Yes it looks like I overtrained again. But I prepared for this. 2 beef tenderloin fillets and whole wheat bread (60g complex carbs) an hour before workout. About 45 minutes in I downed a concoction of Perfect Carb (30g quick carbs) and 22g of BC+EAA. Then right as I was starting to do my ab work at the end I had an endurance bar which has about 40g (20 quick, 20 complex,) of carbs and 10g protein.

There's no such thing as over training, just under-eating. And I think that I ate enough for this workout. :lol: The reason behind the volume here was not being able to train yesterday due to an awful work schedule (only 10 hours of time between getting home last night and going in this morning,) which left me unable to lift yesterday. I also don't know if I'm going to have the opportunity to lift tomorrow. If I can, I'll probably do some running since I didn't get to today or yesterday...although I may get a run in tonight after some steak and potatoes. :food:

Destroyed my quads this evening. There's no AC in that gym like I've mentioned before, and since it's Sunday, and the gym is closed, we had to keep the doors closed and the fans off to not use too much electricity. Needless to say it was HOT! I've mentioned that I typically don't sweat during my lifts too much but I had a two-tone shirt today, soggy over black. :lol: I was dripping beads in between sets on front squats. The combination of a-T2, Reset AD, Horny Goat Weed, and Anadraulic Pump probably worked together to add to the sweat box effect as well.

Speaking of a-T2
Today marks the end of my first bottle. I've noticed a little bit of a leaning effect while still maintaining a weight in the mid to high 170s. I've also noticed some increased vascularity in my obliques/core. F- YEAH!!

So to keep the party rolling, tomorrow I'll start part 2. alpha-T2, X-Lean, and DCP. Time to get nasty. I'll also put up a 30 day review of a-T2. I figure it's only fair to give the product it's due before I start to play with crazy combos.

just started back on at-2 yesterday, bob. damn, after a 10 day break it seems even more impressive than before. maybe effects are cumulative and increase over time-if this is the case it is opposite of stim fat burners i have used. curious to see your results on the 2nd bottle.:beerchug:

DB Incline went up a lot easier this week while popping those lats out. Felt great. I felt that I could have gone for my coveted 90s again, but I'll save that for later. It was a good push/pull day. Half way through I did some perfect carb and BC+EAA since it was hitting the 45-60 minute mark.

My review of alpha-T2

I gotta give thanks to NattyD for letting me try out this new product from PES. He and DAdams have a good product on their hands. On to the review.

* TARGETED FAT DESTRUCTION 8/10
After a month, I am maintaining my same weight of 173lb (this morning) while still continuing to make progress in the gym and with the cardio. I find myself noticing more veins here and there. The newest ones have started appearing on and around my core/obliques. Hopefully they're the beginning of good things.

* INCREASE METABOLISM - 9/10
I've been eating a lot! Cardio + Hard Work + increased metabolism can certainly have that effect. Been averaging closer to 2800 calories with the amount of activity I've been doing. I make sure that I'm eating every three hours, more often if I'm feeling hungry before the 3 hour mark. I don't mess around when it comes to food.

* DECREASE FAT STORAGE/INCREASE FAT BURNING - 8/10
Well I haven't gained any weight and I also appear to be more vascular. I'd have to say that if I were to go into a full on calorie restricted diet I'd probably shrink away. And we can't have that.

* NO JITTERS OR UNWANTED SIDE EFFECTS - 8/10
Certainly no jitters from alpha-T2. The only things I could really say are unwanted side effects would include increased perspiration, and occasional fatigue. I don't know if I can attribute the fatigue to alpha-T2 due to a lot of stress on me this passed month at work.

* BONUS POINTS! 10/10
My log, I'll do what I want! Anyway, something that wasn't included in the original 'how will you be rating,' system that should have been is alpha-T2s versatility. This would be an amazing compliment to ANY fat burner, preworkout product, or any other weight loss supplement. Which is apparent on Nutraplanet with all of the stacks that are available with alpha-T2.

If I'm feeling extra sluggish (not enough sleep,) alpha-T2 + an energy drink. Maybe some extra fat burning; alpha-T2 + eca like thebigt is currently doing. Want to gain strength and burn fat at the same time, I give you alpha-T2 and ASGT from LG Sciences. The ultimate non-stimulant powerhouse (what I'm currently taking as of Monday,) alpha-T2, X-Lean, and DCP; which can still be stacked with a stimulant of choice.

Final score! 8.6/10

That's a great score for a fat burner. Short of a pill doing all the work for you, you couldn't really ask for anything more from such a versatile non-stimulant.
