DAY 17
Increased my dosage to 48mg a day (16mg capsules each). Went beast mode on my Chest, Tris and Shoulders.
Main Highlight of the day...I hit 225 for 8 reps in one set. Keep in mind I never did sets for this weight until a few days ago. My max was about 230-240 prior.
I think the numbers speak for them self... 90 minute lift
