Hey guys I started my first cycle, I left the natty side and joined the dark side. Follow my log to see my strength and aesthetics ascend!
Stats:
Height: 5”10
Weight: 204lb
I have been working out on and off for about 6 years. Initially I was 211lb then lost 50lb and made noob gains, ever since I’ve built a solid base of muscle.
My goal is to put on 10lb of lean muscle and increase my strength. Also reduce my gut if possible. I am vascular all over my physique except for my gut. It is a trouble area but I know I can reduce it because I have done so in the past.

I have been following this forum and a few others for years. All feedback and criticism is welcome.
Day 1
I took the recommend dose didn’t feel anything.. I hear kicks in around day 10.
Weight:204
Day 2
Same as above... Then hit legs and abs at the gym. Squats, leg press, leg extensions, hamstring curls, abs and then steady cardio. Cardio at 3mph flat and max incline 5 min intervals...
*I’ll be sure to write down my lift numbers starting day 5 as well as diet.*
Day 3
I took the recommended dose.. Hit back and bicep at the gym. Absolutely killed it! My endurance and strength was higher than usual had a 90 minute lift session then slow cardio and sauna.
-Beef/rice all day and protein shake
Day 4
I woke up early this morning, took the usual dose...had fried beef and quinoa.
I hit tricep, shoulders and chest at the gym. My right shoulder felt stiff after my third set of 185 on flat bench barbell. I pushed through it and had a decent workout, nothing out the norm.
