So that was all I did today. I was so winded after all the front squats and lunges. I guess Ive gotten so used to training in lower rep ranges that my cardio/endurance has gone down some lol. Pumps were on point today. Quads will most likely be sore tomorrow. Also starting to get some back pumps. I'll pick up some taurine next time I get paid.
Pinned left glute after I got home and showered. Went pretty well even though I was a little unsteady with my left hand. I know I got in the muscle good this time, I could like feel the needle puncturing the fascia. Idk hard to explain. Also I forgot to aspirate at the beginning so I did like midway through. No blood, but I did get a little bubbles. Finished the shot like normal, bubbles and all. I hope thats not a big deal. Feeling kinda retarded right now for not paying closer attention to aspirate at the beginning. No immediate pip at all which is surprising considering my right glute was pretty bad almost instantly. Pip is finally completely gone in my right glute as of yesterday. Took about 5 or 6 days to completely go away.
Decided against my other delt because my left one is still a little sore and I want to keep one delt pin free so I have something to compare it to in case it gets swollen or something. My left is a little tender, but no redness or swelling. Its weird that I can still feel pip in my left delt, but its like below where I pinned, not around the injection site at all. I guess some of it went subq or something??
