Fit for February 14th... Or Dead Lift in a DRESS!!!

We have a late but honorable entry!!!! iparatroop is in on this. I am going to update the main post with his goals. Here they are tentatively. He said he may have to raise these numbers after testing his current maxes but they will not go down. Dead Lift - 400 Bench - 285 Squat - 355 Additionally he said if the Seahawks don't win the Superbowl he will be Max Effort Dead lifting in a dress as well. So for him he has to meet these number's AND the Seahawks have to win the Superbowl!!!!

Oh good we're all off the hook since Payton manning will NOT be denied. :-D

As Kleen said, these are my numbers for now. They can, and probably will change due to the fact that I don't know my 1RM for any of these lifts. My goal is to total 1300 at my first PL meet, whenever that is by way of 500/300/500. I'm pretty sure that by Feb 14th, these numbers Kleen posted will be easy. Expect them to change.

Here is my statement...

I, iparatroop, do hereby, most solemnly and sincerely swear that if I do not push/pull/squat the numbers aforementioned by one MrKleen73, AND the Seattle Seahawks don't win the SuperBowl, or if either of those fails to happen, I will max effort deadlift in a dress (or something more embarrassing) and post the video on YouTube with the link provided here (I will start looking for a dress tomorrow).

This would be an informative post if Manning could play well in the cold and on the road. Unfortunately for Broncos fans, he does not. He has to see Tom Brady again anyway. We all know how that works out for Manning.

I guess this will have to serve as my starting pic, I am slightly embarrassed of where I'm sitting at the moment so I'm looking forward to getting started. My calipers are putting me at exactly 13.5 percent so that's a 4 percent goal.
 
I also should mention ill be doing this all natural, I might throw a little something in at the end but I doubt it at this point.

If I were in on this contest and ended up having to pull in a dress, I'd hike it up and pull sumo just for spite.
 
I reluctantly sign up for the fûckery. Hmm, lets say 185 as a yardstick but + or - 10 is fine; weight is least important. 3 mile at sub 22. 30 pu's. GD shredded sixxer. Big 3 could be 405S/345B/500D with a good chance at exceeding each. Am I really doing this! Fck you all to hell. Done

Well if recomping I say down to 9 with 5 lb of LBM gained. If you run something that should be no problem with your dedication.

Speaking of how to we "punish" anyone who does not follow through if they dont meet thier goals??? Give them a week to post vids and if they don't we all neg them daily and call them out until it is done???

Went in and hit chest and cardio this morning. Was my first strict MD chest day since Ive kind of been easing back into the MD program last week was pretty close but not exact. Needless to say I struggled a little, but I guess thats the point right?. I better get my endurance up or I might die during phase 2 lol.

Db twist press 30 sec rest

Also took my starting nudes today...I can't believe how much fat Ive put on in like 3 weeks. Here's 2 pics ones from this morning the other ones 3 weeks ago...WTF? I didnt even know it was possible to go downhill that much in such a short period of time. Slightly embarrassed about this starting pic since its pretty much been all self destruction big oh well.
