First cylce - suggestions?

Ill start out with my stats. i know everyone will bash me for my age, but im pretty set on wanting to juice so dont bash, just suggest please.
im 18, been lifting for about 2 years now. im 5 foot 11 inches and weigh 180 pounds.
my idea was to do something like this

dbol cycle in the form of a pyramid
week 1 - 20mg everyday
week 2 - 30mg everyday
week 3 - 30mg everyday
week 4 - 20 mg everyday
week 5 - 10mg everyday

along with 10mg nolvadex everyday

pct would start week 5 with the 10mg dbol a day and either clomid or nolva with it

any suggestions on diet or the cycle at all would be helpful.
looking to gain roughly 10 to 15 pounds of muscle and as much strength as possible

look up pct's first. they dont contain the use of steroids

Bro don't do it...you know aas could and may make you bald...there is a lot of things you gotta worry about when it comes to aas and I don't think you want to deal with that at that age.
 
Steroids now will give you the crater face later on in life that girls just love from all the acne you will get. Steroids+Optimum age for the natty test level advantage = Acne Overload and Endocrine DESTRUCTION!

My advice is don't do it..... but if I can't change your mind and you are going to do it anyways... then I will answer your questions so you don't make the wrong choice.

You will feel an increase in strength and size from dbol and resemble the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man from the crazy bloat you will have, so DBol solo is not my first choice. Also, dbol is usually used to kickstart a test cycle, which needs to be ran 4-5 weeks max dbol and 10-12 weeks max test, otherwise you will just experience unattractive AND dangerous side effects, and lose a lot of gains.

Why not wait until you are out of optimum test levels before you start aas? You are just wasting money and health otherwise!

Do it right the first time or DON'T DO IT AT ALL.

your going to fuk your sh!t up bro. I remember my buddies who started way to early, one has gyno still 7 years later. Wait til your 20 at the min.

Stick in the supplement section and take stuff like creatine, beta alanine, pre workouts, nutrition partitioner's, etc.
 
what if i followed this to a tee? i cant post the think due to lack of posts but its a sd/epi cycle done by chocolatemilk

"Follow to a t" is meaningless, your body, your endocrine system and your hormone levels aren't the same, so results and side effects wont be the same either.
 
i agree with everybody else man. i know its not what you wanna hear, but just waiting a couple years could make a huge difference. what's your current training scheme look like? what are your lifting stats? do you know what works best for you? what kind of nutrients do you run best off of? what timing is best for eating what for your body? these are all things you should know before you hit the juice, and most people haven't figured that out till later on in life.

if you've figured this stuff out, then kudos to you, because it took me a lot longer than 18 to know myself that well.

And you will seriously have far more people here willing to spend the time and effort to straighten any weaknesses in your diet or training because without those being right you wont make or keep good steroid gains anyhow.

Your cycle is too short IMO... dbol needs a test base - you would be better off doing this...
...cough cough - once you turn 21 of course...
Weeks 1-4 - Dbol
Weeks 1-10 - Test E @ 400 mg a week as your FIRST cycle (2 injections per week for enanthate or cypionate) - if you choose propionate, then don't run the dbol since it kicks in faster, yet requires more frequent injections because its half life is shorter.

And if you want to do Dbol solo without test, don't be discouraged if you don't keep half your gains. Just run it at a lower dose for 5-6 weeks @ 10/10/10/20/20/20 and take 2 grams of fishoil per 10mg of dbol to maximize absorbtion because of the lower dose. Don't pyramid back down
and continue use through PCT, just cut it off at 20mg and go right into Nolva/Hcg first half of PCT, then lower dose of Nolva/exemestane second half of pct. Run a natty test booster through, even though Nolva and exemestane will help to elevate your LH. I recommend DAA. If you choose no Hcg, then hopefully your balls grow back.

But before you go that route, please, at your age... just wait because if your body gets a taste of artificial sources of hormones and testosterone THAT early in your life... then your gains will depend on continued use... heck, you may never fully recover from dbol or test e shutdown since your body is responding so well to its own natural test at your age and you may need TRT the rest of your life. My father first tried steroids at 17 and was an amateur bodybuilder in the 70's - and now 40 years later, he goes to his doctor for his weekly "testosterone replacement therapy" injections.
