May I have your attention please!! Before I get to far ahead of myself, let me throw this out there. Alpha1agreda, you rock sir! And for everyone else logging Focused Nutritions Epi Andro Elite, I was instructed by Alpha to dose all 4 PWO, so I finally did. 4 around 30 minutes pre, and then a scoop of White flood about 15 minutes beforehand.WOW, what a difference that made. I had every intention on having a new PR with a shoulder press of 225. Ill get back to that in a minute. On with the workout.
Dumbell lateral raises
20x20,30x10 and 35x10. Weight wise I could go bigger, but the 30s create an uncomfortable twinge in my bad shoulder.
On to the shoulder press, free weights.
125x10, 135x10,185x10,205x6 and here it is.
225.....for 1! Why 1 you ask? Because I Knew I had more and I wanted to check it. So, new PR, 245x1. Super stoked, sommuch in fact that went ahead and did 135 for an additional 20 just to kill em!
Arnold press
70x10, 85x10 and 90x8.
Did some cable work and right as we were fixing to start doing traps..
We had a medical call, which turned into a CPR. To top off my PR, we got the lady back. Great feeling. We went back to the gym, but figured we waited to long to jump back into lifting, so 40 minutes of racquetball it was . Cut a bit short, but overall a nice session for me!

No not myself couldn't get in the military cause of medical but that was about 4-5 yrs ago when they were trying to clean house if I get my knee fixed I might try again

I thank you for that! My son is the only male member of my family that's isnt either a veteran or currently serving... But hes 15. I think hes going to follow my later footsteps and be a fireman right out of high school

Really glad to see you hit that PR, yesterday was chest for me, I was going to get pics and do an update but the wife flipped out because some girl asked me how to do lateral raises at the gym so, yeah last night I didn't feel like doing anything as I was just annoyed with the whole thing. Especially, since I gave her a big hug before she went to do assisted pull ups and I stayed behind to do incline hex presses.

Also, told you someone telling you not to be a little bitch before a PR attempt was a great motivator lol

My friend... I Know all about the "flipping out" cause some girl asks you something. As if we told them to come ask us anything. Whatever. But thanks for the congrats, and your right, him yelling at me was awesome. But I had to tell him thats the only time that sh1t will fly!
 
Today is hamstring destruction day, deads, lying leg curls, incline sled leg press.

I will just make sure to stay away from all blondes at the gym.

No workout today guys. Woke up and played about 45 minutes of racquetball before we had to get back to the station. Working EMS night shift, so I had to get home, shower and sleep!! But I will be knocking some plates down tomorrow!

Damn man, shoulders looking massive. Arms too, especially if you weren't even flexing them!
 
Well, I guess I turned my morning around. Got off this morning from an EMS shift, ran 14 calls in 12 hours. Had to force myself to get to the gym, but I made it. Dropped my 4 capsules and a scoop of White Flood and headed that way. Not a lot to report lift wise, it took a while to get any "mojo", but got a comment from thorsdad31 and it helped me(thanks). No spot today and being I was tired, I kept it light.
Flat bench
45x20, 135x10x2 with 2 second pauses
225 5x5
Incline bench
135x20,135x15,135x10 with 2 second pauses
Dumbell press
60x10,70x10,85x10,50x15
Incline flyes
30x10,40x10,45x10
3 sets on peck deck to exhaustion
Cable flyes x3 sets
And then various tricep work. I will say this, I never felt full of energy today, but my chest is definitely pumped more than usual, and my triceps are starting to look like the muscle they are intended to be. Overall, I had to force it, but made it into a good session. Tomorrow Im back at the Fire department, and my Captain is off. Good news is Im in charge, bad news is the part timer I have is incapable of lifting anything heavier than TP he wipes his arse with. Anyway, little picture of the triceps as I was pleased with their appearance today.

Good to hear brother, sometimes the sessions you're not wanting to hit at all are the ones where you make the most progress. Tricep lookin' sick too man, I can't get any good definition in mine for the life of me. Not yet anyway!

Thanks bro. I have the same issue with my bicep, just cant get the roundness I want, stupid genetics. Id smack my dad in the mouth for these if I didnt know at 58 years hes still a dangerous man! Lol
