I decided to try a very low carb day today, (before I read all this) and I feel extremely lethargic today. Tomorrow I'm going to try upping the carbs. And for anyone wondering, the food has been really clean, basically as far as carbs go, oats, sweet potato, pumpkin and rice. And I usually dont eat pumpkin but I added it to my oats with some cinnamon, and im doing it till I get sick of it lol, its freakin amazing.
