Alright gentlemen I know you all love reading the ingredient list on every pre-workout on the market looking for that edge on your 225 1rm decline bench. Lets share our own pre-workout concoctions so the fellas will admire our forehead veins and hypertension.
Based on my biased / half assed reading of questionable abstracts I have formulated a robust yet questionable pre-workout formula. This stew will taste worse than that first shot of plastic bottle tequila. Fair warning I am two beers deep at the moment.... light beer though don't worry its almost summer. I dub it - Pseudo ScientiFIT
Agmatine 1-2g
L-Citrulline 8g
Beet root power 1g???
Cognizin 250mg
Rhodiola extract 500mg
Cocoa powder 4g
l-theanine 300mg
Green Coffee extract 300mg
