First Epi Cycle

Olympus is having a sale Aug 5th FYI

Cool. May be a little too close to my PCT start date when you factor in shipping etc .... But I will see what I can accomplish. Still need to secure enough cash to afford the SUP3R PCT ..... then if possible I will get a bottle of STR3NGTH. I've never experienced such financial hell before and it sucks ..... but as with everything I must believe that 'this too shall pass' :)

Ok .... today is day 22. Starting to feel libido slipping away.
Anything fairly inexpensive that I can take to mitigate this while on cycle ? DHEA tabs?

Other question ..... I hear a lot of talk about 'keeping my gains' after the cycle is finished. What is the best way to accomplish this? Supps to use? Etc ....

Taking today off. Tired and sore. Need to eat and relax and recover.
And need to work on ways to generate some cash to purchase a bottle of SUP3R PCT .... got just under 3 weeks left in this cycle before I am gonna need it.
 
Are you feeling the EPI yet?

Not really sure what I am supposed to be feeling from the Epi. I feel stronger during my workouts and I have been getting a much better pump than ever before. My muscles feel fuller and harder and are more defined ..... but other than that I am really not "feeling" anything different.
 
Have you been keeping track of your weight?

Yep.

I am up about 8lbs since starting a little over 3 weeks ago. No BF% measurement to go on but no noticeable fat increase. Muscle looks bigger/fuller/harder.
But in continuing to answer the original question ... I am not "feeling" anything special. Am I supposed to?

Feeling good. Sore from yesterday's workout ..... Muscles feel tight/hard and full.
Day off today. Gonna eat and relax and enjoy the AC on this hot NorCal Sunday. The kids are all playing a Call of Duty Black Ops marathon ..... perhaps I will try and play .... and get my ass kicked by a bunch of kids. ;)
 
Ok .... today is Day 27. Feeling good .... no real side effects . I have not been sleeping very well but not sure if that is because of the Epi or just the immense amount of stress in my life lately.

Still have not ordered my SUP3R PCT ..... still do not have the money for it :( I have been trying to sell off some of my things to make the cash to finish this cycle up right .... would love a bottle of STR3NGTH and EP1C along with the SUP3R PCT. I have my beloved golf clubs up for sale at the moment but in today's economy I doubt there's alot of golf being played .....

Tonight is going to be Chest/Shoulders/Tri's .... took the last 2 days off and rested. Feeling recharged and ready to hit the iron with full force now.
Just need to get some cash and all will be right with the world again ;)

Feeling good. No real sides to speak of. Getting a little stressed out about not yet having a bottle of SUP3R PCT and my cycle getting closer and closer to ending. I do have a bottle of Tamoxifen citrate ..... and a tub of DAA .... hopefully that will suffice if I cannot get the SUP3R PCT in time.

If you can't get sup3r pct, id try to get eliminate at least so you can have an AI to taper past your serm. Otherwise you should be good.

Maybe Nutra's August 5 sale will allow you to pick some up.

I will see what I can do. My issue is not with availability of Olympus Labs product .... its an issue with lack of funding. Experiencing the worst financial crisis of my life at the moment unfortunately.
I counted out what I have left in my AR1MACARE PRO bottle and figured that I will have about 2 weeks of that left after cycle and it has a similar profile to the SUP3R PCT as far as the AI is concerned so worst case scenario I will just use that.
 
Day 29

Just drank down a sample pack of PreCre and gearing up to go hit Back & Biceps in a few. Feeling good .... feeling strong. Was battling some minor lethargy for the past 2-3 days but after a good nights sleep last night I am feeling pretty good.

Good workout. Tired .... Did more rowing movements this workout .... trying to increase the volume a bit in that area.

Getting closer to PCT time and now I have a few additional questions for the more experienced guys on here. Been reading alot and have heard that after an Epi cycle especially it is a good idea to add in a Formestane product in addition to the AI thats in the SUP3R PCT ..... any input on this ? Also have heard that Reduce XT for cortisol control is a good idea to begin about the 3rd week of PCT. Hopefully I will be getting some cash tomorrow to purchase the SUP3R PCT so I will add these additional items IF and only if they really will be beneficial ..... otherwise I could use the small amount of remaining cash to purchase some protein .....

So any input would be greatly appreciated :)
 
Forma would be my first choice if I were only going to choose one product.

so you would not even go with the SUP3R PCT then ? Just a good formestane product ..... like Transform? And what are your thoughts on the need for cortisol control around week 3 of PCT? Just trying to get a general consensus here after reading and reading till my eyes hurt ;)
 
Try tagging gohard and/or reps4jesus and see what they think.

If it were me and money was tight and I had to choose one product it would be transform. My personal opinion. Just because if you did have some rebound that would help more than super pct.

If you bought super pct and ended up having some rebound then you would need to go get a stronger AI, which just means more money.

While this makes sense, I would tend to think I'd rather have the Sup3r PCT. That way you do get estrogen and prolactin control, liver protection, and some test boosters. I don't know tho, someone with more knowledge is def needed.

Even if it's not the most powerful, I would think some is better than none,
 
DAA is only like $12 I would think suppressing any estrogen rebound would be priority numero uno. And let's not forget the liver protection are just plant extracts. More of a we hope type deal. Go with AI

Its the type of AI that is in question .... SUP3R PCT has an AI in it but I have read that it may not be strong enough in some cases and that is where the Forestane (TransFORM) would come in. But only as an 'in-case' type of situation if I do get some E rebound.

I would like to purchase the SUP3R PCT and a bottle of DermaSTR3NGTH and call it good .... but now I am wondering if I need to drop the DermaSTR3NGTH and get the TransFORM instead ? ? ? I would hate to do so and end up not needing the additional AI ....

I am in week 5 and have had pretty much zero side effects from this Epi cycle so I am wondering if that's any indication of whether or not I will need extra AI support ...... I would love a little input from the more experienced guys out there .... perhaps someone from Olympus Labs .... g0hardorgohom
 
I think it's always good to have an AI like TransFORM on hand. If you got gyno, it wouldn't be fun. Save it for your next cycle if you don't need it.

There's a guy selling Reduce XT in the supplement auction area of this forum. Would probably be your cheapest bet for cortisol control.

To be honest I look a tad bit leaner. I will be posting my after pics for sure so everyone here can critique ..... ;)

Take TransFORM only if needed IMO.

This may seem like a stupid question....but how will I know if I need it? Don't I risk more serious problems if I wait for signs of gyno to indicate I need the TransFORM?

I'd wait for a sign of gyno, honestly. With SUP3R PCT it shouldn't happen.

What are you referring to as "more serious problems"?
 
I always thought that once you've got gyno the only real solution involves surgery.
Is it common on an Epi cycle to need more for PCT than the SUP3R PCT? I would rather spend the money on another Oly Labs product other than TransFORM if I really really don't need it. Gonna hit the big sale tomorrow regardless and get what I can get with the limited funds I have.
