Have been hitting the gym quite hard the previous few weeks with multiple double workouts during the week. Refer to both weights and then extreme spinning consecutively on the same visit.

Looking at increasing my mojo and recovery. Currently only use that German Creatine. So here it is:

Tyrosine, For focus
Taurine, For energy boost
Citrulline+Malate, For nitric oxide production
BCAA containing, Included because I notice I do better in the workouts when consuming a protein shake 1-1.5hr prior to session.
L-Leucine (USP) 3000mg
L-Valine (USP) 1500mg
L-Isoleucine (USP) 1500mg

Have only used BCAA in the past. Not sure if I felt any benefit.
