Usually Slipknot Self Titled gets me pumped to throw weight. Also right now I have been listening to Spotify's playlist - Aggressive Gym

Awesome thread and found many cool songs and videos here. I like 4/5 singers and like many tracks which I have copied in my Ipod and love to listen with working out at gym.

I can definitely see that, the debut is no doubt good but you're right the demos are great. I've actually been listening to a bunch of different bands demos lately. I like the raw uncut sound to them.
 
Hey everyone not hate but I went threw a couple pages and not a big fan just have a direct taste in music I'll post a song but if you want new music that personal opinion is the best to work out to haha look up some suiside boys
