First SARM cycle

Antony have any sup3r PCT amd Ep1c Unleashed they wanna send my way cheap?? ;) or know of anywhere (preferably euro distrubitors) selling them cheap?? Have the Clomid sorted as of today just missing them!!

Day 8 in the bag and feel fantastic!!!
Pissed that the mobile version of AM won't let me upload my photos,, have loads I want share :/ mainly of food and irrelevant bits and pieces but still :-P ha
Mood: good today,, nothing bad to report. I'm pretty upbeat as standard anyway ?
Sides: nada, zip, zilch. Everything's gravy baby ???
Fun stuff: body compostion improving a good bit. Leaning out whilst weights going up ?.
Feeling stronger everyday. Training 2moro do will really be pushing it to see how I've improved from last week. Will report stats on that after.
Nothing else I can think of. For everyone that helped me earlier with my PCT dilemma I have sources etc sorted so thank you peeps, your not a bad bunch ?.

What's people's thoughts on Isatori products like mass gro and bio gro??
 
I think you can get more for your money with other products for example just stock up on chicken probably would have a better impact for cheaper lol

Felt it today!!!
Pumps and strength ???
Legs and biceps today and all lifts and reps were up very happy with how things are going.
Look a little puffy but pretty sure that's from a Refeed day I had Monday.
Last Saturday I really zoned in on what kcals were working for me so this weekend I'll get body fat done again and judge the change in body comp. Confident it will have improved.
Incredibly excited to amp up the doses next week. That's when the fun will really start!!! ;)
So for today:
Mood: very good no negative points ?
Training: lifts going up veins getting.....veinier :-P ?
Sides: none to be seen ??? this is an estro free zone buddy ???

So woke up this mornin and was dragging ass,, didn't sleep well :/ I have ephedra left iver from a cutting cycle a couple weeks back and was thinkin about taking 24mg. Just wondering what's people's thought on ephedra while om SARM/PH cycles?? Figured it would affect B.P but then isint it a vasodilator??
Curious on this one!!
 
I can take pretty much anything stim wise on cycle and never had an issue. I think the rule of thumb is sometimes you just gotta suck it up!
 
Day 10 sorted no sides mood positive can't wait for training 2moro to see how much my strength has gone up since last week!! Think I'll be going burnfire's way and upping the dosage a day or 2 early :-P anticipation is kiiiiillllllling me!!! Ha
 
Day 11 yesterday - didn't get a chance to post :(
Training and Refeed day -
Felt reeeeeaaaaal good ???
Mood: positive as always
Training: Strength still steadily increasing. Pumps were great yesterday too,, def more noticeable.
Composition: again improving everyday. Waking up leaner and leaner is a huge mental boost ?.
Sides: still rolling clear ?.
Refeed was awesome.
Homemade chicken fajitas layered with **** tons of low fat cheese ? too good!!
As always finished our the night with my bit of **** food.
Made cheesecake out of light cream cheese some cinnabun whey and a crushed up choco caramel sqaure. All in all it made up about 350kcals out of around 2300.
On track and feel great and results are definately coming in strong.
Rest day today 3/10 also day 12.
Probably gonna bump up to 8mg LGD and 14mg Cardar1ne today.
the only side effect of this cycle I've noticed is impatience haha cannot wait for the real fun to start next week!!!
Will post full log of today later on this evening or tonight.

So followed Burnfire footsteps and upped the dosage early.... couldn't wait another 2 days ha.
Was a rest day today nothing too exciting to report went for a little walk to get some cardio in.
Petty much sat around all day watching TV then.
Mood - positive
Sides - none
Gonna get my bodyfat done 2moro hopefully and see how much it's dropped. I can tell just from looking in the mirror that it's improved a lot since the beginning. I'm excited for the final result!!

Went for a nice long walk today do burned off 300kcals.... specially to make room macro room ;)
meal 1:
Homemade Chicken tzatziki Gyros. (If you like garlic these are the job!!! ?)
Meal 2:
Whole pack peanut butter oreos
Homemade Protein cheesecake..eh cakes.. :-P (will post picture ha)
All in all for everything I'm gonna top out at around 1880kcals. Probably 1900.
Took some tweaking but gotta say I'm happy with my choices and happy that I'm abke to stay on track with them!!

TRAINING DAY MOTHERF××××R!!!
Strongest I've ever been today,, felt incredible to say the least.
Refeed day too so had a nice feed of carbs. Even french toast a brownie just to be safe ;) was insane!! Highly recommend it people ?.

Sides - lethargy kicking my ass last 2 days. Having said that I'm working different hours now and feeling run down anyway. Gonna guve it a couple days a before blaming the cycle for this. Even still finding it hard to get my ass outta bed is the extent of it. Once I'm up with coffee and moving it's gone.
No estro or anything sinister like that still all clear ?

Everything the same as previous post.
Mood, libido, composition, etc all still the same as yesterday.
Chilling watching Arrow with coffee before work. Thinkin I'm gonna hafta have 2 or 3 before work today!! Fkn exhausted!!

Sorry no updates for last 2 days guys been flat out with work :/
Keep it short and to the point -
Feeling awesome had great chest and triceps workout today pump was insane and focus was laser!!
Had incredible aggression in the gym but not the slightest bit irritable or on edge.
Mood high as always.
Lethargy may be setting in very slightly hard to tell as work been heavy so could be due to either?? Nothing too harsh anyway just hard to get out of bed.
No sides other than that possibility to report.
Having a great time on this cycle would recommend it to everyone!!!! Pissed I'm nearly half way through :(
Will post up progress pics early next week.
 
