Hey guys I started my first cycle, I left the natty side and joined the dark side. Follow my log to see my strength and aesthetics ascend!

Stats:
Height: 5”10
Weight: 204lb
I have been working out on and off for about 6 years. Initially I was 211lb then lost 50lb and made noob gains, ever since I’ve built a solid base of muscle.

My goal is to put on 10lb of lean muscle and increase my strength. Also reduce my gut if possible. I am vascular all over my physique except for my gut. It is a trouble area but I know I can reduce it because I have done so in the past.

I have been following this forum and a few others for years. All feedback and criticism is welcome.

Day 1
I took the recommend dose didn’t feel anything.. I hear kicks in around day 10.
Weight:204

Day 2
Same as above... Then hit legs and abs at the gym. Squats, leg press, leg extensions, hamstring curls, abs and then steady cardio. Cardio at 3mph flat and max incline 5 min intervals...
*I’ll be sure to write down my lift numbers starting day 5 as well as diet.*

Day 3
I took the recommended dose.. Hit back and bicep at the gym. Absolutely killed it! My endurance and strength was higher than usual had a 90 minute lift session then slow cardio and sauna.
-Beef/rice all day and protein shake

Day 4
I woke up early this morning, took the usual dose...had fried beef and quinoa.
I hit tricep, shoulders and chest at the gym. My right shoulder felt stiff after my third set of 185 on flat bench barbell. I pushed through it and had a decent workout, nothing out the norm.
Weight:207lb

Honestly I wouldnt even touch DMZ, If was going to do an oral only I would Tbol (Bulking) or Var (Cutting) for long duartion, would provide similar gains but with far less sides. Anyway's how many calories are you eating? and whats your bodyfat?
 
I really enjoyed dmz with very minimal sides. I ran it 6weeks starting at 30mg and ending at 45 last 2 weeks. I know everyone reacts different but I liked it

I'm taking tbol now actually but I use test base now for cycles. Only 2 weeks in so I can't really compare the 2 yet

I love dmz. Lean dry gains with no sides for me. I ran it for 8 weeks at 60mg with no sides. I went from never trying 300 on bench to benching 365 in six weeks. Dmz is my favorite oral. Some people get sides with it but i never did
 
DMZ is a premium compound. It's one of my favorite orals. It can mess with your BP, lipids, and liver to a degree (it's a steroid, LOL)...but I look forward to running it again.

Yeah, those guys at the store do that a lot, because they're lying d****bags who are only interested in selling you their stuff
 
DAY 5

Took regular dose as usual... I decided to take a rest day from the gym, I felt sore, tired and sleepy and ended up taking an afternoon nap.
Breakfast:
Grilled chicken, meatballs, egg whites and half a croissant
Macros - 28g Carbs, 38g Fats, 71g Protein (745 calories)

Lunch:
Sesame bun, turkey burger, pure honey, lettuce, cheese
Macros - 40g Carbs, 18g Fat, 40g Protein (490 calories)

Snack:
PB&J on 3 slices of bread, mango (513 calories)
Macros - 82g Carbs, 19g Fat, 14g Protein

Dinner:
Beef stir fry and rice
Macros - 43g Carbs, 19g Fat, 81g Protein (695 calories)

Total: 192C 92F 204P (2443 Calories)

Back in the gym tomorrow! I typically spend about 2-3 hours each day... 5-6 times a week lifting then cardio. Would I be able to hit the elliptical hard instead of always doing steady state cardio? I'm an endomorph with a gut which I'm trying to lose yet I want to maximize my gains as much as possible from this first cycle.
Everyone has their views whether medical studies, bro science or experience/ results driven on lifting, muscle building and preservation or fat loss...
Ive been following this guy on YouTube for a few months now, the channel is called Snake Diet.
His name is Cole a trainer and is pretty straight forward and will get in your face (in a good way) stating fasting is the key for fat loss and HGH
and a cure all.
Let me know what you guys thoughts are good or bad! BUT please watch his videos first then share thoughts before jumping straight in.

MA and pre are both board sponsors and have legit chems for your test subjects.... and as said most supplement store guys get some commission off certain product so they tend to push those... at least in my area.

And ya please get a serm you be safe. Just look up superdrol sides and though dmz is a bit milder, you may be susceptible to them. Better safe than sorry. Good luck bro make some gains.

Also....when you said "sore, tired, and sleepy"...it made me think of your support supplements (specifically liver). You're taking a lot of support sups man, but for next time (or even this time if you can)...I'd advise getting a good all in one on cycle supplement (you can add whatever you want extra on top of that).
And for THIS cycle, and every cycle that contains an oral steroid, I strongly suggest getting TUDCA. I'll never run orals without it again. It's the best protection you can get for your liver...and with orals, your liver needs all the help it can get.

