our SOOOO special .:fing26:

breast milk is so different that cows milk.

adding in cows milk can lead to so many problems if introduced too early. whatever man im out :*******:

I talked to a guy one time who was "training" a wrestler. His "secret" bulk recipe was peanut butter mixed with chocolate syrup. I never met the wrestler, but his pics weren't all that impressive. (LOL) We could add or suggest literally dozens of things for Turtle's basic one, but how about an avocado?

IT IS A STAPLE FOR THOSE WHO CAN DRINK IT

This thread is becoming obnoxious

NOPE NOT TRUE, why, simple, since the milk most pasturized. It takes lactose digesting eenzyme which makes absorption of the caesin protein less than what is should be. Making unflavored caesin along PeptoPro a much better choice for bulking, I repsectfully disagree.

NOPE I DISAGREE, to a point. i agree with caesin being a better option, hoewever, because of our daily lives and living styles as well as cost, milk IS a staple because of its convenience. there may be better alternatives, but since the majority uses it and will continue to do so is IS and probably always WILL be a staple.

Disagree with how you word half the poeple will use it as a staple and not for muscle building purposes, I smell belief preserverance:dump:

ha, i dont care what you say bro, it IS a staple and if you dont agree then well that just shows me how much you know.....

it ok though, judging my your avatar i smell someone who doesnt drink enough milk.

i know when i drink a gallon or so a day i see better gains. i get blood work done 3x a year along with hormone panels done 1x a year. never had any problems.

So i didnt think my post would have stirred up such a sh*t storm, whatever, i mean cant you tell we are passoinate about our hobby/lifestyle. Anyway, i will try out the whole milk, someone else also mentioned coconut oil i wll also add that in to my gainer. So fat its been 1 month since i began using this gainer and have put on 6lbs. Last friday I was Also able to bang out 315lbs deadlifts 6x for 3 sets, i must say i even impressed myself with that one. Since begining this regimen i have noticed alot more energy in the gym, which has translates into increased strength and very intense workouts. I will admit in the past i was weary about bulking, for fear of getting fat, however i have now witnessed this to be an unfounded worry as i am very satisfied with the progress i have made. Thanks for ths input guys.

has anyone ever seen lactose free milk that is whole milk? All I ever find is reduced fat, believe me I'd drink regular milk if I could but I've found some success gaining weight by improving my digestion as much as possible and lactose doesn't fit into that plan

I was j/k about the "real man" thing. I was poking fun at the Milk Nazis.

Anyway, I don't know about lactose free whole milk, but there's no lactose in cream. The next best thing would be adding some cream into your protein shakes. If you're allergic to all dairy, then coconut milk works very well, too.
