I ended up only taking 3z last night. Slept good regardless. Today at work I'm about to pop a Phenibut to see if it helps. It's been a rough rough last couple days at work. I came into work today and there was over 30 voicemails in my mailbox of stuff that broke last night when some people at work did and outage. Apparently they completely knocked out 4 VM cluster hosts. Going to be one of those days.

Sure did, was a bit groggy for 30 minutes, then felt much calmer and it helped me not eat from stress at work for the day. It was wonderful.

didn't really notice that much difference. I've gotten to sticking at taking them together, 3 phenibut plus 3z and its working great
