I just wanted to point out that pharm grade UDCA (which is more or less TUDCA sans the taurine group) has been clinically found to be most effective @ 900mg orally, e/d. It was superior to 300mg & 600mg doses, & 1200mg didn't produce improved conditions over 900. But effectiveness in treating/managing biliary cirrhosis increased in a dose-dependent fashion up thru the 900mg/day mark. No way TUDCA is going to be stronger than UDCA (although it doesn't appear to be horribly weaker), so 750-1000mg of TUDCA/day is probably the desired amount for full effect. I've noticed a difference between 750 & 1g, altho 1250 wasn't any different than 1k. I think Damage Control is way better than Cycle Assist, but I'd run extra TUDCA on a heavy cycle (or more Damage Control).
So just finished up 20 min LISS on the elliptical then had my last meal. Today is a low day, Macros are 300p, 60f, 70c with 33 fiber. I got my Prami and Letro in today. Going to start those up tonight.
Interesting on the TUDCA info HYDE. If I notice anything I will definitely increase the dose. Not sure if it will be needed with the 800mg of SAM-E in there too. If so I will definitely bump it up.

TUDCA is supposed to keep your HDL up at healthy levels and the ratio better...I don't understand the mechanism, nor the necessary dosing of SAM-e to create a tangible effect, but I do know that HenryV has mentioned they are both supposed to be extremely synergistic for liver support during a cycle of oral androgens, in addition to all the other benefits SAM-e boasts. Fwiw, 750mg TUDCA is a dose I personally feel good about - my liver values were healthier on Cyanostane & some dheas (25 days into cycle) on 750 TUDCA than they are in off-time lol. I'd probably drop extra cash on NAC or SAM-e to stack with 750mg TUDCA before spending the money to run it solo 1g e/d.
I'm not much help with DL form I also prefer Sumo. Looks pretty good my friend. Wish I could pull that weight.

I don't think my knees unlocked so much as them coming forward from my hips coming so far forward. However I may just not have noticed it. I will definitely work on this next week to limit it. I was also told I need to fall back into the pull but I think that the shape of the weight is kind of making that hard to since it doesn't roll with me. I do as I feel I tend to do that when I use a round weight.You're definitely hyperextending, which might be making your knees unlock and causing a soft lockout.
I'm not sure it's dangerous, but it does look like wasted movement.

And your pull was great. Lockout is, as everyone said, excessively extended. But that's easy enough to fix; simply don't lean back as you finish pulling thru the glutes/hip extension - and hyperextension isn't illegal if you can remain locked out, it's just that it can be dangerous. If you lost balance it'd suck to fall back with 500lbs on you lol. And my buddy used to pull the same way & it tweaked his neck. He just stopped leaning so far back & everything's dandy now.
Thanks! As far as the lipids I don't expect them to be good. I am going to start using iForce Heart Help though, it does wonders for lipids. Probably won't get them normal but for TRT I should be fine. Just wont be going to my regular Doc to get it but a TRT specialist so they should only test the test and estro levels.

