Well I got my first workout in this morning on my new Epi Andro Elite run. Took my first dose last night,and was excited to get up and going this morning. Had to get up a few times for some medical calls, which of course interrupted my sleep but it comes with the job. After waking up at 0530, I tool my pill and PWO, boom, pagers went off. Another call. However we made it to the gym and I had around 45 minutes to crush my biceps. To change things up a bit and cause mass hysteria within my muscles, I added traps rather than my typical back. I really felt no different upon waking, but its only been 1 dose fully dissolved into my system. Now, on to the workout. I wasnt sure how it was going to go. I had a bit of a "mishap" on a call yesterday during a bad storm, and had a knot on my left forearm that looks like I implanted 1/2 a baseball under the skin. But... Here it goes
Standing Isolation curls
25x20,35x15,50x10,60x8
Incline curls

EZ curls(standing)including bar

Then a burnout of hammer curls@

Again, I had 45 minutes, but I rested very little and moved like a meth head! I can definitely say this, I felt more of a pump than normal. At this time, Im not sure if it the Epi Andro, the fact that I was blowing through sets quick, or a placebo effect, but regardless... Im happy with it. Getting into bed shortly as I have to work EMS tonight, but will do about 30 minutes of cardio before I shower for work! Critiquing is encouraged!
 
Once your forearm goes back to normal throw in some reverse curls.

Id like to do more with my forearms. To be honest, my forearms are one of my better features. Good size, heavy striations and come to a point at the elbow, and Ive rarely EVER worked them. So Ill need to start, maybe theyll blow up.

Hey guys, hope all is well. So after a long as* night shift at EMS, I went home and rested for all of about 10 minutes, and figured If I didnt get it done then, it wasnt going to happen. Shoulder day, and I was a bit nervous because my bad one was hurting a bit. But I smashed that shizzle!!
Started off with Arnold presses to get the blood flowing, and compared to what the shoulders have been limiting me to, I was pleased.35x20,45x15,55x10,65x10 and 75x8
Barbell press( yes lifted67, I planted my feet into the floor like a couple of size 10 corpses)
135x15,135x10,155x10,185x10
185x8,135x15
Standing reverse flies
30x10,35x10x2,25x18-- could NOT get the last 2. But, I felt great, and because I Didnt feel like Ingot much out of my traps the other day, I figured what the hell, lets do this!
Barbell shrugs
135x20x2,225x15,315x10 with 5 second pauses at the top rather than 2.
Reverse barbell shrugs,135x10x3
Dumbbell shrugs with straps
50x50x2,35x35,25x10.....DONE! There was nothing else for them to give

That was a LOT of shoulder work for me. My shoulders and traps are full, and my biceps are still tight from yesterday. Changing my dosing as of tomorrow. Rather than 1 pill x 4 a day, Im changing to 1 with breakfast, 2 PWO, and 1 before bed(thanks buddy). See you guys tomorrow
 
Man, thank you. I needed that! I wish I could get rid of all the fat and be able to show my work. Its just going away soooooo slow! Depressing!

Just a quick update. I have not worked out today as of yet, but it's coming. Im on shift at the fire department, so I know theyre going to want to play racquetball, and Im good with that as long as they give me my lifting time. Might only be one muscle group today though. But... I did want to say that when I woke up, I could definitely tell a difference in how I looked and felt. My biceps are still tight from Wednesday morning, and my shoulders are sore, and STILL pumped. Im not usually sore much at all with either of them. Ive never ran a product like this before, so I may be extra receptive, but Im liking it. Ill update later after Input some work in
 
Back crusher...complete! Was on a time constraint today(seems to be normal) but I got done what I needed to get done. Started of warming up with seated machine rows,4 sets of 10 with the last one having the weight maxed out(210 I believe)
Lat pull downs 4 sets of 10 with the last one using straps and pulling 240, never completed 10 of them!!

25 reverse push ups
50 pull ups using the rock climber hand holds. Followed it all up with a 1 hour of racquetball. Brutal cardio. My back is tight, and swelled up more than usual. Have a few extra blood tunnels showing through my skin, which is always an added sweetness in my opinion.
 
Quick question for you guys. When I get off in the morning, Im going to work another 24 hour shift at my other department. I need to do legs tomorrow, but all they have is a smith machine and a squat rack. Other than squats, what else canI do for my legs? Seriously need some suggestions here. My motivation level is high and I really want to punish my legs. Im off for 1 day(sunday) and want to be so sore I cant do anything but cry. And if all I can do is squats, how many is really to many?

Squats, high bar pause squats and then some FRONT SQUATS. finish with some lunges or split squats if you wish and even some planks to get some ab/core work in and that's a solid and simple session!
