I've always liked dermicrine on cycle.

This is your first cycle. Keep it simple and don't just keep adding and changing things. You're not giving yourself enough time to adjust to changes and learn at all.

so, ready today for my gym sesh, tri!

yesterday i did

sit curl 5x10-8-6-6-4 i did the 4 reps with 20kg each side!
stand hammer curl 4x5-6 with 22kg each
stright bar stand 5x10-8-6-6-4 i did the 4 reps with 22kg each :)

pretty impressive to me guys, i am not that BIG :)

today i will aim to do the same, starting with skull crushers

i will try to do just 3 exercise as well

of course, i did finish my WO with cardio 15% incline 4.5 km/h 30 minutes

ill do the same today.

to respond to booneman77 i just wanted to avoid gel/creams as i prefer tablets/pills that is why i wanted to change dermacrine, also, it will last for 2 weeks now :)
 
BOOOOOOOOOOOOM my arms are pumped and still feel incredible strength, my training partner was amazed looking at me doing 43 reps for triceps with 10kg each side on a skull crasher exercise! so it went like this.... we went up to 15 (him) and 22(me) each side, then at the end he said ok, let me drop the weight, he did it to 10 and 10 (kg per side) and i said..... its too light for me i could do 20 reps, he said... coooome on!!! no way....

me--> ok lets try

so as you can imagine im strong as fu**!!!! ahahahah

so the wo went really good, i did 3 exercises

skull crashers up to 22kg each side 4-5 reps
lat machine cable up to 40kg 4 reps
and over the head with dumbbells with dumbbells single, 12kg each :) 4x8

today i will ATTACK the shoulders

one thing i have noticed today, i am reeeeeeeally much more lean than yesterday, i did have some peanut butter with tuna steak (albacore in spring water) before going to sleep instead of the casein fx shake........
 
Shakes can bloat some people. You do have issues with dairy so that seems likely.

yes, you could be right but i have been using proteins since ages, also, the allmax casein FX and allmax iso flex are among the best you can have, no lactose, no sh*** ingredients... and never had issues.... maybe my body is starting to "hate" proteins powder... ill continue like this :) only thing is that tuna and peanut butter is a bit heavy on the stomach before sleeping, but i guess i will get use to it :)

ps... need to post some pics man, starting having spider web on the chest and lower abs :) no to mention arms :)

i feeel great guys! i was feeling a bit too much hungry when i came back home and dizzy, but then after my dinner i can now enjoy the peace :)

Yesterday morning I had 148/78 pressure and I am starting to feel really too much pumped, so much that it hurts, can't even move a finger without seeing my muscles exploding, it's nice but it's too much guys it hurts...
I have ordered Harrow pressure optimiser too and cycle support again
Taking mn lipid and liver support now and ar1macare today rest as my muscles are tooooo sore, I never rest on Sunday so maybe it's even better so they get rested and builded lol

I do 6g on cycle. Make sure you're staying away from stims and drinking plenty of water. Lower sodium might help as well.

Ok man thanks, I'm drinking 5 bottles of still water per day and no sodium at all, my muscles are ****ed, nicely, but can't ,I've some time cause of the pump, I heard taurine can help...?

taurine is for back/calf pumps. You'll know these as they're pretty painful and feel more like a constant pressure. Where are you getting soreness?

those aren't the type of muscle soreness that taurine will help. You're just gonna have to deal with it or lower the dose ha

ok today chest day!

yesterday i did a refeed, only carbs slow release and really low GI, doubled the carbs and i had 1/3 proteins, fats, i had omega 3 and peanut butter, not that much tho.

breakfast
50g oats
30g proteins

meal1
80g oatcakes
150g chicken

lunch
300g sweet potatoes
100g salmon

meal2
100g brown bread
50g roast beef

dinner
100g basmati brown rice
100g chicken breast

pre sleep
2 ts peanut butter
30g caseins

i feel a bit watery today tho :(
 
Ok today I was able to lift much more, maybe cause of the carbs refeed of yesterday anyway I did at least 2kg more each exercise, amazing tuff guys! I'm feeling a bit bloated cause of the carbs but it will go away in two days ;) one thing is that I have still calf pumps as well, started today on the treadmill after 10 minutes I was almost not able to walk, too much pump and soreness :(
 
All good BUT I dropped a 20kg plate on my foot, went to the hospital, it was hurting too much, luckily it's not broken but I guess I won't be able to do cardio, do you guys think I'll be ****ed? Do you have suggestions please? How can I replace cardio? Should I reduce calories intake?

Focus more on diet or try a different form of cardio like the stationary bike. Could also shorten rest periods, add drop sets, or do giant sets similar to circuit training to get the heart rate up.
Obviously don't do this for your core compound lifts but for accessory type stuff it would work.

Diet is so much bigger then cardio. Think about it like this: how easy is it to eat 400-500 less calories in a day (1cup oats + 1 protein shake) vs finding time to do 1-2hrs of extra cardio?

My suggestion is the same as above. Focus on diet and supplement with a form of cardio you can still do. I was able to bike easily with a torn hamstring that I couldn't hardly walk on so a bruised foot should be no problem.
 
Really thx guys! I just woke up and it's really looking better than yesterday, Hu right tho :) I was just feeling down, I'll find a way and if not I'll eat less:)
 
ok, a great day at the gym, i used a bandage and gel and the foot is getting better, then i trained really well and i did cardio too!, one more thing, i lost almost 2 kg and i got leaner and ripped than before! strength is up to the roof still so i am just wondering how eating the same **** and training as usual i lost these kg

wtf are you telling about? This has nothing to do with his current state mid cycle? Stop confusing the kid.

Op serms are for pct (you better already know this). Nothing to do with your weight. You prob just shed a little water and it may or may not bounce right back.

I am 37 and spent the last year going from 5,9 230lbs between 20 and 25% body fat. With diet and exercise I am now 180 with 11.07 body fat.

My goal is really to see my damn 6 pack and pack on some muscle.

I currently lift 4 days a week and do crossfit 2 days. My diet is 1700 calories 50% protein 30% fat 20% carbs.

I have been killing myself and just not getting there. I stick to the regime religiously.

So, I am in the second week of Test E 500mg a week with 12.5 exemestane a day and started the second week with 50mg a day of Anavar for 5 weeks.



So my question. Is my diet to strict? Not enough calories? Am I being impatient? Am I over training? Btw my sleep habits suck and I have issues taking recovery days.

Also, should I be taking HCG?


Any help is appreciated. Even if it's just to tell me how to create my own post.

ok, can anybody explain to me what happened to my body in the last 3 days???? i lost almost 3kg and i got ripped, but really guys, ripped as fu** and i didn't change anything at all..... i feel more hungry tho..... is this any kind of "effect" coming from var?

Bitter melon is used in a lot of supplements, often as a weight loss agent. It will help by INCREASING NO which will in turn increase vasodilation and this lower blood pressure.
