Okay so I had some good carbs yesterday and filled out a good bit. I have a tiny bit of water on me this morning but here is what I looked like as of this AM at 210.2 lbs no food no pump no anything. Considering the picture is being taken from lower I think I am actually closer than I appear in these pictures as well. Lighting isn't exactly perfect. You can see the veins coming in on my quads, and the lines coming in on all of my abs. Like I said I am so close to home right now I am confident I got this.

Spoke with snags this morning. We're going a more aggressive route. Gonna peel the fat back then work for growth. Shouldn't lose much mass on the anabolics anyways. Another two-3 weeks on tren then I'm switching to deca I'm sick of not sleeping. Kleen have a happy bday. Drink some chivas regal in my honor! Lookin burly dude.

Legs looking really nice Kleen - especially Hams & Glutes, you can see some good separation. The most muscular shot shows how little bf you've got now at the bottom of the pecs; it's definitely come down & you're looking more solid than ever. And the erectors are really starting to pop, even relaxed. Not a bad birthday present to give yourself!

superbeast668 - you think the deca will bloat you up & cause you to put the fat you've lost/will lose back on some? Always got the impression it was more of a bulker. I mean I know it's in the diet, but still..
 
Nah the deca won't make him fat at all. Not that kind of bulker just very anabolic with low androgenics so you add size without all of the aggression and other things. Deca is actually great during a cut too. Very versatile and kind of does well with most situations.

I have the impression were cutting out calories. I don't care about water bloat I won't gain fat I'm not eating heavy surpluses and it's going to be lower dosed..300 mgs or so to help with joints.

Lol. The lmg should help. Maybe snatch up some joint supps-huge fan of AI's supp and tb500 if you're ok with peps.
 
I use glucosamine & chondroiton year-round, & have bulk NP cissus that tastes like crap but works like a charm.

Yeah the LMG is good for strength too. Kept my joints feeling pretty good but now that it is gone and 90mg of EPI, well Big Daddy T over here is feeling it!

tb500 is definitely nice if you can run it high enough. Best thing for dry joints while on EPI or other AI
s is Hyalauronic Acid. That is what synnovial fluid is predominantly made of so you want it whatever you are taking. Animal Flex has it and a really nice ingredient line up. There are a few others, you can also get it on the side take it with an antacid and it is a lot more effective too.
How are you liking the Killshot Kleen?
So far one week in and 3 days on it alone I would say I like it a lot. Of course I did have me some carbs yesterday and will today but I can tell the EPI has it all going in the right places. Definitely noticing I am dry though. Almost immediately had to start restructuring the workout for the sudden dryness in my shoulders and knees. Adjusted some ROM and rep ranges to accommodate but the muscle is feeling amazing and full. I am going to take a few pics after this workout here in a bit and I should be looking ridiculously large since I am still having carbs just keeping fats low right now. May even video a little of the workout, get a lil of me and Jeff in the garage.

Hit a light full body lift today. Still not feeling 100% but I needed to get the blood flowing. Feeling pretty decent right now. Gonna be a big night out watching Syracuse beat duke! Go orange!

Thanks everyone, and Pete I hope you had an excellent birthday. I definitely did. I got a Kicker Amphitheater it is a bad ass blue tooth speaker system 50 Watts RMS!!! I also got a 75 lbs Kettle bell set with weights from 25 down to 5. Some new workout gear, a few gift cards and a nice break from what has been a grueling diet. I actually look pretty good today, I am as big as a house that is for sure. I bet the quick calorie spikes do something for a little heightened fat loss this coming 2 weeks.

Yes this birthday was pretty groovy regarding presents and what not. Was also pretty groovy having some carb madness, should have definitely stoked the fire a bit for the next 11 days of burning. I imagine I will end up doing cardio or circuit work daily for next couple weeks just as a insurance policy that I meet my goal. Looking at pictures I have maybe 1-2 lbs to lose in the next 2 weeks. At this point I am pretty happy with my physique I mean there is still plenty room for improvement but I have made some impressive strides recently. I can honestly say even if I end up in a dress that it has been worth it to have pushed myself back to this point. However I feel I have this in the bag with just a little more work so no time for giving up.

On another note I have been babying my right biceps the last couple weeks. It is not overly painful but the way it hurts makes it feel very unstable like it is not contracting 100% and has me concerned it may be worse than i think and is trying to preserve itself by not firing at full capacity. Could be nothing but I am being watchful of it which is part of the reason my lifting has been more rep oriented especially on direct curling work. I hope to be able to really start pushing the biceps harder soon so I can grow them a little more.
 
Oh yeah quick update on the lift from Saturday. Was a quick one Jeff didn't make it down as early as planned so our lift was cut short by the need to go pick up the grub for dinner.

We started on bench, worked our way up slowly because the joints have been creaky since running the KILL SHOT.

Flat Bench - worked up to 275x8
Chins 8 sets of 5 reps
BN BB Military Press 95x20, 20, 20, 115x12
Wide Grip Upright Rows 65x20, x15, 45x18, 14

We were about to started working biceps and triceps when we realized we were late picking up the food so we ran up to the BBQ place to grab the grub. Had a great pump going and had really get into some deep tissue with the heavier sets on bench and chins. All in all a solid workout for the short period of time we had to get it in.

Excellent! Have fun, I managed to make it through my birthday and what not without having a drink. Not like that was hard or anything but I had not decided to go without so the fact I did was an added bonus. So there was really just some extra carbs in the mix for a few days no big deal.

Had some added carbs yesterday so I'm holding some moosh but things should be back to normal in a day or two.

Spent the night in the hospital with my wifey. Things are ok for now just taking it day by day. I swear if it's not one thing it's another.

Nice to see all the hawk haters get what they had coming lol. Hopefully Sherman's injury is minor.

Nice! My wife and I frequent there in the fall for ND football games. We try to make it to 2-3 a year.

Sounds like a good plan Dan! Just the difference from yesterday morning to this morning is comforting to me. I am still relatively full but the water under the skin seems to have gone down a bit. Not progress so much as proof that no damage was done. Cardio last night was uneventful just drudging along at this point to make it to the end. I am ready for less severe dieting, what I am doing now is extremely aggressive and should only be done for short periods. Thank goodness this short period is almost over. Not gonna lie I can not wait to reintroduce the other macros into my diet again. Low fat and low carb at the same time just wears you down a bit.
