Sorry no posts for past couple of days - Nothing too exciting to report
Girlfriend was home for the weekend so everything bar dosing up took a backseat

Will be training 2moro and will report on that then.
Mood has been positive all cycle.
Lethargy kicked in a bit today but that could be from the massive consumption of absolute **** at the weekend too so not overly concerned just yet.
Sides still non existent ?
Gains are very real. Look way fuller and leaner and I'm very strong compared to what I was before. Especially considering I'm training the same amount and in a very similar style. Also think it's important to note that for the majority of this cycle I've been in a strict deficit and still managed to gain about 6lbs of solid lean mass. Also been employing flexible dieting this whole time in eating whatever like staying under my kcal expenditure and I've been petty damn lean aside from my 2 blow outs ?.
Have decided to use last 2 weeks of this cycle to prepare for my bridge into The1.
Will be cutting heavily this week to regain all lost ground from the weekend and will then be slowly bumping uo calories toward maintainance for my recomp cycle.
Deciding between different protocols (opinions/alternatives welcome);
Protocol 1: Recomp
Training days: eat main. +400kcals
Rest days: eat main. -300kcals
Protocol 2:
Over course of 6 week cycle:
4 weeks: eat main. +500 kcals
2 weeks: eat main. -500 kcals
Protocol 3: hulk it out
Eat main. +400 kcals for 6 weeks and hope I don't fain fat because the compound is awesome
Realistically I think the first 2 are smarter. Interested in what people think as I want to make the most of this and I'm in a good place to do so since my LGD/CARDA kicker cycle.