I will be going on it. I would be lying if I said I knew it wasn't but my HPTA seems to have been pretty weak even before I used desighner steroids or PH's. I have never recovered well. Even when i used things that naturally increased free testosterone my levels would lower and my balls would get smaller. I used a lot of natty test boosters frequently. I didn't realize by doing that I was tricking my HPTA into thinking a lower level of total serum testosterone was needed to keep my free test elevated. That is because I was always running things that freed up my test. When I started noticing that if I wasn't on one of those I would dip into a sub par state I decided to try designers.
Well I never recovered well from them either so it was a horrible yoyo effect for me. I want to keep some of what I gained from the DS so that is why I want to get on TRT that and obviously I want to have a good sex drive and life drive in general which was lacking even from running just the natty test boosters which didn't boost much so much as free the bound test too often.
In the end it all comes down to over use of the natty boosters first then not liking the yoyo effect caused by the inability for my HPTA to recover. Pretty sure the simple fact that my HPTA was even really bothered that much by the natty boosters implied that my HPTA was already pretty weak. On top of that I am turning 41 in less than a month so I am not a spring chicken. Not old but not young and at a pretty typical age for TRT for those aware of it's benefits.
Not sure if that is the answer you were looking for but it is what i think is the case. Could just be my HPTA sucked all along too.
He's not on TRT yet. As weird as it sounds he (and I and a few others at that) would like to be on TRT. Not ever coming off really helps maintain gains since your test never drops in TRT and stays fairly steady. Gains are lost typically because your numbers are in the dumps after a cycle. You'll still lose some after a big blast but not nearly as bad as pct.
That's exactly what I was looking for. So, do you recommend people to not take natty boosters? Or, to space them out more? Same questions for oh, say, a test cycle. Asking for a friend. I wouldn't mind being on TRT if I knew it was permanent. Never been on cycle and have only tried DAA x1mo once and a PR-XT/Nolvadren run.
If you have a healthy HPTA it doesn't seem like the natty boosters give much of a boost. Using something to free up test would be much more beneficial IMO.
As far as coming off a cycle, DAA is great. Your numbers are tanked. It can't hurt even if it doesn't help a lot.

I'm not good at explaining it, but my basic understanding is test will bind to the AR, which is good, and other receptors like on SBHG and I think there's a few others, which you'd rather not have happen. You want your AR filled. That's where steroidal growth comes from is there's more hormone to bind to the androgen receptor to help with growth. If someone wants to jump in and take this over id appreciate, I understand it just suck at the explanation lol.
I couldn't tell if they unlocked, but the two typically go hand in hand. Besides that the only thing I see is the hips rising before the bar moves, this comes mostly from your hips being too far down at the start. What I would suggest (and it may help with the "falling back" cue) would be to press your hips back instead of down (like a GM) to grab the bar and then begin the pull. Typically, that point where your hips rise too before the bar moves is where they should be when you start (and starting them there will make it easier to keep your core tight and back flat throughout the movement).

Donkey Calf Raise Sled - 310x15, 350x15+5+5+5 - up 30 lbs on final set, all myo rep sets were done with different feet positions. Pretty good workout here today definitely enjoyed it.

Doing some research and I'm really liking the meadows routines! If you wanted to bring up your arms do you think that they need a day on there own?Definitely washed out today. Up 3 lbs from yesterday and watery as all hell. So I either ate too many carbs or should've waited a day or two more. I guess I'll fall back to one carb up a week for now or maybe every 5 days not really sure. If I hadn't been so damn dumb to set my goal what it is I'd no what to do but I'm kinda lost at the moment haha. Looked pretty damn good yesterday, today not so much. Bro day was nice today, although tbh I'm still not a fan of a solo arm day at all. It's the only part of meadows program I don't like. That's what I figured. I don't do any arms on chest and back day. I figured they got enough from my lifts but I do have an arm day.I fully believe if you REALLY wanted to bring them up yes. The heavy hard "indirect" bicep and tricep work from chest, shoulders and back ate great for heavy arm work and the individual day is like it's own speed/high volume work so essentially they'll be hit 2x a week. The shock from that will definitely spark growth. I also believe that there can be differences between people. I know guys that'll do one ISO at the end of back and 1 on chest day and their arms dwarf mine.

Yes definitely, just like Beast said the extra arm day is great, another way to get the same effect without an isolated extra arm day would be to do triceps with back, and biceps with chest. Then they are fresh when getting worked and they both get worked twice a week. Plus their is something to be said for working opposing muscle groups in a single workout is synergistic. Definitely works well. The arms can handle the higher frequency as long as you don't have issues with them...I was actually thinking of hitting bi's on chest and tri's on back and then continuing with my normal arm day just to see how I like it. Gonna start that sh!t on Monday!
