yates84 got a question dude - when you ran The1 and took in +300g carbs daily was there a point where you lost a lot of definition before gettin veet lean?? Like at the beginning maybe?? I'm putting on a bit of weight now,, due to kcal increase,, not The1. Eating around 250g of carbs a day and will be pushing that to 300 maybe a little over. But in 4 days I've lost a major amount of definition. As in 6 relatively outlined abs have become 2 and a lot of bloat. Due to water retention??
I want to put on decent size with this cycle if I can. I can also cope with the loss of definition now if I'll end up leaning out soon again?? I seen you implement carb cycling for cutting and I do really well low carb,, so assuming we have similar metabolisms in that sense,, what should I expect??

Ok sweet that's what I figured. I mean I'm not stupid enough to think that I'd see major partitioning effects in 2 days :-P ha just wanted to make sure I was on the right track with it. Other question I had was what did you do diet wise for PCT?? Did you remain with high level of carbs or cut them or??

For me, pct is time to cram as much food into my face and lift as heavy as possible to maintain gains. Just make sure you are eating enough to support your new maintenance and you will be gtg.
 
Awesome so move to new maintainance and continue to eat tons... sounds manageable :-P and then reduce volume training and increase strength training?? Any need to drop training frequency from 5 days??
 
I think you're supposed to train just as hard throughout the PCT just to make sure you maintain whatever you gained. I'm not 100% on that though
 
Just keep an eye on your lift numbers and you should be fine. Something is prolly gonna have to be 'extremely' wrong in order for your muscle to start atrophying.
 
Okay so my phone won't me create a new thread and I'm away for the weekend :/ will make my new thread and post first couples all on Tuesday - gonna have crazy before photos too as this is gonna be a HEAVY weekend of eating **** haha will prob post some pics in the food challenge page while I'm at it ;)
There doesn't seem to be much info available on The1 in terms of user logs so hopefully mine will provide some clarity and further education on the compound.
Will get everything up Tuesday and go from there ????

Nolva usable or does it need to be clomid after Osta?
