Tom and AZ lol, and I took 40mg this morning for Sourdough.

Im all about blastin through a good shoulders day as well!!!! but recently ive been finding myself diggin different things about EVERY workout... cant wait to go on cycle myself...

I hear you i took tuesday off and i usually never take a day off that early in the week but i'll make up for it this week. Work sometimes just gets in the way of the gym lol. Glad the scale was friendly for you.

Took 40mg this morning with some fish oil and a water/protein/maize/honey shake (was out of egg whites)
Took 20mg at lunch
Took 40mg preworkout (about 45 minutes before gym)

Flat bench:
150x5
185x5
205x5
225x5
250x4 (Last cycle I hit 260x6 with bad form on the last one...should be back to this next week)

Incline press (these were angled somewhere between 45 degrees and upright, gauged more towards delts:
105x5
125x5
155x5
175x5
185x5
Got a good burn on the outer/upper pecs here and a little on front delts, did them wide grip and nice and slow.

Leg press:
2 platesx5
4 platesx5
6 platesx5
7 platesx5
8 platesx6

Close grip ez cable curls (bent over, pulley behind me, cable between legs):
70x15
70x15
70x20
70x15

DB clean and press:
35'sx15
35'sx12
After I failed here I kept them about ear level and bounced about 10 more reps out each set

Got a great pump tonight, and felt pretty strong. Was in a the gym a total of 1 hour.
Missed a meal again due to high work demand but I made it. I actually ate a 500 calorie meal of chicken alfredo pasta with brocolli about half hour before I lifted and didn't have the urge to puke in the gym lol.

Yeah trust me I'm making up for it as we speak lol. Big juicy steak with some potatoes, and I just finished a 600 calorie shake about half hour ago. And in 45 ish minutes I'm eating a cup of cottage cheese, drinking some v8 and going to bed.

Ho man... talk about eats! I'm on superdrol. And It will be a challenge, seeing I'm cutting/recomping. I think we will end around the same level of strength, but you and your naturally fast metabolism will probably still be lean whilst eating like king, while I will be lean but feeling the pains of dieting....

I am hoping to stay fairly lean...
Two bulks ago I was 8% bodyfat at the abs...two bulks later I was sitting around 12%, and before this cycle was able to eat lots but kept it clean and dropped it down to 11%.
If this P-Bold doesn't end up causing unwanted fat gain on a clean bulk diet, I am hoping to end up around 10 :)

You will definitely be the test on that. Lose body fat and gains muscle on a wet ph. If anyone can do it bro, it'd be YOU!

It just sucks to try to get HUGE with a fast metabolism. I am only around 210 and I have to eat 4000 to MAINTAIN lol..If i was 230+ id prob need at least 5000 and that aint easy for me! I love food but eating becomes a chore sometimes ugh

I have my phone rooted, wasn't hard, and with root access you can use an app available on the market called "ad free android" its awesome....

Although usually I have to update it to include the new changes to apps or after a new app that is ad supported is first dl'd....

Was there a recent update to the AM app? I have all apps set to manual update so that way if a new version sucks I don't have to use it.... Also download titanium backup, that way you can backup apps THEN update then and if you don't like the update, uninstall and revert to the saved version of the supp saved in your backup....

Hey Flex how much and how often are you doing cardio? I am doing LISS like twice a week but I may be upping that slightly.

I don't think there was an update but if there was I missed it...
I wish I knew more about computers so I could do all that stuff to my phone lol

I'm currently doing zero minutes seven times a week lol. I consider super sets my cardio.
