Yes it looks like I overtrained again. But I prepared for this. 2 beef tenderloin fillets and whole wheat bread (60g complex carbs) an hour before workout. About 45 minutes in I downed a concoction of Perfect Carb (30g quick carbs) and 22g of BC+EAA. Then right as I was starting to do my ab work at the end I had an endurance bar which has about 40g (20 quick, 20 complex,) of carbs and 10g protein.
There's no such thing as over training, just under-eating. And I think that I ate enough for this workout. :lol: The reason behind the volume here was not being able to train yesterday due to an awful work schedule (only 10 hours of time between getting home last night and going in this morning,) which left me unable to lift yesterday. I also don't know if I'm going to have the opportunity to lift tomorrow. If I can, I'll probably do some running since I didn't get to today or yesterday...although I may get a run in tonight after some steak and potatoes. :food:
