First Mdrol Cycle

just thought id post how my mdrol cycle is going so far, to be safe im only running 10mg for 3 weeks since its my first time using mdrol, im taking milk thistle(3/day) and saw palmetto(2/day) for support, my normal supplements are fish oil, NO xplode, Cell Mass, whey protein and multi-vitamins.I'm going to be using Reversitol and Blue-ups as my PCT(not sure how im going to dose that yet so any input would help).... I've been on it for a week now and so far ive gained 6 1/2 lbs. had lower back pain the first 2-3 days but thats gotten better. but the best part is i am going up on my lifts pretty quick, gained 20 lbs on my squat reps already, bench reps have gone up 10 lbs and probably couldve been more but my neck was hurting pretty bad and i had to lift slow. but so far so good ill keep this updated
 
ive been reading on here a bit and alot have said reversitol is a really good pct and i heard a test booster(blue-up) would help, and no i dont have one on hand, dont have a way to get one and i dont want to get one off a research website
 
for a three week he doesn't really need a serm. i've gotten away without using a serm.. but it's always good to have one on hand. if he wants to go the otc pct route.. it'll have to be a legit pct and enough support supps. if you can get your hands on a serm though.. it wouldn't hurt
 
ive been reading alot about Lean Xtreme for cortisol control, should i run that with Reversitol and the blue-ups or would that be overkill?
 
how would u recommend dosing the reversitol and blue-ups, so far im thinking

week 1 pct:
reversitol x 3 - 1 in the am and 2 in the pm
blue-up x 2 - 2 after workout

week 2-4 pct:
reversitol x 2 - 1 in the morn, 1 at night
blue-up x 2 - 2 after workout

week 5 pct:
reversitol x 1 - 1 in morn
blue-up x 1 - 1 after workout

should pct be 4 or 5 weeks?
 
thats perfect i wouldn't change anything. 4 weeks is good for pct.. if you want that extra week go for it. through my experience.. i tend to not think pct is a waste because youre still going to make some gains.. and if not.. maintaining them is always good but if youre diet and sleep is in check then youll make some gains during pct and thats a plus. so for those who think pct is a waste of $$$.. think again.. because it'll keep you on the safe side on getting your body in check.. and youre still gonna gain rather than just taking a break and getting back on not knowing how low your test levels are or if your still shut down, etc.
 
just read the reversitol bottle and theres only 60 in there so that wont leave enough for 5 weeks so im thinking itll be more like

week 1:
reversitol - 1 in the am, 2 in the pm
2 blue-ups after workout

weeks 2-3:
reversitol - 1 in the am, 1 in the pm
2 blue-ups after workout

that leaves 11 pills so
week 4:
reversitol - first 4 days 1 in the am, 1 in the pm
last 3 days 1 in the am
ill run 2 blue-ups through week 4 and 1 per day through week 5
 
oh i thought there was more than 60.. huh.. well that works.. 4 weeks should be plenty for pct guy. you'll recover great. and the lean xtreme is a great addition to pct. remember to take it week 3 of pct
 
I personally would never trust Reversitol for a SD cycle......
You can never tell what the amount of shutdown will be(even at 3 weeks) so you may want to reconsider your pct options

that's where i was going with my bloodwork question:burnout:
 
I just finished my pct from MDrol 2 weeks ago and used Reversitol, Blue-UP and Inhibit-E. All was fine and kept my gains. No shutdown and no sides. But then again everyone is different. Good luck tho
 
not planning on getting bloodwork done but i saw some sort of testosterone tester at vitamin shoppe yesterday would that be able to tell me anything about my recovery
 
Cant say one way or the other that those work? I have seen them also but have not read any feeback on any of those products. Not sure what type of information that one of those would provide? If you get one though let us know how it went k
 
i might get it im not too sure if i do ill let you know how it goes. Yesterday was arms, and it went really good went up in weight on everything, some else i noticed on my last leg workout... i use to bow in my knee as i was coming up from squating idk why i guess it was to make sure i didnt go down any further and itd stay that way til i was almost up, idk if its the mdrol but i started doing my squats right i didnt even notice til my friend said something so thats awesome, also noticed i sweat alot more in the gym that could be good or bad idk

Bro no youll be fine at 2 more 20mg a week the next two weeks....I used 30-30-30 on my first cycle and my strength went up like a beast
Id say up it or just do 2 weeks PCT
I took no cycle support and im fine - plus theres hardly ANY research to bad those liver supplements- if you can find 3 by a doctor or pharmaceutical company i would be supprised
 
Just thought id update on how its going, .. taking the weekend off but ive got chest/shoulders on monday and i cant wait since my last chest workout was cut short and less intense cause of neck pain, even with the pain i went up in weight but when i couldnt get the barbells up(cause of the neck pain) trying to do incline bench i just went home, ill let yall know how much weight ive gained after my workout monday which will be day 13 of my mdrol cycle
 
Update: ok today was chest/shoulders, weight went up in everything again feeling really good and never felt tired during the workout like i usually do, and my weight on day 13 has went up 9 lbs, some people say it bulks them up some people say its more of a lean cut type cycle, so far for me i can definitely tell im getting more cut up and my strength is going up quickly, tomorrow is legs/back cant wait
 
yesterday was legs/back, Weight up 10 lbs on day 14 lifts are still increasing, and so far no sides just a little acne, workouts are definitely more intense i feel like a beast i am always wanting to do more and more weight even if i cant haha, starting to notice alot more veins and a lot more definition, i think im going to go in today and maybe max out on bench press to see how much ive gone up ill let yall know how that goes...
 
went in on my day off yesterday to max out on bench press and do a little abs. My max bench has went up 30 lbs after 15 days so im pretty happy with that! Anyways, today is arms and i cant wait
 
My weight is up 12 lbs after 18 days, only 3 more left so im going to be hitting the gym really hard. the strength gains have been insane im loving it
 
ive been seeing "The ONE" on the forums alot, havent read much on it though is it suppose to be good stuff?

Initial reviews seem impressive. Still not convinced its more potent than either pplex or mdrol though...


BTW 12 lbs in 18 days is awesome. Keep us updated
 
Yeah, I have been keeping posted on current users with some using video and it seems pretty impressive. Theres even one user that has gained 21 lbs in 22 days!! He said that its all lean too. I think The ONE and HDrol would be a bad @ss combo !! We will see..
 
Well i started my PCT today (reversitol and blue ups) ... my weight went up 14 lbs in 3 weeks on just 10mgs... im hoping this PCT goes well and i dont lose any strength or weight gains from this cycle, i guess losing a pound or two is ok but hopefully nothing more, strength gains are out the roof, im going to max out squats and bench tomorrow and ill let yall know how much i went up total

Dang thats real good on only 10mg !! Wonder what you were eating? Hopefully its not water retention and you hold on to most of your gains...
 
ive bought m drol and a couple of people ik have gotten huge. but i havent taken it yet because ive read some things about it and want to know more b4 i take it. my friends told me to just take a estrogen blocker 6 oxo or somethin like that and il be good. but idk. i jus need info to get started
