Yah I did for 15 years ... well actually back in the old days only protein and creatine did anything... but natural supps got better. When I got into my late forties though it got harder to make gains this way and I guess I got a little impatient if you could call it that after all these years. I try to keep it mild and safe though. This is a good bridge stack for me now...

Anywhol .. it is my belief that the longer you can stay natural the more you will learn about your own body,, and if who knows ... maybe natural supps will be all you really need....

They will always be what I need. For instance first show 3.5 years ago 170 lbs 5% bodyfat, 17 months later 183 lbs 5% bodyfat, 20ish months later (now) 199 lbs 5% bodyfat! Hard work, believe in yourself and you can't be a bodybuilder and a rockstar at the sametime (some think you can ;)

Yah I competed Natural for a long time. I don't have your genetics but I worked really hard and got it done. The best look I ever got though is when I used EPI-V last year, I got muscle hardness that I could not get before. I resigned to doing just mild stuff so I perused the Finaflex trail as these were the supps I was interested in running.

Yes, i remember seeing your pictures and I have much respect for someone at 53 still going hard. I used to train with a professor @ the University of Pittsburgh who was 68 years old. He always said " you don't have to train with me if you don't want, i might slow youu down." I told him "if I still have the drive and can work as hard as you do at your age, I'll be blessed." See he always complimented me and what not, but I was motivated by him just as much or maybe more. He trained like an ANiMAL and never backed down from a set or said I'm beat. Much respect for you older fellas still going hard!

Yah the biggest difference when you get older is you have to train to protect the joints so you have to stick to what you plan. I get more out everything I do now cuz your workouts have to have greater economy, no room for wasted effort. That's why I have become such a technician now. I am still a fuggin animal though and can't out train most people in the gym. When you lift with strict form you can't use as much weight but there are some tricks I know that allow me to use heavy weight on some exercises. Growth wise things are as good as they ever have been though... or better.

Old or not, i am always willing to learn. I take everyone's advice and decipher if it's right or wrong later based on my passed or own experiences. Wiseness comes with age my friend! Heck I know I am wiser and better off now then I was 3 years ago!

I learn off younger people too, I will see someone do an exercise I have never seen in the gym sometimes and incorporate it, or alter it slightly. I will listen to people who are having success because it doesn't happen by accident... I was looking at your Tbars and trying to figure out how I could use just enough body movement without puling myself out of position to add some weight to the bar. I figure if I could really control the negatives I could do it. I used this to work with someone in the gym the other day and it seemed to work very well...

It will be brung, I don't worry about who's there I been to enough shows and seen the people I am ready. The only thing we can do is control ourselves if you bring your A game it will be hard to beat you no matter what! I think shawn ray said something of the like lol
