First Jack3d Experience

So I was really excited when I heard that vitamin shoppe was getting in Jack3d as I've been dying to try it. Im 6' 200 pounds so i figured 2 scoops would be good. Taken many pre-workout products in the past and responded to them well. So I Took 2 scoops 30 minutes before workout, for leg/back day. I am sad to say I didn't feel a thing, not even the beta-alanine tingle. I began to get really tired 3/4 of the way through my workout and pretty much just crashed. I felt pretty nautious and lightheaded towards the end and after my workout. I didnt even get a decent pump :-( I really had high hopes for this product...

Im gonna give this product another shot tomorrow. Ive taken usp lab products in the past such as anabolic pump, pslin, super cissus, powerfull and 1-carboxy and had good results. But this didnt do it for me. Sucks I cant return an open product to vitamin shoppe.. fml
 
That sucks... I've used a lot of pre-workout supplements as well and 2 scoops is magic to me, well good luck and I hope 3 does it for you.
 
This is a very uncommon reaction to Jack3d. How close was your closest food intake?
 
i had a smaller carb meal 45 minutes prior to taking jack3d, maybe ill try it on more of an empty stomach today. Ill also try 3 scoops today
 
last night i took my cousin to the gym and she was so tired from work by the way that was her first time working out, anyways i gave her 2 scoops of jacked on empty stomach and it did nothing , i dont know why ?
 
I dont understand how you can feel nothing from this product. Ive been running Jacked/Jack3d since the inner circle release and i get the same intense feeling about 15-20 minutes taking it. Great product :)

Bro I workout about 5 am and I take jacked at about 430 roughly and it get me going good. I am lifting harder and heavier than I have in awhile. I am only takin 2 scoops. I am 6'5 and weight 228. When I started jacked I weighed about 233 I am since leaned up a lil bit. I have been on it about 2 weeks

I've been taking Jack3d now for about the last 2 weeks. I only take it on my lifting days. I started with 2 scoops and felt a decent pump so I decided to do the 3 scoops as it recommends which I started with my last workout (Back)...

My pump was nuts. I felt like I was gonna explode... So, for whatever it's worth this stuff does work...

Used it on my chest workout Tuesday and my teets are super sore and rock hard... Haven't had this type of feeling in a long time...
 
Yeah my chest got a huge pump after doing chest. Any recommendation for weight loss with this product

I don't get much of a thermal effect from the product so I honestly probably wouldn't recommend it for weight loss. I'm pretty lean right now but, I love LeanXtreme and EndoAmp... Both deal with cortisol...

Honestly though to lose weight you need to do cardio a lot and check your diet...

When I am leaning out I will typically do cardio 3 - 4 times a week and weight train 2 - 3 times. And, understand that being lean does mean you won't be the strongest guy in the gym but, being shredded is more important to me... And you'll look like you are strong... It's more of a mental thing and deciding what your goals are...
 
Well I play basketball with like 4 people and I lift 4 days a week. When we play we sweat hard. So what type of workouts should I do with weights

I have been doing like moderate weight and about 4 sets of 10 to 12 reps with about 5 exercises per body part

Well, the weight you are doing is relative obviously to how hard you are training. Do remember though when you are at the gym you are there to work; so go hard and push yourself...

What's your diet like..? I totally feel like training is 95% diet; it's what makes or breaks you...

Here's a sample break down of my training right now; although it does vary. Remember though to change your routine often to keep your body shocked...

Sun (Back/Bi)

- pullups
- seated rows
- bent over rows
- barbell curls
- incline barbell curls
- seated lateral raises

Mon
--
45 min cardio
15 - 30 min abs

Tues
--
Off or see Mon

Wed (Chest, Tri)
--
- inline bench
- close grip bench
- cable cross overs
- incline or flat flyes
- dips
- press downs (vary grip)

Thurs
--
See Mon

Fri (All around)
--
- squats (or... barbell lunges or... leg press)
- calf raises
- standing barbell press
- deadlifts
- flat bench

Sat
--
See Mon

Remember this is just a sample. Also, in my opinion if you are spending longer than 1hr or 1 1/2hr in the gym you are moving too slow...

I am on tub #3 from the inner circle release and either 2, 2 1/2 or 3 scoops does me good, just depends how amped I want to get...looking forward to Jacked v2 when I run out

I have only seen a couple that had that effect. Very Very few.

Unfortunately some people react poorly to the Geranium [1,3 dimethylamine]. It is a fairly uncommon circumstance, but it happens.
 
you can always return an open product to vitamin shop they will give you store credit or exchange

Agree Probably some cumulative change in blood pressure. Low serum glucose would be unlikely, if he consumed carbohydrates earlier.

I had considered low BGlu as well but, due to the unique alpha-agonism of Geranium, I also assumed BP as the most likely culprit!
 
I tried 2 1/2 scoops the other day on an empty stomach and alot better results then the first time i tried it.

Thats great to hear. Also, be sure to shake the container prior to dosing. This will help assure that the ingredients are evenly distributed.
