Im still doing good. Im dissapointed with the mass I have put on on this cycle. It hasn't been much. Partly because I have been sick 4 out of the 10 weeks of the cycle. I am happy other than that. Strength has been great...and sides have literally been zero besides acne and being horny. Well see how the last 3 weeks are....and then the addition of 11-oxo and SD at the end before pct.

An incredible read so far! Love how you decided to SD the last 2 weeks at 30mg, absolutely my favorite PH hands down. I'm looking into getting down on some AAS so your thread has helped me a whole bunch!

Haha, SD just works so well with my body, not sure if i'd need to yet. After going through this entire thread though, i'm almost about to pull out the CC to order some SD lol....no need to pull out the CC i've memorized that ****
 
I'm probably going to push it one more week at 30mg. Which will be 10 weeks of pinning.... Followed by 3 weeks of sd. Then pct

Got it, I'll offer you some advice.

SD gains are hard to keep. Very hard. It also shuts you down more than test would by itself.

This protocol is going to make your PCT very, very difficult and your gains in these last few weeks almost impossible to keep. If it were me, I wouldn't discontinue the SD, but I would run the test out another few weeks. That way your body has more time to solidify the gains and believe it or not, you will recover faster coming off of just test than the two put together.
A low dose of test could be used, maybe 250 mg a week for a couple more weeks or longer. 2-4 weeks of test isn't going to hurt you and will allow for a better recovery and better chances to keep the gains.

I'm just speaking from my own experience. Everybody is a little different, but if you could extend this, I would.

I'm not telling you to drop the SD although if I didn't have any more test, at this point, I would. You won't keep the gains and your PCT is going to be sh1tty if you don't. Hopefully, you have more test and you can just run it a bit longer.

I would have to disagree. The first time I did SD I went from 180-192 in the month, didn't even know what a PCT was....didn't know what PH's were either, just an ignorant kid that didn't know. I kept all of my gains and continued to gain weight after wards. I'm sure it all depends on your body

+1. If you eat like crap and have a large percentage of processed foods in your diet (and most bb'ers do) then yes, SD gains will be watery and hard to keep. However, if your diet is clean (no processed foods) and you eat 250-500 kCals over maintenance then SD gains are quite dry and solid. Granted, the difference between the gains from those diets might be 10lbs. For instance, I personally expect 5-7lb gains running 20mg SD for 2-3 weeks. That's it! But I keep 4-5lbs of those gains, too.

Even better, SD used to kickstart or ending a cycle is ideal IMO and can offer gains that are kept if diet and PCT are perfect. It takes practice getting the right stuff and doses down in PCT since everyone is different. This holds true even more so for diets. Everything takes practice.

Also, a simple solution to the above problem with running SD while the test clears is to take hCG shots 250iu's twice weekly during this clearing period. This allows you to run an oral, let the test clear from your blood, and gradually start your LH activity up again just before PCT making your pituitary system primed and ready for Clomid therapy. Have your cake and eat it too.
 
Finally!!! Someone who isn't a tool willing to argue their point just to not look wrong. I appreciate it good sir! What you just said is spot on. Most of the friends that go on cycle will gain about 15-20 pounds on SD, cause I suggest it religiously. Nothing else works better for me, but they end up eating whatever they want. So out of say 20 pounds, after PCT is over they'll retrain maybe what you said 5-7 pounds, which I think is hilarious.

The latter part of your post is spot on as well. I can't wait till I decide to get into actual gear, there will be no denying that i'll be using SD as a kicker *the stuff was made for my body*. I have a weird metabolism, where I can stay the same weight eating around 1500cals but won't start gaining until around 3k. PCT of course is a different story as well, my friend vomited his face off taking torem but felt great when I switched him over to clomid I had left from a previous cycle. I'm gonna stop talking now, just had coffee and i'm all wired

I don't get the sides folks are talking about with SD. I also take UDCA with it since I have personally found nothing better for my liver and cholesterol, yet. SD just gets me big, lol. I get massive looking and tight on SD and with outstanding pumps too. I like it better than Phera too because it doesn't give me high blood pressure.

Apologies to the OP for thread jacking lol. As for your "weird" metabolism, I would consider that normal for 5'4" 160'ish lol. Only side I got with SD was 2 days of not wanting to talk to people and extreme tightness on my right shin *felt like the skin was going to rip*. As soon as I have a job *knowing I got money to spend* i'm getting a 4 week cycle of SD going on. Luckily for PCT I still have a bottle of SARMS MK2866 leftover, so i'm interested to see how that helps with the PCT. I've ran it solo before, so if I decide to dirty bulk on SD, and switch to clean during PCT i'm figuring i'd keep the weight gained and trim the fat. Basically the fastest way I figure to gain 15-20 pounds and recomp keeping around the same weight +/- 5 pounds