Thats great to hear man, how much total weight did you gain from DMZ and how much did you muscle did you keep?
Idk how much muscle i gained. I cant remember how much weight i gained but i def gained a good amount. Dmz is a great recomp agent as well. The last time i ran it (was with msten and m1a though) i didnt gain or lose any weight at all but my appearance chanhged radically

I have heard great things about TUDCA! Ill definitely pick some up for future use bought some NAC yesterday .

Good man. Get that SERM beforehand, if you don't want to lose all of your gains.

I'm honestly not sure right now how much I gained, and kept. I didn't run it solo. But it really cut me up pretty good, while I was gaining muscle.
 
Great job, dmz is pretty good stuff. I’m on day 5 since my RC has some potent liquid solution dmz that I wanted to pair with Dienolone. Ok, I gotta ask though, 2-3 hours a day in the gym? With one day off? You gotta give me more info! How do you manage that??

I had some great sleep last night knocked out like a baby... I've been having dreams almost every single night about the most random stuff... is it because of my supplements? On the other hand it could be a placebo effect hahah either way Im making gains at the gym and my endurance is through the roof so all in due time!

I was sweating beads like crazy during my workout and my endurance has improved big time... Today felt like childs play at the gym.
Felt great the whole workout...the pump was so big at one point during forearms I couldn’t even type on my phone and had to let my left arm hang down for a few minutes.

That’s great bro, always excited to see another’s DMZ log and experience! I love working out weights, cardio, sauna... usually one day off if I’m lucky 2 days off if unlucky lol. 2-3 hours isn’t too bad for me... I used to go twice a day during college. But I always try to lift heavy so I take a good minute or 3 between sets and steady cardio is pretty easy.
 
DAY 8

Here's my entry for day 8, I keep a log saved in my phone and just transfer it the next few days after onto here...
Took the usual dose that I have been taking thus far... I hit the gym long and hard. I was wearing a tank and definitely had some boulder shoulder action going on my arms were looking bigger, super tight and swole! When I got home I looked at the mirror and realized I have a new addition of veins, spiderweb action going on all through out my left triceps towards the elbow... Sweet!
My physique is adapting so well, its like icing on the cake...glad I trained for so many years and had a good base to mold from before finally starting my first cycle

Took the regular dose as usual.... I went out and bought some MSM last night to take in addition with my Glucosamine and I think its doing wonders. I can feel a dramatic difference from yesterdays painful shoulders and I don't feel any pain or stiffness today. I took today off from the gym and decided to have a rest and re-feed day.

DAY 10

DAY 10 is here, the magic number that everyone says they start seeing results! I started to see results as early as day 8 but its getting even better now.
I ran my usual dosage along with all my other support supplements. I felt pretty good, I noticed that my body has been rock solid for the past 5 days as far as movement wise. I was blown away at the gym today..... I think the hulk in me is starting to come out hahah! There was some fear at the start of my workout because I didn't want to over do anything but I let loose after my couple sets of squats were done.

I felt really tired and groggy at the gym today. I think it’s because I have been hitting the gym hard 6-7 days a weeks straight. Still managed to push through today and destroy Back and Bicep day.

Same dose as usual.... Killled my workout!!!!! Today was chest, shoulders and tricep day. My max bench was around 230/40 for one rep, I had never attempted repping out a set or few of 225 until today did it easily Great power and chest pump.

I was pretty tired from yesterday’s cheat day. I had a few drinks and it was not worth it... First drink I’ve had all cycle long. Because of that today’s workout was mediocre or at least not as explosive as I expected it to be.

Any increase in hunger? Or issues with hydration/urination? Keep up the good work.

I think my hunger has been decreased since I started. I have to plan and time extra meals to make sure I’m getting around 170+ protein and carbs. Hydration wise, I noticed I sweat 5x more in the gym... literally sweat falling from my face all over the floor. But I’m making sure my urine stays on the lighter side.

Have you noticed any increased heart rate on the dmz?
 
Are you seeing physique changes already?

I feel I was seeing rapid physique changes literally overnight. My arms are bigger more veins on my Bis and Tris, slightly bigger chest.... progress has kind of slowed down. My weight is 209lbs... Honestly I was thinking about upping the dose to 45mg (one extra pill) for this last 2 weeks. What do you all think?

I don’t know dmz dosages so I can’t comment on that but I’m curious to see how this turns out. So it’s only a 4 week cycle then? Why so short? Hepatoxicity?
 
It’s usually a 4 week cycle, however I’ve seen people run it for 6 weeks. I’m going to go a few days over 30, I’ll maybe stop at 35 days. 30-45mg is standard dose, I was hoping to get some feedback from people who did DMZ just to see their experience and see how much of a difference it made.
