Hit up a mile cardio at track today at lunch then went to gym for 2 mile cardio treadmill and sauna.
 
Hit up track today after work 2 miles then went to gym 20 min sauna. no lifts chest day tomorrow.
 
Yesterday Chest day and some sauna. Did my 13 day weigh in down total of 15.5 lbs now.

Chest:

peck dec: 150 lbs x 12,12,12

flat db bench press: 70 lbs x 12,12,10

incline bench: 135 lbs x 10, 225 lbs x 8, 6
 
Awesome progress! Be sure to include at least one Carb up day in your plan to replenish muscle glycogen and keep your metabolism rev'd up as well as keeping you from starting to lack energy in the gym. The low/no carb approach is great for fat loss as you are seeing but the results will slow if you don't carb up once a week or so ..... speaking from my own personal experience here ;)

Rope press downs: 100 lbs x 12,12,12

reverse cable curls: 120 lbs x 12,12,12

ez bar standing ez bar skull crushers: 65 lbs x 10,10,10

machine dips 120 lbs x 10,10,10


Today hit up 1 mile cardio treadmill, then back and sauna

back:

wide grip pull downs: 80 lbs x 10,10,10

machine rows: 100 lbs x 8,8,8

db rows; 50 lbs x 8,8,8

face pulls 100 lbs x 12,12,12

Would I recommend this to friends? DUH lol def would and will. I have always had nothing but the best results with any of finaflex products. This creatine plus caffeine is one of my fav combo's. The product mixed very easily and on top I can tell right away the fullness effect and energy it delivered.
