I flex my jaw when doing intense/heavy sets, no joke
for grinding tho (just good gp in general), it is for this reason I advise you picking up a mouthguard

Yeah mang, i have bulk BA that I add to my PWO a couple times a week. I definitely notice increased stamina/endurance when I take > 4 grams.
How soon post workout are you trying to gobble down that shake?

No activity today, except perhaps a walk this evening. I have ran I think for 19 days straight, so a day off is due.
I am going to take a 1/2 scoop Stimul8 around 4pm to access the appetite suppression factor, in a rested state.
Tomorrow will be Back and Shoulders Hypertrophy, and a good run pre-workout (fasted). All pressing movements will have reduced weight as I try to rehab this shoulder.
Hope your shoulder feels better man. Be careful
