yates84 got a question dude - when you ran The1 and took in +300g carbs daily was there a point where you lost a lot of definition before gettin veet lean?? Like at the beginning maybe?? I'm putting on a bit of weight now,, due to kcal increase,, not The1. Eating around 250g of carbs a day and will be pushing that to 300 maybe a little over. But in 4 days I've lost a major amount of definition. As in 6 relatively outlined abs have become 2 and a lot of bloat. Due to water retention??
I want to put on decent size with this cycle if I can. I can also cope with the loss of definition now if I'll end up leaning out soon again?? I seen you implement carb cycling for cutting and I do really well low carb,, so assuming we have similar metabolisms in that sense,, what should I expect??
