First hdrol cycle coming up. Think I have everything covered...

2 bottles cycle assist
hawthorn berry
1 pct assist
1 inhibit e
1 suppress c
zma

preload hawthorn for 10 days
hdrol 50/75/75/75/75/75
NOW gluco/chro/msm joint support
4 cycle assist twice per day 4hrs apart from hdrol

pct:
continue cycle assist @ 4 caps per day until out
pct assist 6/6/6/6
inhibit e 3/3/2/2
zma
suppress c starting week 3 pct


multi/fish oil the whole time and creatine/cell volumizer during pct.
 
Sorry to hijack this thread, but I was to do a 4 week stack of H-drol and Fruza, would this post cycle therapy regime be suffecient? Would the addition of low dose Fruza require a SERM for pct?

saggy you will want to run hdrol all 6weeks 2 bottles. . .and stack furza with hdrol. . i would say dosages should remain around 250-300. . .

hdrol at 4wks won't see your gains until week 4-6. . .for most that is. . .furza is a nice additive. . .run it through the coarse of hdrol but pct you will want to look into a serm since your stacking two compounds imo. . .nolva. . .or clomid. . but i would think nolva at 20/20/10/10 should be fine with our PCT assist as directed. . .4/4/4/4/ with some inhibit e 3/2/2/1 if wanted or supress c 100/100/100/50. . ..MW your thoughts?!?! :deal:

Clomid is the better of the two SERMS in my opinion; I think SERM then AI is the best option here.

Supress-C and PCT Assist is good throughout especially in terms of keeping gains and sex drive up.

If a SERM can't be procurred I would use d-aspartic acid at 6g per day for a minimum of 4 weeks and start the AI day one.

Are you saying only to use daa and the ai for pct? I dont think you are but Im just making sure no one else thinks that.
