Oh hey how about an update?! Here I am flapping gums forgetting I just went through the "row-a-thon II". My back feels like hamburger meat and my sore knee got worse all day. It's more like a sore basketball between my quad and calves.


1 arm db row 4x10

Macros- will hit 90f 50c 300p. I felt great all day even with the lower carbs. Bumping my fat helped. A LOT. I won't be referring for a few weeks. I feel like it's slowing my progress. Get that glucogenesis/ketosis fired up incinerating my fat.
 
I just really try to read as much as possible; the endocrine system & steroids kinda fascinate me. And I like lifting weights, so that ties in well I suppose.

If I didn't have to go to school for 10 yrs I'd seriously become an endo; I simply don't have the money. Wish I'd have been drawn to that earlier on. But I'd be BALCO all over again ;)

So yesterday was a cardio day not much to tell and this morning I didn't manage to get out of bed for the gym. I ended up falling asleep a little early for about an hour then when bedtime came I was wide awake until close to 1:00AM. I reluctantly turned the 3:45AM alarm off this morning and tried to go back to sleep. Spent a good bit of the next half hour stressing over how I was going to get my lift in tonight with all the damn resolutioners at the gym... Almost got back out of bed but finally felt the sleepy feeling took back over and passed out until 6:15. So tonight I lift whole body style, more than likely I will end up ding it all in my garage sans resolutioners!!!

On another note I am tightening up some more. Things do not appear to be going as fast as I would like so I am contemplating the frequency of my refeeds. Down to one month today boys!!!

Thanks to my brother Onlychevy6 I even have a propane heater if I need it out there. I think it should be fine with the doors closed though should be in the 50's tonight. Oh man speaking of I need to download some new music for my tunes out there...

This one you can see my Hex Bar for Dead Squats / Trap Deads off to the side, also an ab machine, elbow slings for hanging abs, I have standard and Olympic DB sets, an Olympic EZ curl bar, and maybe 500 lbs Olympic weights. I have the bike there for cardio and an elliptical inside as well as a door hanging Tower 2000 system for banded resistance work up to 100lbs per handle. I also have a decently large tire tied to a rope for conditioning drill. I also have a heavy bag, and a standing punch / kicking target you can see in the corner.

275p 94f 54c today. Not lifting. Tomorrow will be chest and shoulders. Feel kinda cruddy. Usually don't go super low carb 2 days in a row.

Thinking I may do something like this.
Burn Days Cardio / Rest days

300p = 1200
50c = 200
70f = 630

Build Days = lifting days.

300p = 1200
150c = 600

I may possibly go with 175 on the Build days it will give me something to drop down too which would start me at 2530 on Build days.
With 4 days at the lower cals and carbs that puts me at a weekly average of 2244 cals

I've got both in the warchest already lol....I've never seen an oral as expensive as halotestin, but dammit if I don't get to use it at some point so I figured it was an investment in my powerlifting total :)

Stuffs had my interest for a while. I used to be all about pl. When I found out there was something that increased strength better than anadrol I was in awe.
 
Never used abombs, nor fluoxymesterone yet for that matter. But got it from a guy on here I trust that really helped me learn to control my estro & prolactin & he'd used it for a couple days and said he sweat his ass off on it. Said he became extremely irritable & almost pulled his arms off deadlifting he was so determined on the stuff. Sounds like an interesting ride!

It's supposed to work very fast, but keep in mind it's considered to be VERY toxic - runs over 3wks aren't usually advised, 4 max is the bro rule I've always seen when reading about it. Obv you could get bloods every couple wks & play it by the numbers if you really wanted to but my understanding is it's both quite toxic & quite an uncomfortable ride. Aside from greatly increased rbc, a lot of the power/performance increase is thought to stem from the rage the drug promotes: I can't recall the whole rundown, but Fluoxymesterone is a potent inhibitor of glucocorticoid inactivation. What that basically breaks down to apparently is that the same unreasonable, unchainable anger that overcomes one who's totally ravenous is the same kind of anger that HaloT inspires.

Most of the power increases, & the drive to keep training fiercely in a steep caloric deficit for a bodybuilder very late in prep, stem from all-consuming anger. Fun.

Yesterdays macros 2,482 cals 186 carbs, 60 fats, 311 protein, 37 fiber - not too bad a little high on the carbs and protein but lower in fat. I will take it as fiber was pretty high and calorie count was right where I wanted it. Today i had a cup of oats after my workout and those will be the last carbs of any significance today. Not going to be a 50 day since it is a hybrid day of activity but carbs will not be very high either.

Okay so here is how the workout went last night. I started with the intention of going a bit heavier but my shoulders let me know they were entirely to creaky for that mess and wanted some tender loving care. Don't get me wrong I worked hard but I bumped the rep range up on upper body stuff. I also got my first hint of a back pump last night. Basically it stopped the workout and I finished with my my legs today.

Flat Bench Press 135x15, 225x5>185x20+5+5+5 was actually pretty impressed with the 20 at 185, 225 just put pressure on my shoulder I didn't like so I dropped weight and went right back at it.

Bent Over BB Rows - 135x15, 225x10, 185x15+5+5+5 these felts great, I had a massive pump in my back but started to get a little bit of a lower back pump with them.

Wide Grip Shoulder Press 45x20, 70x15, 95x18+5+5+5 some of these were behind the head they just felt better back there with the wide grip. Massive shoulder pump here!

Wide Grip Upright Rows 95x20+5+5+5 did these pushing the shoulder girdle down to take the traps out and use more medial and rear delts. Was looking massive about now...

BB Curls 45x30, 65x18 +5 +5 +5 biceps were extremely full at this point, the high reps felt much better on the sore part of my biceps too.

Rope Triceps Pushdown 95x20 +5+5+5 - this was extremely hard and the pump was just sick. I dropped and did 6 diamond push ups at the end then 30 seconds later did another 10 diamond push ups.

At this time my back was starting to get a pump and it was getting a bit late so decided to do some legs this morning and then do my LISS.

This morning
Leg Curls 80x15, 100x13+5+5+5 barely these were really putting me through the ringer.

Hack Squats - sled only 20 reps, squat bar opened up so I moved to banded squats.

Banded Squats (thick Orange band from bottom) 135x15, 225x15, 265x11, 265x10
- Man these definitely felt different! Obviously locking out took more effort as the weight was over 400 lbs at the top of the movement.

LISS on bike 30 minutes level 10

So here are some shots from last night as you can see I am holding water but I am definitely leaner my arms and shoulders it is a lot more obvious. Also there is a lot of new or should I say returning size here. I can't wait to see how things look when I drop some of the water. Not going to rest like I think magic is going to happen then but I am sure hoping to see more definition show up once I move to the EPI based designer.

Thanks! I am actually really impressed with how the detail and thickness is showing in my back on that angled back shot. I had no idea it was that thick back there. The angle really shows how much meat there is instead of just some lines or shadows that you see when looking straight on.
