Fish Oil Dosage

So I know fish oil is great for overall health. I have taken it for a couple years now. I read something about mega dosing fish oil can cause immunosuppressive effects? How much is too much? I take Vitamin Shoppe's liquid omega 3-6-9 which has 6680mg omega 3, 2355mg omega 6, and 2300mg omega 9 per serving. I know the ratio is also important, does this look like a good fish oil supplement?

ah yes, thats what I was confused on. I was thinking ratio omega 3 to 6, but it's ratio of epa to dha. Oximega does look pretty dang good, and at a great price!

Cant go wrong with CL Oximega/Orange Triad combo.

Orange Triad looks like a good multi vitamin, however I do not believe in multi's. I mostly feel they are a waste.

I agree if ur diet and nutrition is aplenty and spot on :)

Personally I wouldnt pass 3g combined EPA/DHA. Something like 360/440mg EPA/DHA would be sufficient though IMO
