Studies are generally done with a ratio roughly 2:1 theanine to caffeine - and have shown great benefits - while many of these things are subjective and there is a significant potential many of our community have a tad more tolerance to stims than your average person. But, the 225mg caffeine, plus the 200mg dynamite, plus the 100mg dicaffeine malate should offer quite a bit of kick to more than compensate for any sedative effects and should work quite synergistically for focus, mood, blood flow (yes, even blood flow - as theanine may help mitigate some of the vasoconstriction effects of caffeine), etc.
