This is your first cycle. Keep it simple and don't just keep adding and changing things. You're not giving yourself enough time to adjust to changes and learn at all.
Shakes can bloat some people. You do have issues with dairy so that seems likely.

taurine is for back/calf pumps. You'll know these as they're pretty painful and feel more like a constant pressure. All good BUT I dropped a 20kg plate on my foot, went to the hospital, it was hurting too much, luckily it's not broken but I guess I won't be able to do cardio, do you guys think I'll be ****ed? Do you have suggestions please? How can I replace cardio? Should I reduce calories intake? Thx
Focus more on diet or try a different form of cardio like the stationary bike. Could also shorten rest periods, add drop sets, or do giant sets similar to circuit training to get the heart rate up.
Obviously don't do this for your core compound lifts but for accessory type stuff it would work.

Op serms are for pct (you better already know this). Nothing to do with your weight. You prob just shed a little water and it may or may not bounce right back.

I am 37 and spent the last year going from 5,9 230lbs between 20 and 25% body fat. With diet and exercise I am now 180 with 11.07 body fat. My goal is really to see my damn 6 pack and pack on some muscle. I currently lift 4 days a week and do crossfit 2 days. My diet is 1700 calories 50% protein 30% fat 20% carbs. I have been killing myself and just not getting there. I stick to the regime religiously. So, I am in the second week of Test E 500mg a week with 12.5 exemestane a day and started the second week with 50mg a day of Anavar for 5 weeks. So my question. Is my diet to strict? Not enough calories? Am I being impatient? Am I over training? Btw my sleep habits suck and I have issues taking recovery days. Also, should I be taking HCG? Any help is appreciated. Even if it's just to tell me how to create my own post.
