First Cycle

Hi, im 23 and im in pretty good shape, but a little husky and Im pretty muscular as well. I want to run my first cycle but im not sure what to use. I want to use injectables, but something not too hardcore for my fisrt time. I want to cut fat as well as bulk. Are their any recommendations as to what I should use, how long I should run it, and what I should use for PCT. Thanks so much for you time and info.

Run Dbol, with a base of Test E, Masteron and Anavar EVERY HOUR, no but for real, man these guys on here will take care of you (we know each other) Listen to em, they know there shizz
 
The first cycle anyone should do is a straight test cycle. typically a longer acting test like enanthate. some thing like:
1-12 test e 500mg/wk

The reason to introduce one compound at a time to your body is so you can know how your body responds to that particular compound.

Nolva or clomid would be PCT of choice.
 
you don't want to cut fat as well as bulk on your first cycle, doesn't work well. There's an efficiency loss when you try to cut and bulk simultaneously and if you want to run a first injectable cycle, you gotta run test, and if you run a test cycle you should bulk with it.

everybody wants to get bigger while dropping bodyfat but it's hard to do, called a RECOMP, requires a perfect diet and lots of cardio to do... You should just run test, try to bulk as much as possible, and cut later on.

I have to agree TestE is the way to go. 500 mgs will give you all the benefits without to many sides. 750 and higher will get you to many negative reactions and for the first time you should respond well. Remember it will take 2 to 3 weeks before you really see jumps in strength and size so keep a journal and put workout, diet and physical changes in it. It will come in handy as you go down this road and possibly try other aas.
 
This all sounds great, thanks a lot guys. If I were to stack something with TestE what would be good, im kinda wanting to step it up a little more than just TestE to be honest, even though I probably don’t need to. Another question is after I do the cycle and the PCT, how long will it take for all of this to be out of my system so ill be good if I get drug tested?
 
if i was gonna stack it, and im not recommending you do, i would stack in with winstrol at the tail end of the cycle.

test e on its own will still help "tighten" but it does hold some water. alot of it has to do with diet. i wouldnt low carb it cause you wanna grow. but i wouldnt attempt an all out bulk since it is summer and you dont wanna balloon either. i would do a protein/carb/fat breakdown of like 40/30/30. something like that. i would probably taper my carbs out in the evening excpet for greens. eating enough food is the key.

im not sure about timelines to get out of your system, sorry.

Should i do Test E 250mg Tuesday and 250mg Thursday every week? 1-12 weeks?
And what exactly do do mean protein/carb/fat breakdown of like 40/30/30?
And what about using HCG?

i would do it wks 9-13. remember the test e is long ester so it'll still be in your system for 3 wks or more after your last shot. i would say 30mg/ day then up 40.

i mean percentage of calories from protein 40% carb 30% fat 30%

im not huge on using hcg every cycle but some guys like to run it the whole time. i would say if you ar going to use it, use it at a high dose near the end of the cycle and taper down to help the transition into pct.
 
Personally I would go a different route. I would all out bulk for the first cycle, forget the winny and front load with prop or suspension for the first 4-5 weeks. I prefer to use an oral for the front load but if you are against them then prop or suspension would be the way to go. Not that running winny on the tail end is bad, its just that I feel the first cycle should be memorable and fun. And for me, a full out, all items on the menu, forget cardio, bulk till I cant scratch my back at all and need help taking off my gym shirt cycle is as good as they come. That being said, if you are on a time line for a vacation or need to look your best for the beach in the near future etc, then you probably wont want to sacrifice your midsection as much.

I'm a firm believer in HCG for every cycle beginning around the 4th week (depending on the compounds) but you're going to see varying opinions there as well. In my experience Ive recovered much more quickly using it on cycle and then doing PCT than not using it at all. Given the cost to benefit ratio of HCG I really don't see an argument against using it.

Also test E will be detectable for around 3 months, however most drug tests don't check for AAS.
