Just a little background for ya... I originally planned on bridging p-plex and m-drol for 6 weeks, but having done my research I decided to see how I would react to each separately before I bridged them. I chose p-plex first because I've read it has comparable gains to m-drol with less harshness.
Started this yesterday....
Age: 24
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 215lbs
BF:14%
Previous Cycles: Sus-500 last fall (btw, Sus is the snizzit!) didn't do a proper PCT though, ended up fine...luckily
Been training for the last 6 years, hardgainer until last fall.
Here it is:
P-plex
10x1 20x1 30x5/30/30/30
Milk Thistle (2000mg 4hrs from p-plex throughout PCT)
Hawthorne Berry (1100mg)
NOW Special Two
NOW Coral Calcium (not needed, but like it)
PCT:
Torem 120 x3 90 x4/ 60/60/30 (liquid blue stuff, better be legit...)
Formex 50/50/25/25 (Starting this on week three of cylce)
Fish oil (6g) (taken with Formex)
p5p (possiblity of progestin gyno)
bulk 1-carboxy
multivitamin
DHT blocker (any reccomendations? i wanna keep my locks)
I am hoping that I will have similar results as with the SUS. Energy was through the roof and I had excellent gains in strength/mass. I will be adding stats for lifts shortly including body measurements.
Workout schedule:
Three day cycle with Day 7 off.
Day1 Chest, Tri's, shoulders
Day2 Back, Bi's,
Day3 Legs
I will be interspersing ab workouts everyday between sets. Depending on how I do with my blood pressure, Tuesdays and Thursdays I will throw in some light cardio.
My lifts will consist of 4 sets of 6 reps. 3-4 lifts per muscle group. I really want to focus on building strength with this cycle...
