First Cycle - Questions/Log

Hey everyone, I'm new to the forums. I can't get feedback on my cycle without the thread getting deleted on other forums so here I am!

I'll be running my first cycle in about 2.5 weeks and I have chosen to run H-Drol/11-sterone for a recomp/cut. I will be logging it, but won't be updating it daily. I'll just log it and post the whole thing at the end of my cycle. I'm just looking for feedback on my dosages, dose timing, etc. All thoughts are more than welcome.

H-Drol (2 caps AM, 1 pre-workout/midday)
0, 0, 50, 75, 75, 75, 75, (75?)

11-sterone (2 caps AM, 2 caps post-workout/midday)
0, 0, 300, 300, 300, 300, 300, (300?)

Cycle Assist (3 caps AM, 3 caps midday, 2 caps PM)
8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, (8?)

Novadex XT [loljk, I have tamoxifen citrate]
20, 20, 10, 10

So there's my cycle. All feedback is more than welcome, but specific questions are:
1. Do I need 2 weeks of pre-loading Cycle Assist, or is 1 sufficient?
2. How does the timing of my dosing look?
3. How should I time Nolvadex, assuming it's important?
4. Thoughts on extending it to a 6-week cycle?
5. Nolvadex dosage too low or just right?
6. Recomp/cut or recomp/bulk?

Thanks for any and all thoughts!
 
1. 2, 1, or no pre-loading for this cycle would be fine.

3. Before bed is good.
4. Go for it.
5. Do the third week 20 last week 10.

Thanks for your input! I really appreciate it. Some questions in response...

1. No pre-loading? This wouldn't harm me? If that's safe and proven, I would love to start the cycle sooner, but, of course, health is my primary concern.

4. As with pre-loading, health is my main concern here too. I really don't care about sides. I understand these are temporary and they, as a result, don't bother me, but could running a 6-week cycle my first time on be significantly more risky than a 5-week cycle?

Edit: by risky, I mean with 'permanent' things (i.e. dem dere bitch tits).
 
It's a mild cycle that won't give you problems if you don't pre-load or if you run it for 6 weeks. Just take your supports on cycle and you will be fine.
 
Right now, I think I'm going with the recomp/bulk, but with primary focus on bulking. Average weekly diet would look something like this:

0, -200, -100, 0 +200, +500, +300

"0" being maintenance, "-" being the total caloric deficit for the day, and "+" being the total caloric surplus for the day. So weekly surplus would probably range from 300 to 800. I do a 5 day split, heavy weight/high intensity, and high volume, plus 5-15 minutes of low-intensity cardio at the end.

Is gaining 7-10lb while losing 1-2% bf a reasonable expectation for this general routine/diet?

Id say add some more calories if u plan on going more for bulking.

Well cycle support isnt going to help prevent gyno, but this cycle shouldnt really give u any problems with gyno unless u r proned. It is def one of the more mild cycles.

Thank you very much. I'll be logging it and posting after my PCT is done so everyone can see how it goes. Surplus/deficit, specific workouts, meals, and sleep/wake-up times will all be tracked daily. Weight, bf%, and measurements will be taken the morning of my cycle (after pissing, before drinking/eating/popping), then every two weeks until the end of my PCT.

As far as more calories, I would think that would start to lean more towards lean bulk than recomp/bulk, thus losing a little bit of the fat loss effect I'm aiming to have slightly present. But I appreciate your input, and am certainly keeping it in mind while making final adjustments to my diet and what not.

As of right now, my intake/routine schedule looks like this, if anyone is interested.

C is chest/delts/traps, A is arms, S&T is delts/traps/upperchest, B+C is back and supplemental calf exercises, L+T is legs and some supplemental trap work, and r denotes rest days.

Nevermind, I will definitely be adding more calories. Weekly surpluses/deficits will be probably in the + or - 2000-2800 range. My reasoning with this is that a lean bulk, for me at least, is a clean diet at a weekly surplus of about 3500 (~1lb/week) so lower it a little, add in anabolics and BOOM! protein everywhere.

And I have a question regarding my Nolvadex.. Being new to cycling, I wouldn't know how to identify the drugs, so I'm checking to see if this sounds like it's legit... It's a pink liquid and smells a little bit like bubble gum, but with a little hint of that medicinal "omfg wtf is this ****" stank. I've had a couple of experienced DS/AAS users confirm that the company I bought it from is a reliable, but I want to make sure what I have sounds right.
