First Cycle Log DMZ

It’s usually a 4 week cycle, however I’ve seen people run it for 6 weeks. I’m going to go a few days over 30, I’ll maybe stop at 35 days. 30-45mg is standard dose, I was hoping to get some feedback from people who did DMZ just to see their experience and see how much of a difference it made.
I prefer to run dmz at 60 honestly. I run it lower when stacking. I always run it for 8 weeks though. But thats just me

Wow did you keep most of your gains bro? I’m gonna be pissed if I lose ALL my strength. Killed my chest workout today again setting new PRs on every damn bench, machine, weight. Lmao people are looking at me like wtf is he on... but I feel like I’m a little bloated and watery. That settles it I’m gonna increase my dose to 45mg a day.

I kept almost all of it til i stopped lifting due to injury and personal life not allowing me to get to the gym for a while

DAY 17

Increased my dosage to 48mg a day (16mg capsules each). Went beast mode on my Chest, Tris and Shoulders.
Main Highlight of the day...I hit 225 for 8 reps in one set. Keep in mind I never did sets for this weight until a few days ago. My max was about 230-240 prior.
I think the numbers speak for them self... 90 minute lift

DAY 18

Took same upgraded dose as yesterday. Went to the gym and repeated Chest and Tris because of an old gym buddy that was in town... bad decision. All my Lifts were weak and of course they were because I trained balls to walls yesterday.
Bought some paleo pancakes delicious and plenty protein
 
DAY 19

48mg taken today... haven’t noticed a physique difference vs 32mg as of yet. Strength was great today breaking PRs... I can max leg extension easily for many reps.

DAY 20

Dosed 48mg today... I take them about 3-6 hours apart. I feel like my strength has decreased today... not as many sets and reps as last back and bicep workout. Any tips or advice??

I feel I have a bloated look to me especially in my chest and core... I’d like to spend these last 2 weeks of cycle cutting down to look more aesthetic rather than bulky... Please lmk how you guys went about cutting towards the end of your DMZ cycle... or if you did so in PCT... Does it help to taper off or pulse for an extra week to help keep gains while cutting?

I ran DMZ for a good two months or maybe 10 weeks about 3 or 4 years ago. I enjoyed the same benefits you mention and I felt great. PCT was only tough for about a week, and even that wasn’t all that bad. I only took 30mg a day but I stacked it with 20mg of Epistane (which was possibly fake). I have used it other times prior to that as well for shorter durations. Everything about DMZ has always been spectacular for me. The only downside was the abdominal bloating which is a common battle for me to fight anyway.

Same abdominal bloating for me also, my chest sticks out but so does my gut it’s a battle between the two. I was looking at some pictures from before cycle and wow I put on some serious mass... when you’re on cycle you don’t realize it. I will ramp up my cardio and add an extra 2 hours of it each day to try and decrease the gut.
 
DAY 21

Dosed 48mg today... haven’t been getting enough sleep, I think the last dose is keeping me up at night. Strength gains are still climbing and my physique has bulked and stomach has decreased a little. Overall I’m very happy with the gains I’ve made so far.

Yeah...it definitely makes everything bigger so you just take the good with the bad.

DAY 22

Took 48mg of DMZ... hit legs and Abs today and pulled my groin, high quad area again on squats... I feel so unstable as of lately bad balance I guess... will just stick to angled leg press from now on.
Great strength and legs are looking more massive.

Sorry I haven’t been able to log in lately guys got really busy with traveling. Gains are still good I will try to log in after work and give a full update.
 
Well guys long story short I extended my cycle out for 6 weeks and in good measure. As far as Aesthetics man it’s a NOTICEABLE change. The moment I sit down especially, people start staring at my arms and the size of muscle that was hiding behind my shirt. I have been doing a ton of cardio and get looks left and right as far as aesthetics... strength wise I haven’t been able to train as much as I wanted to in the gym but I think I am crazy strong even after my last gym log I recorded. All in all guys what a beautiful cycle... gonna start my pct soon will let you guys know how it goes.
