First time epistane pulse -Suggestions?

i think being a pulse cycle your wont be making drastic gains which sometimes leeds to quick losses. You be fine, as long as you keep maintainging your cals and trainging i dont see why you'd need it. Its a good to use at any time really but i think you'd be fine as is.

also how much taurine are most users using? 2g per day?
 
Well my two packages just cleared customs, so should have all the bits and pieces I need for a safe cycle in the next day or two.

I was going to run a standard Epistane cycle (not pulsed), but I'm curious as to how the pulse cycles were going versus the non-pulsed.

And bro, pardon my ingnorance, but in your dosing above, for example in Week 2, you have 30/30/30. What does that mean? :head:

the 30/30/30 is the dosing per day...like saying:
monday - 30mg
wed - 30mg
friday - 30mg

first week might be something like 10\20\30:
monday - 10mg
wed - 20mg
friday - 30mg

Ok, got it! Thanks. Any input regarding if pulse cycles are any better to non-pulsed (in terms of gains)? If you're using PCT and support supps for both, I don't see a real difference. ??
 
I'm pulsing for a few reasons, one reason is it is my first cycle, and through reading, it seems pulsing may cause less sides, like liver damage HTPA shutdown, while allowing the user to run the cycle longer 6weeks in my case, while causing constant slower gains to hopefully will be easier to maintain.
 
Been doing some further reading in regards to PCT, you guys think the addition of an AI alongside PCS would be worth doing?
 
For the AI, if you guys think it's worth getting for PCT, I'm looking ta both 6oxo or Formadrol Extreme, any thought on which might be better for PCT? Or either at all?
 
Though for a pulse I think 30 is realllllly low dosing. I felt most results from 50-60mg and since your pulsing it is the point to be able to crank the dosage up on the on days...

To give you an idea I did 8wks Havoc pulse and gained 14lbs, kept 10. I developed quite a gut from over-maintenance and being my first cycle didn't regulate my eating habits much. I had anti-cort (retain2) for mid PCT and beyond to try and cut up a bit...worked great

I was just trying to keep side effects to a minimum really. That's why I decided on the pulse. I think 50-60mgs might be a little high for a first cycle.
 
For a pulse and a 200lb body...didn't bother me much

Now for a SD pulse I can't go more than 40

hmmm, guess I will run it at 30mgs for a week for two and access my tolerance from there, no point trying to achieve higher dosages if they aren't required.

any more thoughts on adding 6oxo or formadrol extreme to my PCT?
 
PCT is now looking something like this, any recommendations are welcome:

Weeks 1-4:
Post Cycle Support- 2 servings a day
I3C- 3 caps/2 caps/1 cap/1 cap
ZMA- 3 caps a day

Weeks 4-7:
6oxo- 300/200/100
 
Wondering how it's going for Craig. I'm my 4 th week of a pulse and it too is my 1 st cycle. I agree you need to up the doseage when pulsing aind have read that 40 mg is a sweet spot for Epi and I totally agree! Results have been fantastic so far!

Just started 40 mgs the last 3 times dosing. 25% increase on all lifts, increased hardness and increased size, plus I am leaning out. I am gonna pay special attention to increasing my calories & meals since everyone keeps asking how many calories above maintenance I am taking. No real serious sides except my libido was shut down about 1 week ago so I started taking PCT on off days & this definitely fixed the problem.

Got any ideas on ways to count calories??? and calculate what maintenance is ????

hey man, type in BMR calculator in google, then you should be able to work out what calories you need to maintain your current weight, and then you can up the calories from there.
 
i've heard people say it's dulls the effect to take liver supps on the days you take prohormones/steroids. so just take it on days off i suppose. trisorbagen probably wasted your cash but oh well. use it. and go ahead use the poseidon everyday
I disagree about the trisorbagen. I ran it for weeks 4,5,6, on a ergo max and p-zol and I def. felt the difference.

one question for you... what do you think about cycle support? I'm running my second epi pulse soon and I figured Anabolic Innovations Cycle support would be good for pct. why did you choose your pct supps over this one? interested in your opinion, i may switch to what you are using instead.

Hey man, My log is going now, look for it in the logs section... been going strong for 2 weeks now.

cycle support?? Looks very good. I am using PCS on my off days during the pulse as well as the first 4 weeks of PCT, looks about the best 'natural' SERM available, then after that I'll be running 6oxo for 4 weeks tapering down week by week, with I3C tapered down for 4 weeks also. Check out my log for a detailed description of my PCT.
