FIRST CYCLE AAS --- Test-E 500mg 12 weeks with a 4 week SD kicker!!!

I'm two weeks post sd and am about there with you guys. Weight has came down while strength has came up, a bit. Nothing like the explosive weight and strength gains when on SD.

ya man i have already put on 22 lbs since i started sd around three weeks ago!! strength has wemt up like crazy too!! but i just got my test in so im runnin it a lil late but will be fun none the less!!!

Feelings have seriously been amazing so far compared to any oral I have ever taken. I feel NO sides. I have felt periods of heavy aggression/irritation that is hard to control; there are a lot of times my temper is much harder to control.

I have literally been horny every single day. I have wanted to jerk off or **** anything and everything in sight. My testes have shrunk slightly.....but nothing really noticeable.

I have visually put on a lot of size since the start...with virtually no visible fat gain at all. (12lbs).

My weight gain and strength seemed to have slowed down/stopped in the last two weeks for some reason....but I have 6 weeks left of teste at 500mg only.

Will I gain a lot of strength and size? Suggestions? I have been eating about 3500 calories a day.
 
Dude, up your calories! I would aim for 4-5000, you won't get fat, the drug has taken full effect!!! Feed the beast or you won't put on much more weight.

Do some research on SHGB and Proviron's effect thereof.

Cals? 50/35/15 (protein/fat/carb)is a good macro ratio IMO, but I'm A Paleo advocate.

Holy Crap!!!

I'd be worried about insulin sensitivity, cortisol thereof, timing, and the types of carbs. 500 is pretty high and if even half of that is high GI foods, you're robbing urself of valuable fat burning opportunity.

Maybe it works for you. To each their own, but if that were me, I wouldn't be able to get to single digits unless I ran a half marathon a day!!!

Yeah you should keep your protein to carbs closer. Much closer. I think it should be 1.5:1 protein to carb but I don't know how the AAS works.

I eat very clean. And im completely in bulking mode.....with no desire of losing fat at all right now. But should I up the protein?

I took it at weeks 1-3 this cycle. That's it.

I was tossing the idea around of running it 12-14.

I'm going to run it while my long esters clear my system in weeks 16-17 and maybe week 18 if necessary. Hopefully I can nab another 5-7lbs on the SD! However I kick started with Phera and will be on Phera a total of 6 weeks throughout the cycle

But if you run a 12 week cycle...doesn't pct start 15? So how can you run sd in pct?

Yeah if ur body doesnt have terrible sides on it I'd run it at least the last 2 weeks while T is clearing out. 14 days is ample to see results on SD but 21 is better. I kickstarted with Phera, am hopping back on it tomorrow for another 3 weeks, and in weeks 17 & 18 I'll run SD at 20mg/day. Granted, my cycle is longer so I have longer breaks in between each oral run so my liver isn't taxed bad.

Dude, that is going to be intense running SD at the end. How have things been going? What is your weight like. I remember you were trying to stuff yourself and get 4000 kcal at one point.

I should be able to handle it. Well see. Ill add plenty of supports. If it gets bad ill stop.