Saturday 10/10
Rest Day -
Had big ass cheat day ingested the guts of 4000kcals.
Lotta different things going on and I needed a break from being strict and just let go. Actually feel 1000 times better today and it was nice to let go of everything for a night. Can easily get caught up in just training.
Mood is up after slacking for a day. (Would recommend ;) ha)
Libido still very high
Aggression only noticed in the gym. Very helpful.
Sides still at bay and don't feel lethargic or anything like I did the past couple days ???.
Composition improving nicely all the time. Muscles harder and fuller and abs coming through as expected. Cycle going according to plan ???.

Day 21/
Sunday 11/10
Rest Day and recovery from cheat day ha.
Everything much the same as yesterday. Still no sides and lethargy very much at bay. No problems gettin up and going for a long walk this morning. Burn off some of that s××t food from yesterday :-P

Loving it!!!! Everything about it so far has been great.

Diet been pretty tight except for 2 big ass cheats days ??? and even recovery from these has been quick. Abs dissapear and they're back with more definition 2 days later ?.
Planning on running something bigger and better come January.
All suggestions welcome ;)
All in all this stack is insane.
 
Ate like absolute **** yesterday. Lot going on,, maybe bit of stress eating :/ feel like ass today tho,, mad stomach cramps and all things related :/
Abs are nearly bloated iver completely. Had 6 now have 2...ish... ha. Be interesting to see how quick they come back. Will post a pic later if I get a chance. And then again as soon the bloat is gone so everyone can see how affective the stack is :)

The aftermath of eating like absolute shiiiiiit for 2 days. I'm talkin 0 control. Pretty pissed to say the least as I was gettin nice and lean.
Still mentally I needed it and it can be easy to get caught up in the lifestyle and let it consume every aspect of you. Especially when on cycle. Can feel like your wasting money etc. It's supposed to be enjoyed.
I'm happy with the results so far,, which this picture does not reflect by the way!! I'm case anyone is basing their cycle off them haha they are not valid progress photos!!!! :-P
This cycle is A1 in my mind and I'm loving every minute of it and next week when my girlfriend is home for the weekend I'm going to eat like **** for a day or 2 again and not take life so seriously. One piece of advice I'd give to anyone thinkin of starting a cycle of anything is to expect bumps in the road. Your not going to have 6/8/10 etc weeks of 100% max effort training and on point nutrition and I'm sure seasoned cycle enthusiasts will confirm this :)
You could get results without cycling but we're doing it because we want something more, whether it's purely result based or otherwise.
Enjoy the cycle and don't take it too seriously......except PCT obviously :-P that sh1t is for real ha

Sh1t going down at work. Despite the stress of it my mood is still stable and relatively high ? impressed with this. Thought I would have exploded!!! Ha

Everything still good,, dying for training 2moro.
All abs are back today better than ever. Took 4 days to recover from the weekend and end up more defined. Not bad I'd say :)

So this cycle just kicked up a notch and starting 1st week of November I will be bridging into a 6 week cycle of O.L "The1" (Methyl-DHT-Oxime) for all my chem buff friends :-P
Very excited as this stuff looks legit and I have it on good authority that it is beyond quality!! ?
Will be keeping my log running here so people can follow along for the ride. If anyone has run this before feel free to chime in with advice/what to expect etc. I'd love to hear it!!!

It's something to consider, it'll help you save anything you have stocked up so you don't have to run as much of your SARMs.
 
Sorry no posts for past couple of days - Nothing too exciting to report
Girlfriend was home for the weekend so everything bar dosing up took a backseat :-P
Will be training 2moro and will report on that then.
Mood has been positive all cycle.
Lethargy kicked in a bit today but that could be from the massive consumption of absolute **** at the weekend too so not overly concerned just yet.
Sides still non existent ?
Gains are very real. Look way fuller and leaner and I'm very strong compared to what I was before. Especially considering I'm training the same amount and in a very similar style. Also think it's important to note that for the majority of this cycle I've been in a strict deficit and still managed to gain about 6lbs of solid lean mass. Also been employing flexible dieting this whole time in eating whatever like staying under my kcal expenditure and I've been petty damn lean aside from my 2 blow outs ?.
Have decided to use last 2 weeks of this cycle to prepare for my bridge into The1.
Will be cutting heavily this week to regain all lost ground from the weekend and will then be slowly bumping uo calories toward maintainance for my recomp cycle.
Deciding between different protocols (opinions/alternatives welcome);
Protocol 1: Recomp
Training days: eat main. +400kcals
Rest days: eat main. -300kcals

Protocol 2:
Over course of 6 week cycle:
4 weeks: eat main. +500 kcals
2 weeks: eat main. -500 kcals

Protocol 3: hulk it out
Eat main. +400 kcals for 6 weeks and hope I don't fain fat because the compound is awesome :-P

Realistically I think the first 2 are smarter. Interested in what people think as I want to make the most of this and I'm in a good place to do so since my LGD/CARDA kicker cycle.

100%would recommend looking into it dude. You'll be sad when the cycle comes to a close. That's what spurred me on. Well that and I was jealous of Burnfire :-P haha

I'd let the cycle run longer, stay with the lower mg's.
