Another early day today and on little sleep. I do not think Stimul8 dosed at 4ish is the cause at all, as my energy levels dropped around 730... But will be happy to have G8 again shortly.

Up at 530... 5.5km run (mostly at the track in the dark).

Legs tonight after work, with an update to follow.

Keeping up with the cardio bro, you are making me feel lazy!!
No excuses, I am going to blast legs and do a run/jog (rog) tomorrow.

I am going to take a scoop of stimul8 tomorrow morning. My buddy is about to start his log and he hooked up a scoop to sample. Pretty excited. I love trying new Preworkouts. Just about like Chefs get when trying new foods!! ;)

Dosed 3/4 of a scoop of Stimul8 again today. Energy was there, thermo was there (no chills), focus was there half the time. My workout was 2.5 hours ago and I just pushed down a chicken breast and some cauliflower/brocoli. No appetite. Me like!

On paper the workout looks solid, and perhaps after relecting it was. But I was interupted 5 times during my workout and that just through my right off my game mentally. Mind you at times it is to be expected working out in the garage and with a family (and a large one at that).

after my kids pushed the limit one time (apparently thinking I was joking about it) and I came unglued on them, I think they got the point..
at no other time afterwards can I recall being interrupted from training in such fashion, for yrs

Shake the tub before you take it :) some settling occurs with Stimul8 (like all powdered blends) as per the beta tester feedback a shake helps

Yeah mang, i have bulk BA that I add to my PWO a couple times a week. I definitely notice increased stamina/endurance when I take > 4 grams.

could be grinding, could also just be intensity so flexing it so to speak
I flex my jaw when doing intense/heavy sets, no joke
for grinding tho (just good gp in general), it is for this reason I advise you picking up a mouthguard
dentist told me yrs ago I was fracturing my teeth from the force of my clenching, so I wasted no time in picking one up..been using it ever since, old habit now

I ground my teeth really bad when I started lifting. I put my tongue between my back teeth on heavy sets so I'm not walking around with a mouth guard :)

Seriously. That is funny, because the last time you had mentioned that I thought perhaps you were just kidding around. I actually don't think it is grinding - but what you said just alot of pressure for 'forcing' the weight up. I am going to try a mouth guard tomorrow for Upper Body Power... thanks Steve.

I noticed a big boost when I was using BCAA+SAA right before my run / workout. Won't be long before I have more of that.

No weights session today

Cardio: 5.5km run at 530am (fasted).

- dosed 1/2 scoop of Stimul8 before heading out the door.. kicked in half way through my run. If I didn't have to be at work early today, I would have run further as I had all kinds of energy. Great thermo/good sweat. Breathing elevated and legs felt strong.

- Felt energized a good 3-4 hours after my workout.

I am going to take a 1/2 scoop Stimul8 around 4pm to access the appetite suppression factor, in a rested state.

Tomorrow will be Back and Shoulders Hypertrophy, and a good run pre-workout (fasted). All pressing movements will have reduced weight as I try to rehab this shoulder.

Thanks 804... I also tweaked my back yesterday doing stiff leg dead lifts... pissed me off, lol - just wasn't concentrating I guess. But will be good to go for tomorrow.

This always perplexes me. When, for how long, and what to do...

Stick with the same workout but lighten the load for a couple of weeks?
5/3/1 mandates me to deload for 1 week. Enough to give your body some time to recover.
